The control assembly 9 can prevent the push rod assembly 3 in the vertical state from rotating forwards no matter when the seat assembly 4 is in the forward direction or the reverse direction, so that the safety can be ensured by avoiding the push rod assembly 3 from being suddenly and unexpectedly rotated when a user rotates the push rod assembly 3 forwards in the rear direction of the baby carriage, and meanwhile, the push rod assembly 3 cannot continue to rotate forwards in the vertical state, so that the push rod assembly 3 is positioned, and the user is ensured to smoothly commutate forwards and backwards in the horizontal plane direction by operating the seat assembly 4 through the push rod assembly 3. Also, the control assembly 9 ensures that the push rod assembly 3 is not obstructed from rotating rearward, either in the forward or reverse position, of the seat assembly 4, so that the push rod assembly 3 cannot rotate forward but can rotate rearward to a position to push the stroller after reversing of the seat assembly 4 is completed.

When the push rod assembly 3 is in the initial position where the stroller can be pushed, the left front block assembly 95 is disengaged from the left front slot 91, the left rear block assembly 96 is disengaged from the left rear slot 92, the right front block assembly 97 is disengaged from the right front slot 93, and the right rear block assembly 98 is disengaged from the right rear slot 94. When it is necessary to reverse the seat assembly 4 back and forth, the first locking mechanism 5 is first unlocked, then the push rod assembly 3 is rotated forward to the vertical position, when the push rod assembly 3 reaches the vertical position, the push rod assembly 3 unlocks the third locking mechanism 7 through the transmission member 8, and at this time the right rear block assembly 98 enters the right rear slot 94, the left rear block assembly 96 enters the left rear slot 92, the push rod assembly 3 cannot continue to rotate forward because the straight slot walls 9a of the left rear slot 92 and the right rear slot 94 block the left rear block assembly 96 and the right rear block assembly 98, and because the left rear slot 92 and the right rear slot 94 have the inclined slot walls 9b, even if the right rear block assembly 98 enters the right rear slot 94, the left rear block assembly 96 enters the left rear slot 92, as long as a force is applied to the push rod assembly 3, the push rod assembly 3 can be rotated backward by the left rear block assembly 96 and the right rear block assembly 98 being pressed against the corresponding inclined slot walls 9 b. When the vertical push rod assembly 3 rotates in the horizontal plane direction with the seat assembly 4 and the rotating seat 2, the left front block assembly 95 is separated from the left side groove 12 and enters the left front groove 91, the right front block assembly 97 is separated from the right side groove 12 and enters the right front groove 93, meanwhile, the right rear block assembly 98 is still located in the right rear groove 94, and the left rear block assembly 96 is still located in the left rear groove 92, so that the left front block assembly 95, the right front block assembly 97, the right rear block assembly 98 and the left rear block assembly 96 are abutted against the corresponding straight groove walls 9a, so that the push rod assembly 3 cannot rotate in the vertical plane relative to the rotating seat 2, and the seat assembly 4 is stable and reliable in the reversing process. When the seat assembly 4 is rotated and reversed, the right rear block assembly 98 enters the left side groove 12 and is separated from the right rear groove 94, the left rear block assembly 96 enters the right side groove 13 and is separated from the left rear groove 92, at this time, the left front block assembly 95 is kept engaged with the left front groove 91, the right front block assembly 97 is kept engaged with the right front groove 93, and since the rotating seat 2 rotates 180 degrees in the horizontal plane direction, the left front block assembly 95 and the right front block assembly 97 abut against the corresponding straight groove wall 9a so that the push rod assembly 3 cannot rotate forward of the stroller, but the push rod assembly 3 can rotate backward of the stroller to a position capable of pushing the stroller by pressing the inclined groove wall 9b against the left front block assembly 95 and the right front block assembly 97.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13 and 15 to 18, the left front block assembly 95 includes a first slider 951 capable of sliding up and down in the rotating base 2 and engaging with or disengaging from the left front groove 91, a second slider 952 capable of sliding up and down in the rotating base 2 is provided in the rotating base 2, a first spring 95a capable of pushing the second slider 952 to move downward with the first slider 951 when the second slider 952 is aligned with the left side groove 12 is provided between the second slider 952 and the rotating base, and a second spring 95b capable of pushing the first slider 951 to slide upward and engage with the left front groove 91 when the lower end of the second slider 952 is disengaged from the left side groove 12 is provided between the rotating base 2 and the first slider 951; the left rear block assembly 96 comprises a third slider 963 capable of sliding up and down in the rotary seat 2 and being engaged with or disengaged from the left rear groove 92, a fourth slider 964 capable of sliding up and down in the rotary seat 2 is arranged in the rotary seat 2, a third spring 96a capable of pushing the fourth slider 964 to move downwards with the third slider 963 when the fourth slider 964 is aligned with the right side groove 13 is arranged between the fourth slider 964 and the rotary seat 2, and a fourth spring 96b capable of pushing the third slider 963 to slide upwards and be engaged with the left rear groove 92 when the lower end of the fourth slider 964 is disengaged from the right side groove 13 is arranged between the rotary seat 2 and the third slider 963; the right front block assembly 97 includes a fifth slider 975 capable of sliding up and down in the rotary seat 2 and engaging with or disengaging from the right front groove 93, a sixth slider 976 capable of sliding up and down in the rotary seat 2 is provided in the rotary seat 2, a fifth spring 97a capable of pushing the sixth slider 976 to move downward with the fifth slider 975 when the sixth slider 976 is aligned with the right side groove 13 is provided between the sixth slider 976 and the rotary seat 2, and a sixth spring 97b capable of pushing the fifth slider 975 to slide upward and engage with the right front groove 93 when the lower end of the sixth slider 976 is disengaged from the right side groove 13 is provided between the rotary seat 2 and the fifth slider 975; the right rear block assembly 98 includes a seventh slider 987 which slides up and down in the rotary seat 2 and is engageable with or disengageable from the right rear slot 94, an eighth slider 988 which slides up and down in the rotary seat 2 is provided in the rotary seat 2, a seventh spring 98a which urges the eighth slider 988 to move downward with the seventh slider 987 when the eighth slider 988 is aligned with the left side slot 12 is provided between the eighth slider 988 and the rotary seat 2, and an eighth spring 98b which urges the seventh slider 987 to slide upward to engage with the right rear slot 94 when the lower end of the eighth slider 988 is disengaged from the left side slot 12 is provided between the rotary seat 2 and the seventh slider 987.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13 and 15 to 18, when the push rod assembly 3 is in the initial position where the stroller can be pushed, the second spring 95b, the fourth spring 96b, the sixth spring 97b, and the eighth spring 98b are all in a compressed state because the left front groove 91 is displaced from the left front block assembly 95, the left rear groove 92 is displaced from the left rear block assembly 96, the right front groove 93 is displaced from the right front block assembly 97, and the right rear groove 94 is displaced from the right rear block assembly 98.
