The steel pipes are positioned in the holes on the upper box 14 and the lower box 15, and the box motor 21 controls the upper box 14 to rotate so that the upper box 14 and the lower box 15 are closed; the movable motor 2 works to enable the movable screw rod 3 to rotate, so that the lower box body 15 and the upper box body 14 move in the axial direction of the steel pipe product; when the color difference detection of the surface of the steel pipe product is carried out, the closed electric cylinder 25 controls the closed box 26 to move, namely the two closed boxes 26 are separated, the electric cylinder I18 controls the color difference detector 27 to slide, the color difference detector 27 is close to the surface of the steel pipe product, the color difference analysis is carried out, and the detection result is output; the second electric cylinder 19 is used for controlling the repairing wheel 30 to be close to the surface of the steel pipe product, and the repairing wheel 30 is used for repairing the surface of the steel pipe product; during repair, the protective shell 28 is attached to the surface of the steel pipe product to prevent the scraps from splashing, and the scraps are collected by the collection box 17.
Before painting, coating a metal adhesion treating agent on the surface of the steel pipe product to improve the adhesion strength between the paint and the surface; the metal adhesion treating agent is placed in the mixing box 24, the stirring motor 34 works, the charging barrel 31 and the supporting rod 32 rotate under the transmission of gears to perform stirring treatment, and the metal adhesion treating agent is transported through a charging hole on the charging barrel 31, transported to the communicating sliding seat 41 through the transmission valve 36, then enters the smearing cylinder 43 and is released through the smearing cylinder 43; the control electric cylinder 42 controls the communicating sliding seat 41 to slide, so that the smearing cylinder 43 is abutted against the surface of the steel pipe product for smearing; meanwhile, when the communicating slide 41 moves, the linked rack 40 moves together, and the linked gear 39 and the scraping guide plate 38 rotate under the gear-rack transmission, so that the scraping guide plate 38 is abutted against the bottom area of the steel pipe product, and the metal adhesion treating agent is scraped uniformly and the redundant metal adhesion treating agent is collected.
During spraying, paint is stirred in the mixing box 24, is transported to the transport box 22 through the transport box 22, is transported to the spray gun 23 through the transport box 22, and is sprayed through the spray gun 23; when the mixing tank 24 is cleaned later, cleaning water is introduced through the repairing wheel 30, so that the inside of the mixing tank 24 is cleaned conveniently.

Claims (8)

1. The stainless steel spraying device for detection comprises two clamping pieces for clamping the steel pipe product and driving the steel pipe product to rotate; the method is characterized in that: an operation box is movably arranged between the two clamping pieces and comprises a lower box body (15), and an upper box body (14) is rotatably arranged on the lower box body (15); holes are respectively formed on the end surfaces of the lower box body (15) and the upper box body (14) to allow the steel pipe products to penetrate through the lower box body (15) and the upper box body (14); a detection part and a repair part are arranged at the top of the upper box body (14), and the detection part comprises a color difference detector (27) for detecting the surface color difference of the steel pipe product; the repair part comprises a repair wheel (30) for repairing the surface defects of the steel pipe product; a spraying part and a smearing part are arranged on the inner side of the lower box body (15); the spraying piece is used for spraying paint on the surface of the steel pipe product, and the smearing piece is used for smearing a metal adhesive force treating agent on the surface of the steel pipe product; the spraying part and the smearing part both comprise a mixing box (24) arranged in the lower box body (15), and a stirring frame is rotatably arranged in the mixing box (24); the smearing piece further comprises a scraping collecting box (37) arranged in the lower box body (15), a scraping guide plate (38) is rotatably arranged on the scraping collecting box (37), one end surface of the scraping guide plate (38) is contacted with the bottom area of the steel pipe product to scrape and collect the metal adhesive force treating agent, a smearing cylinder (43) is slidably arranged on the scraping collecting box (37), and the smearing cylinder (43) is contacted with the surface of the steel pipe product to smear the metal adhesive force treating agent; the spraying part also comprises a spraying gun (23) for spraying paint on the surface of the steel pipe product; paint is transferred from the mixing tank (24) to the spray gun (23); the metal adhesion treatment agent is transferred from the mixing box (24) to the applicator cartridge (43).

A stainless steel spray apparatus for inspection according to claim 1, wherein: the operation box comprises a box motor (21) arranged at the outer side of the lower box body (15), and the box motor (21) is used for driving the upper box body (14) to rotate; a control panel (16) is arranged on the outer side of the lower box body (15), and rollers are arranged at the bottom of the lower box body (15).

A stainless steel spray apparatus for inspection according to claim 1, wherein: the detection piece comprises a first electric cylinder (18) arranged at the top of the upper box body (14), and the color difference detector (27) is arranged on a telescopic rod of the first electric cylinder (18); two closed electric cylinders (25) are arranged on the inner side of the upper box body (14), a closed box (26) is connected to the telescopic rod of the closed electric cylinder (25), the two closed boxes (26) are located on two sides of the color difference detector (27), and when the color difference detector (27) is not detected, the two closed boxes (26) are spliced to form a cavity.
