In addition, the first unlocking member 4 further includes a second elastic member, here a first spring 431, provided on the first unlocking portion 43 for providing a force required for the first push portion 41 to move toward the first push rod connector 6.
Accordingly, the second unlocking member 5 has substantially the same structure as the first unlocking member 4, and is symmetrically disposed. In the forward pushing state, the second unlocking member 5 includes a second pushing portion 51, a second push rod 52, a second unlocking portion 53 and a second unlocking block 54, which are fixedly connected to each other, the second unlocking block 54 has three second reversing locking teeth 541 arranged downward, the second reversing locking teeth 541 have inclined surfaces extending obliquely leftward from bottom to top, and the second unlocking portion 53 is provided with a second spring 531 for providing an acting force required by the movement of the second pushing portion 51 toward the second push rod joint 7.
In this embodiment, in the forward-pushing state, the inner wall of the second locking groove 322 on the left side of the locking element 3 is an inclined wall that gradually inclines and extends leftward from bottom to top, and is just correspondingly matched with the second reversing locking tooth 541.
Similarly, the pushing recess inside the second push rod connector 7 is a second recess 72, and the second recess 72 also has a second groove bottom 72a, a second transition section 72b and a second notch 72c, but the second recess 72 is different from the first recess 62 mainly in two points: in the forward-pushing state, the second groove 72 is located behind the first groove 62 in the front-rear direction of the frame, because the first groove 62 is mainly used for locking and unlocking the frame in the forward-pushing state, and the second groove 72 is mainly used for locking and unlocking the frame in the reverse-pushing state; second, the length of the first groove 62 is significantly greater than the length of the second groove 72, and the circumferential angle of the first groove 62 is about 180 °, because the frame can be folded under the forward pushing condition, when the push rod 1000 is turned backwards, the locking mechanism needs to be kept in the locking condition, so that the first pushing part 41 needs to be always located in the first groove 62 during the process of turning the push rod 1000 backwards.
In the reverse-pushing state, the second groove 72 and the second pushing portion 51 form a first unlocking mechanism, and the second direction-changing locking tooth 541 and the first locking groove 321 form a second unlocking mechanism.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, due to the structural design characteristics, in the forward pushing state, the first unlocking block 44 is located at the front side of the second unlocking block 54, the two are abutted against each other, and a circular gap is formed between the two for the central shaft 220 to pass through.
The working principle of the stroller of the embodiment is specifically described as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 13, when the stroller is in the forward-pushing state and the locking mechanism is in the locking state, the first pushing portion 41 is partially located in the first groove 62, and the top end of the first pushing portion 41 abuts against the first groove bottom 62 a; since the second groove 72 is not symmetrical to the first groove 62, the second pushing portion 51 is separated from the second groove 72 and located outside the second groove; accordingly, the first reversal locking tooth 441 is inserted into the first locking groove 321, the second reversal locking tooth 541 is inserted into the second locking groove 322, and the locking member 3 is simultaneously locked in cooperation with the first locking structure 11 and the second locking structure 21.
Referring to fig. 3 and 14, when the stroller needs to be converted into a reverse-push state, the unlocking button 9 is first pressed to unlock the push handle rod locking mechanism, and then the push handle rod 1000 is driven to rotate forward around the second rotation center line Y by a certain angle, so that the inclined surface of the first pushing portion 41 moves along the first transition section 62b toward the first notch 62c, so that the first unlocking member 4 moves away from the first push rod connector 6 as a whole, i.e., moves rightward, so that the inclined surface of the first reversing locking tooth 441 moves rightward along the inclined wall of the first locking groove 321 until the first reversing locking tooth 441 moves onto the upper surface of the locking member 3, and the locking member 3 is pressed downward, so that the locking member 3 is disengaged from the first locking structure 11, and the locking mechanism is unlocked. In this process, the second unlocking member 5 is always kept stationary, and the second pushing member 51 is always located outside the second recess 72, but since the first unlocking member 4 moves the locking member 3 downward, the second reversal locking tooth 541 is also disengaged from the second locking groove 322 accordingly.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, after the locking mechanism is unlocked, the push handle rod 1000 and the upper bracket 2000 can rotate around the first rotation center line X as a whole, and reach the reverse position after rotating 180 degrees, and then drive the push handle rod 1000 to rotate backwards around the second rotation center line Y until the locking mechanism is locked.
Referring to fig. 6 and 13, when the stroller is in the reverse-push state and the locking mechanism is in the locked state, the locking mechanism is in substantially the same state as when the stroller is in the forward-push locked state. At this time, the position of the lower bracket 3000 is unchanged, the first unlocking piece 4 and the first push rod connector 6 are located on the right side of the frame, the second unlocking piece 5 and the second push rod connector 7 are located on the left side of the frame, the second pushing part 51 falls into the second groove 72, the second unlocking piece 5 moves leftwards integrally, the top end of the second pushing part 51 abuts against the second groove bottom 72a, and the second reversing locking tooth 541 is inserted into the first locking groove 321; while the first pushing portion 41 is still located outside the first groove 62, the first reversal locking tooth 441 is correspondingly inserted into the second locking groove 322, and the locking member 3 is again simultaneously locked with the first locking structure 11 and the second locking structure 21.
When the stroller needs to be switched from the reverse pushing state to the forward pushing state, the above steps are operated in the reverse direction, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the stroller can be folded only in a forward-pushing state, and when the stroller is folded, the push handle rod locking mechanism is unlocked first, then the push handle rod 1000 is driven to be folded backwards around the second rotation center line Y and folded with the rear wheel bracket 600 in a rotating manner, and the rear wheel bracket 600 and the front wheel bracket 500 are rotated and folded around the third rotation center line Z by continuing to rotate, and meanwhile, the connecting rod 700 and the stay rod 800 are both rotated upwards and folded between the front wheel bracket 500 and the rear wheel bracket 600, the upper push rod and the lower push rod of the push handle rod 1000 are rotated and folded, and the seat 300 can also be rotated and folded, so that the structure of the folded rod members is compact, the size of the stroller frame is greatly reduced, and the stroller frame is convenient to store and transport.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
