Abstract
本申请涉及地板清洁剂技术领域,具体关于一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法;本发明采用表面活性剂、助溶剂、杀菌剂、水、快干剂、光亮剂、三聚磷酸钠,来制备扫地机器人用地板水;巯基乙酸钠分别与六氟丙烯二聚体,乙二醇二烯丙基醚进行巯基‑烯加成反应,六氟丙烯二聚体,具有很好的疏水性,不易与水结合;这使得六氟丙烯在干燥过程中能够快速挥发,减少干燥时间;基于其双键结构和疏水性,能够与含有活性氢的物质发生反应并快速挥发,从而在短时间内实现干燥效果;本发明制备的扫地机器人用地板水,是扫地机器人清洁用水,具有深层去污能力,高效的抗菌除菌,速干光亮,对皮肤无刺激等优点。

技术领域
本申请涉及地板清洁剂技术领域,尤其是一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法。
背景技术
据2022年“中国家庭擦地需求与专用擦地机器人技术趋势”介绍,中国家庭地面主要是瓷砖和木质地板的结构,硬质地面占比接近99%。针对这些硬质地板的清洁,绝大部分消费者认为扫地后有必要进行擦地,而20%以上消费者认为擦地频率为每天,40%以上用户擦地频率为每周1-3次,可以看出,地板清洁的需求是一个刚性高频的需求。另外,2021年清洁电器市场增长趋势迅猛,仅上半年的销售额达到136亿元,同比增长40.2%,其中以洗地机、扫地机器人为代表的新形态产品,在清洁电器品类中表现尤为突出。随着家庭生活中清洁电器的高速渗透,对家居清洁行业及地板清洁剂产品带来市场。
中国发明专利申请CN116004328A:提出一种长效抑菌的地板清洁剂组合物及其制备方法,其中所述清洁剂的成分为:0.5%-10%第一杀菌剂、0.5%-3%第二杀菌剂,0.05%-3%快干剂,4%-50%非离子表面活性剂、0.5%-20%助溶剂、0.1%-2%添加剂,余量为去离子水;按照此比例制得的清洁剂组合物使用后能够保持48小时长效抑菌,同时泡沫低,易漂洗,干燥速度快。
中国发明专利申请CN115449436A:提出一种地板清洁剂及其制备方法。按重量百分比包括以下组分:天然非离子型表面活性剂0.1~10%、抑菌剂0.1~10%、螯合剂0.1~15%、助剂0.01~1%、水余量。本发明采用天然植物提取物进行配合使用,不仅不含有有害化学物质,环境友好、并且对人和动物无毒,尤其是具有去污杀菌低泡留香等综合效用,满足对地板清洁的使用体验,采用茶皂素不仅提升与污渍的作用效果,而且具有低泡沫的特性。
中国发明专利申请CN108913383A:提出一种地板清洁剂,按质量百分比,由以下各组分组成:0.1~0.2%的卡波姆,0.2~0.3%的遮光剂,5~8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,0.35~0.5%三乙醇胺,2~3%异构十三醇,0.1~0.2%银离子,0.1~0.5%微胶囊香精,0.1%防腐剂,1.8~2.3%的柠檬酸钠,和余量的去离子水,各组分之和为百分之百。本发明提出的地板清洁剂,清洁去污力强,尤其是油脂类去污,得到光洁的地板;杀菌消毒效果持久,降低霉斑的生成几率;无挥发性溶剂,安全无毒;且持久留香。本发明还提出所述的地板清洁剂的制备方法。
目前制备的清洁剂一般存在深层去污能力不足,抗菌除菌效果差,且清洁后水渍蒸发速度慢等缺陷。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,提升清洁剂的深层去污能力及抗菌除菌效果,加快清洁后水渍蒸发速度。
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种扫地机器人用地板水制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:按重量份,称取15-30份表面活性剂、10-20份助溶剂、1-10份杀菌剂、20-35份水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入1-3份快干增效剂、1-3份光亮剂、0.01-0.1份三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:
按重量份,在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入20-30份巯基乙酸钠,2-6份六氟丙烯二聚体,102-130份乙二醇二烯丙基醚,2-6份乙醇钠,在38-45℃搅拌100-180分钟,得到快干增效剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:120-180,得到扫地机器人用地板水。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的杀菌剂为季铵盐型杀菌剂或酚类杀菌剂。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的季铵盐型杀菌剂为苯扎氯铵。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的酚类杀菌剂为三氯生、三氯卡班、二氯生、对氯间二甲基苯酚、苯酚中的一种或多种。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸盐、脂肪酸盐中的一种或多种。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、氧化胺中的一种或多种。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、异己醇中的一种或多种。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述快干增效剂通过巯基乙酸钠分别与六氟丙烯二聚体,乙二醇二烯丙基醚进行巯基-烯加成反应,得到含氟快干增效剂。
优选的一种扫地机器人用地板水,所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
技术效果:
本申请的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,与现有技术相比,本申请具有以下显著效果:
1、本发明采用的表面活性剂是主要的清洁成分,它能有效地降低水的表面张力,起到润湿、渗透的作用,同时对各种污渍进行乳化、分散、从而起到深层清洁的作用;
2、本申请采用的杀菌剂安全性高、对人体无害;溶解性能好,不影响地板水的稳定性和气味,可起到杀菌或抑菌效果;
3、本申请采用的三聚磷酸钠,不仅能够除去硬水中大量的Ca2+和Mg2+外,而且有利于清洁剂的溶解,并在洗涤过程中保持碱度,具有抗腐蚀性;
4、本申请制备的扫地机器人用地板水,是扫地机器人清洁专用水,具有深层去污能力,高效的抗菌除菌,速干光亮,对皮肤无刺激等优点。
5、巯基乙酸钠分别与六氟丙烯二聚体,乙二醇二烯丙基醚进行巯基-烯加成反应,六氟丙烯二聚体,具有很好的疏水性,不易与水结合;这使得六氟丙烯在干燥过程中能够快速挥发,减少干燥时间;基于其双键结构和疏水性,能够与含有活性氢的物质发生反应并快速挥发,从而在短时间内实现干燥效果。

实施例1
一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:称取15g表面活性剂、10g助溶剂、1g杀菌剂、20g水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入1g快干增效剂、1g光亮剂、0.01g三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:120,得到扫地机器人用地板水。
所述的杀菌剂为苯扎氯铵。
所述的表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸盐。
所述的助溶剂为乙醇。
所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:
在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入20g巯基乙酸钠,2g六氟丙烯二聚体,102g乙二醇二烯丙基醚,2g乙醇钠,在38℃搅拌100分钟,得到快干增效剂。
所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
实施例2
一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:称取20g表面活性剂、13g助溶剂、5g杀菌剂、25g水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入2g快干增效剂、2g光亮剂、0.04g三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:140,得到扫地机器人用地板水。
所述的杀菌剂为三氯生。
所述的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
所述的助溶剂为乙二醇。
所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:
在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入23g巯基乙酸钠,3g六氟丙烯二聚体,110g乙二醇二烯丙基醚,3g乙醇钠,在40℃搅拌120分钟,得到快干增效剂。
所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
实施例3
一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:称取25g表面活性剂、18g助溶剂、8g杀菌剂、30g水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入2g快干增效剂、2g光亮剂、0.08g三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:160,得到扫地机器人用地板水。
所述的杀菌剂为对氯间二甲基苯酚。
所述的表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述的助溶剂为乙二醇。
所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:
在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入28g巯基乙酸钠,5g六氟丙烯二聚体,120g乙二醇二烯丙基醚,5g乙醇钠,在43℃搅拌160分钟,得到快干增效剂。
所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
实施例4
一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:称取30g表面活性剂、20g助溶剂、10g杀菌剂、35g水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入3g快干增效剂、3g光亮剂、0.1g三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:180,得到扫地机器人用地板水。
所述的杀菌剂为二氯生。
所述的表面活性剂烷基糖苷。
所述的助溶剂为异己醇。
所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:
在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入30g巯基乙酸钠,6g六氟丙烯二聚体,130g乙二醇二烯丙基醚,6g乙醇钠,在45℃搅拌180分钟,得到快干增效剂。
所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
对比例1
本例中不加含氟快干增效剂,使用乙二醇二烯丙基醚做快干剂,其他同实施例1。
对比例2
本例中快干增效剂的制备过程中不加六氟丙烯二聚体,其他同实施例1。
对比例3
本例中快干增效剂的制备过程中不加巯基乙酸钠,其他同实施例1。
本方法中制备得到的扫地机器人用地板水通过下述方法进行评价:
1、抗菌抑菌效果测试,参照QB/T2850和QB/T2738评价方法;
2、去污力测试参照QB/T4532-2013;
3、快干测试:将本发明制备的地板水加入至扫地机器人中,然后进行拖地,用秒表记录地板水分蒸发完的时间,水分在地板上2分钟内蒸发完评分9-10分,水分在地板上4分钟内蒸发完评分7-8分,水分在地板上6分钟内蒸发完评分5-6分,水分在地板上8分钟内蒸发完评分3-4分,水分在地板上10分钟内蒸发完评分1-2分,水分在地板上10分钟以上蒸发完评分0分。
测试结果:
通过以上实施例与对比例的数据分析,本发明制备的扫地机器人用地板水,具有深层去污能力,高效的抗菌除菌,速干光亮等优点。

Claims (9)
1.一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其操作步骤为:
S1:按重量份,称取15-30份表面活性剂、10-20份助溶剂、1-10份杀菌剂、20-35份水,搅拌,混合均匀;
S2:继续加入1-3份快干增效剂、1-3份光亮剂、0.01-0.1份三聚磷酸钠,搅拌,混合均匀,得到清洁剂;所述快干增效剂的制备方法为:按重量份,在密闭搅拌釜中,采用氮气将空气置换,然后加入20-30份巯基乙酸钠,2-6份六氟丙烯二聚体,102-130份乙二醇二烯丙基醚,2-6份乙醇钠,在38-45℃搅拌100-180分钟,得到快干增效剂;
S3:最后向清洁剂中,加入一定比例水,清洁剂与水的比例为1:120-180,得到扫地机器人用地板水;巯基乙酸钠分别与六氟丙烯二聚体、乙二醇二烯丙基醚进行巯基-烯加成反应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为季铵盐型杀菌剂或酚类杀菌剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的季铵盐型杀菌剂为苯扎氯铵。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的酚类杀菌剂为三氯生、三氯卡班、二氯生、对氯间二甲基苯酚、苯酚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸盐、脂肪酸盐中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、氧化胺中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、异己醇中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种扫地机器人用地板水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的光亮剂为水性聚氨酯光亮剂。
