背景技术
现有的非道路传动按换档方式分为:手动式传动***,有级式动力不间断手自一体式传动***,HMCVT(液压机械)式无级变速传动***。
手动换档式,由手动换档杆、换档轴与拨叉组成的传动***,该***换档时需要操纵主离合器,切断发动机输入变速箱的动力,人工操作选档与换档,及作业时需要停车换档。虽然机构简单,但是需要通过频繁换挡,操作繁琐。
动力不间断手自一体式,是指发动机到变速箱的动力在不中断的情况下,车辆进行换档的过程,其优点:在车辆负载行驶中能实现不停车换档,提高了拖拉机操纵的舒适性。缺点:1、发动机不能稳定运转在较小的转速范围内,尽管实现了不停车换档,但发动机油耗、排放、振动及磨损等指标较差;2、该传动***结构需要的离合器或制动器数量及液压比例阀数量多,随着离合器和制动器摩擦片等件的磨损增加,换档控制规律会随着其磨损、使用环境温度、油液清洗度的变化而变化,换档品质的稳定性变差;3、传动动力的动力换档变速箱,实现超级爬行档(超低速),要加复杂的减速轮机构,很难实现0.2~0.4km/h的超低爬行速度;4、结构复杂,制造难度大,由于技术问题,国内成功的范例不多,主要依靠进口,整机成本高,维修困难等。

为了使发动机能够传动功率给发电机,变速箱输入轴与发动机飞轮同轴连接,电动机转子与电动机输出轴同轴连接,当发动机起动工作时,驱动发电机进行发电,提供电力给电动机。
本发明中的传递***能够实现两种模式无级变速功率输出,和一种纯机械传动固定模式,发动机功率的分流模式包括:
发动机功率经变速箱输入轴分配给发电机转子形成的机械功率转化电功率模式;
发电机转子的电功率通过控制装置分配给电动机转子形成的电功率转化机械功率模式;
发动机功率经变速箱输入轴分配给太阳轮形成的机械功率分流模式;
以及电动机转子的电功率通过电动机输出轴分配给行星轮架形成的电功率分流模式。
为了适应不同的工况,发动机功率的输出模式包括混动模式、纯电传动模式和纯机械传动模式;
混动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,机械功率分流模式和电功率分流模式同时作用,再通过齿圈进行功率汇流,从而传至付变速箱输入轴,使齿轮组的不同变速档位传至变速箱输出轴,经中央传动轴分别传入前后驱动桥驱动车轮;
在混动模式下,发动机飞轮与减振器及变速箱输入轴连接发电机的转子,其转子从变速箱输入轴上获得的功率分配比例,由付变速箱输入轴的转速和负载决定,为了达到与整机外载负荷的平衡,行星机构的行星轮架的扭矩和转速需要满足固定输出关系式。通过控制装置的调节发电机转子的电输出功率,与发动机飞轮输出的机械输出功率比例,实现行星特定转速扭矩比例关系,满足电机转子的功率输出要求,进而满足整机的变速变矩的要求,实现了连续的变速变矩EMCVT功能。
纯电传动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘啮合,从而将太阳轮制动,发动机功率经变速箱输入轴全部分配给发电机转子,发电机转子通过控制装置将所有功率传递给电动机,电动机将功率传递给行星轮架,电功率分流模式独自作用,将功率输入给齿圈,再通过齿圈将功率输出给付变速箱输入轴;使齿轮组的不同变速档位传至变速箱输出轴,经中央传动轴分别传入前后驱动桥驱动车轮;
在纯电传动模式下,付变速箱输入轴的转速根据驾驶员的油门开度及整机外负荷的变化而连续变速。付变速箱输入轴的转速和扭矩调速依靠电机转子驱动行星机构行星轮架圈的转速和扭矩的变化获取,油门开度不变的条件下,整机负荷减小时,付变速箱输入轴扭矩需求变小,发动机转速上升,同时与行星机构行星轮架传动连接的电机转子在电机控制装置调控下转速上升,带动付变速箱输入轴升速。整机负荷增加,付变速箱输入轴转速下降,发动机转速下降扭矩上升,控制装置调控发动机输出的机电功率分配比例,电机转子转速降低,扭矩上升,齿圈和行星轮架按照行星机构特性决定的扭矩比例关系,提高齿圈及付变速箱输入轴的扭矩,与整机负载达成平衡,实现连续变速变矩的CVT功能。
纯机械传动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,发电机通过控制装置使发电机转子转速为零,从而制动齿圈,发动机功率经变速箱输入轴全部传递给太阳轮,机械功率分流模式独立作用,将功率输入给齿圈,再通过齿圈将功率输出给付变速箱输入轴;在纯机械传动模式下,与常规的机械传动一样,整个传动***形成固定的传动比,整机的车速和外负载,通过驾驶员操纵发动机油门开度来适应。
机械功率分流模式的传递路线:离合器C1啮合,制动器B1分离,发动机功率依次通过变速箱输入轴、离合器C1主动盘、制动器B1主动盘、太阳轮将功率传递给齿圈;
电功率分流模式的传递路线:电动机转子依次通过电动机输出轴、第一主动齿轮、第一从动齿轮、电动机输出过渡轴、第二主动齿轮、第二从动齿轮、行星轮架将功率传递给齿圈。
同时为了满足要求,发动机的输出模式还包括:
倒车模式:其在混动模式或纯电传动模式下实现,混动模式中,离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,控制装置确定发动机在某种转速下行星机构行星轮架输出零速点,同时控制装置控制电机转子相向旋转,发动机飞轮将功率通过变速箱输入轴、离合器C1主动盘、离合器C1从动盘、制动器B1主动盘传递给太阳轮,即机械功率分流模式;
同时电机将功率通过第一主动齿轮、第一从动齿轮、电动机输出过渡轴、第二主动齿轮、第二从动齿轮和行星轮架传递给行星轮架,再由齿圈进行功率汇流输出相反的转速,即电功率分流模式;
纯电传动模式中,离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘啮合,制动太阳轮,控制装置控制电机转子反向转动,电动机的功率经电动机空心输出轴、齿轮Z1、Z2、Z3和Z4、传至行星机构行星轮架,再由齿圈输出相反的转速。
为了满足低速行进要求,发动机功率的输出模式还包括超低速爬行模式,此时控制装置控制电动机转子处于恒定扭矩低速区段,
超低速爬行模式包括以下两种情况:当离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,发动机飞轮将功率通过变速箱输入轴、离合器C1主动盘、离合器C1从动盘、制动器B1主动盘和太阳轮传递给太阳轮,同时电机将功率通过第一主动齿轮、第一从动齿轮、电动机输出过渡轴、第二主动齿轮、第二从动齿轮传递给行星轮架,再由齿圈进行功率汇流输出,这是混动模式下的情况;
当离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘啮合,制动太阳轮,控制装置控制电机转子反向转动,电动机的功率经电动机空心输出轴、齿轮Z1、Z2、Z3和Z4、传至行星轮架,由齿圈输出,这是纯电传动模式下的情况;
混动模式下,可用于0-50km/h的低速作业和高速运输,涵盖全范围的工况,所述的混动传动模式功率合流CVT***效率较高。纯电传动模式主要用于0-40km/h的全负荷作业和工况,电瓶电力充足下,发动机不工作下,或其它作业装置需要发动机主要功率传动时的等工况。纯机械传动模式主要用田间运输载荷不大,作业行驶阻力不大,或适合的作业车速等工况,具有传动***最高传动效率;本无级变速传动***的三种传动模式按照控制规律或驾驶员要求自动切换。
为了满足其他工况要求,发动机功率的输出模式还包括:
发电模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,此时行星机构处于自由传动状态,齿圈无功率输出,发动机的功率全部传递给发电机,发电机转子输出恒定功率,电功率经控制装置整流后向外输出。

变速箱输入轴:其与发电机转子固定,并穿过电动机输出轴,又与太阳轮固定连接
电动机输出轴:其与第一主动齿轮连接;
电动机输出过渡轴:其与第一从动齿轮和第二主动齿轮固定连接,其中第一主动齿轮和第一从动齿轮相啮合;
行星轮架:其与第二从动齿轮连接,且第二从动齿轮与第二主动齿轮相啮合;
付变速箱输入轴:其与齿圈固定连接;
变速箱输出轴:其通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩;
中央传动主动轴,通过花键套与变速箱输出轴连接,获取动力驱动车轮。
工作原理:发动机输入轴直接与太阳轮固定连接,将功率传递给太阳轮,电动机传递功率给第一主动齿轮,再通过与第一主动齿轮相啮合的Z2带动电动机输出过渡轴转动,从而带动第二主动齿轮,再通过与第二主动齿轮啮合的Z4传递给行星轮架,齿圈将两条线路传递的功率进行汇流输出给付变速箱输入轴,从而带动轴上的高低档离合器齿轮组转动,将功率传递给变速箱输出轴,而通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩,最后中央传动主动轴与变速箱为一体,获取动力来驱动车轮。
一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,包括:
变速箱输入轴:其与发电机转子固定,并与离合器C1主动盘固定连接,离合器C1从动盘与制动器B1主动盘相连,制动器B1从动盘固定在箱体上;
太阳轮:其与制动器B1主动盘固定连接;
电动机输出轴:其与第一主动齿轮连接;
齿圈轴:其与第一从动齿轮连接,且第一从动齿轮与第一主动齿轮相啮合;
付变速箱输入轴:其与行星轮架固定连接;
变速箱输出轴:其通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩;
中央传动主动轴,通过花键套与变速箱输出轴连接,其获取动力驱动车轮。
工作原理:通过发动机传递功率给离合器C1,再通过制动器B1传给太阳轮,同时电动机传递功率给第一主动齿轮,再通过与第一主动齿轮相啮合的Z2带动行星轮架,齿圈将两条线路传递的功率进行汇流输出给付变速箱输入轴,从而带动轴上的高低档离合器齿轮组转动,将功率传递给变速箱输出轴,而通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩,最后中央传动主动轴与变速箱为一体,获取动力来驱动车轮。

变速箱输入轴:其与离合器C1主动盘固定和第一主动齿轮连接,离合器C1从动盘与制动器B1主动盘相连,制动器B1从动盘固定在箱体上;

发电机输入轴:其与第一从动齿轮固定连接,且第一从动齿轮与第一主动齿轮相啮合;
电动机输出轴:其与第二主动齿轮连接;
行星轮架:其与第二从动齿轮连接,且第二从动齿轮与第二主动齿轮相啮合;
付变速箱输入轴:其与齿圈固定连接;
变速箱输出轴:其通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩;
中央传动主动轴,通过花键套与变速箱输出轴连接,其获取动力驱动车轮。
工作原理:变速箱输入轴一方面传递功率给离合器C1,再通过制动器B1传给太阳轮,另一方面传递功率给第一主动齿轮,从而带动与Z1啮合的Z2,进而带动发电机输入轴转动给发电机传递功率,发电机给电动机供电,电动机输出轴传递功率给第二主动齿轮,第二主动齿轮带动第二从动齿轮,第二从动齿轮带动行星轮架,齿圈进行功率汇流传递给付变速箱输入轴。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过不同的传动方式,使发动机功率一不同的传递路线传递给太阳轮和行星轮架,同时齿圈进行汇流输出功率,将功率传递给付变速箱输入轴,不仅如此,本发明还具有以下优点:
1、可以实现三种模式的传动功能,使整机工作实用范围宽,且高效节能。
2、通过合理的齿轮参数的匹配,能够容易实现整机前进后退档所需不同车速的要求。
3、由电机驱动行星机构行星轮架,能充分发挥电机低速大扭矩优势,降低功率的损耗。
4、简化档位操控机构,操纵舒适性和可靠性好。
5、传动结构简单,利于整机布置

混动模式:离合器C1啮合,制动器B1分离,传动***按照机械功率转化电功率模式、电功率转化机械功率模式、机械功率分流模式和电功率分流模式的传动路线工作,并将功率分配给太阳轮9和行星轮架10,齿圈11将太阳轮9和行星轮架10的功率进行汇流;
纯电传动模式:离合器C1分离,制动器B1啮合,传动***按照机械功率转化电功率模式、电功率转化机械功率模式和电功率分流模式的传动路线工作,而机械分流模式传递路线断开,发动机1将功率全部分配给行星轮架10;
纯机械传动模式:离合器C1啮合,制动器B1分离,传动***按照机械功率转化电功率模式、电功率转化机械功率模式、机械功率分流模式的传动路线工作,而电功率分流模式的传动路线断开,发动机1将全部功率分配给太阳轮9;
而在上述的三种输出模式的基础上,本传动***能实现倒车模式、超低速爬行模式和发电模式;
倒车模式:其只在混动模式和纯电传动模式中实现,其中混动模式中,控制装置确定发动机1在某种转速下行星机构行星轮架10输出零速点,同时控制装置控制电机转子相向旋转,其余传动过程与上述混动模式和纯电传动模式相同;
而在纯电传动功率模式中,控制装置控制电机转子反向转动,其余传动过程与上述混动模式和纯电传动模式相同;
超低速爬行模式:其只在混动模式和纯电传动模式中实现,且控制装置控制电动机4转子处于恒定扭矩低速区段,其余与混动模式和纯电传动模式中的传动过程相同;
发电模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,此时行星机构处于自由传动状态,齿圈11无功率输出,发动机1的功率全部传递给发电机3,发电机3转子输出恒定功率,电功率经控制装置整流后向外输出。

Claims (10)

1.一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,包括:
变速箱输入轴:其与发电机转子固定,并穿过电动机输出轴,又与离合器C1主动盘固定连接,离合器C1从动盘与制动器B1主动盘相连,制动器B1从动盘固定在箱体上;
太阳轮:其与制动器B1主动盘固定连接;
电动机输出轴:其与第一主动齿轮连接;
电动机输出过渡轴:其与第一从动齿轮和第二主动齿轮固定连接,其中第一主动齿轮和第一从动齿轮相啮合;
行星轮架:其与第二从动齿轮连接,且第二从动齿轮与第二主动齿轮相啮合;
付变速箱输入轴:其与行齿圈固定连接;
变速箱输出轴:其通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩;
中央传动主动轴:通过花键套与变速箱输出轴连接,获取动力来驱动车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,变速箱输入轴与发动机飞轮同轴连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,发动机功率的分流模式包括:
发动机功率经变速箱输入轴分配给发电机转子形成的机械功率转化电功率模式;
发电机转子的电功率通过控制装置分配给电动机转子形成的电功率转化机械功率模式;
发动机功率经变速箱输入轴分配给太阳轮形成的机械功率分流模式;
以及电动机转子的电功率通过电动机输出轴分配给行星轮架形成的电功率分流模式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,发动机功率的输出模式包括混动模式、纯电传动模式和纯机械传动模式;
混动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,传动***按照机械功率转化电功率模式、电功率转化机械功率模式、机械功率分流模式和电功率分流模式的传动路线工作,发动机将功率分配给太阳轮和行星轮架,再通过齿圈进行功率汇流,从而传至付变速箱输入轴;
纯电传动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘啮合,从而将太阳轮制动,发动机功率经变速箱输入轴全部分配给行星轮架,传动***按照机械功率转化电功率模式、电功率转化机械功率模式和电功率分流模式的传动路线工作,再通过齿圈将功率输出给付变速箱输入轴;
纯机械传动模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘啮合,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,发电机通过控制装置使发电机转子转速为零,从而制动齿圈,传动***按照机械功率分流模式的传动路线工作,并将全部功率输入给齿圈,进而传递给付变速箱输入轴;
机械功率转化电功率模式的传动路线:发动机通过变速箱输入轴直接与发电机固定连接;
电功率转化机械功率模式的传动路线:发电机通过控制装置为电动机供电;
机械功率分流模式的传递路线:离合器C1啮合,制动器B1分离,发动机功率通过变速箱输入轴依次传递给离合器C1主动盘、制动器B1主动盘和太阳轮;
电功率分流模式的传递路线:电动机转子依次通过电动机输出轴、第一主动齿轮、第一从动齿轮、电动机输出过渡轴、第二主动齿轮、第二从动齿轮和行星轮架。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,发动机的输出模式还包括:
倒车模式:其在混动模式或纯电传动模式下实现,混动模式中,控制装置确定发动机在某种转速下行星机构行星轮架输出零速点,同时控制装置控制电机转子相向旋转,再由行星轮架进行功率汇流输出相反的转速;纯电传动模式中,控制装置控制电机转子反向转动,再由行齿圈输出相反的转速。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,发动机功率的输出模式还包括超低速爬行模式,此时控制装置控制电动机转子处于恒定扭矩低速区段,且超低速爬行模式在混动模式和纯电传动模式下进行。
7.根据权利要求4任一所述的一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,发动机功率的输出模式还包括:
发电模式:离合器C1主动盘和离合器C1从动盘分离,制动器B1主动盘和制动器B1从动盘分离,行星机构处于自由传动状态,齿圈无功率输出,发动机的功率全部传递给发电机,发电机转子输出恒定功率,电功率经控制装置整流后向外输出。
8.一种EMCVT太阳轮和行星轮架输入齿圈输出无级变速传动***,其特征在于,包括:
变速箱输入轴:其与发电机转子固定,并穿过电动机输出轴,又与太阳轮固定连接
电动机输出轴:其与第一主动齿轮连接;
电动机输出过渡轴:其与第一从动齿轮和第二主动齿轮固定连接,其中第一主动齿轮和第一从动齿轮相啮合;
行星轮架:其与第二从动齿轮连接,且第二从动齿轮与第二主动齿轮相啮合;
付变速箱输入轴:其与齿圈固定连接;
变速箱输出轴:其通过变速箱齿轮组的不同档位齿轮从付变速箱输入轴获取不同的转速及扭矩;
中央传动主动轴:通过花键套与变速箱输出轴连接,获取动力来驱动车轮。
