Preferably, the angle adjusting assembly 23 further comprises two displacement modules 234, the reversing plate 232 is in transmission connection with the welding head 4 through the two displacement modules 234, and linear displacement output by the two displacement modules 234 is in a space vertical state. The linear displacement is output through two displacement modules 234 arranged at ninety degrees, and the two displacement modules 234 are conventional modules and are used for outputting the linear displacement, so that the welding head 4 is driven by the reversing plate 232 to perform local fine adjustment.
As an optimization, the bearing plate 22 is provided with two pins 233, two reversing grooves are arranged at corresponding positions on the reversing plate 232, the two pins 233 are inserted into the reversing grooves, and the two reversing grooves are arc-shaped. When torque is output through the angle modulation motor 231, the two pins 233 are inserted into the reversing grooves to rotationally guide the reversing plate 232, so that lateral deviation is prevented, and the stability of the output torque is ensured.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the negative pressure fan 31 is used for manufacturing a negative pressure source, the negative pressure flow channel 321 on the flow guide seat 32 is communicated with the suction nozzle 33, the suction nozzle 33 is arranged in an arc shape, a welding seam is attached, the welding seam is communicated with a gap between the support seat plate and the spherical surface plate, the negative pressure is manufactured between the support seat plate and the spherical surface plate, so that the air pressure of the support seat plate and the spherical surface plate is lower than the external air pressure, the contact surface of the support seat plate and the spherical surface plate is tightly attached under the action of pressure difference, the support seat plate and the spherical surface plate are uniformly stressed when welding is performed, the welding uniformity is convenient to improve, and the partial abrasion of a spherical crown in the later use process is prevented; through manufacturing negative pressure, during welding, the inward flowing performance of the welding liquid is improved, so that the infiltration depth of the welding liquid is increased, and the welding strength is increased; the suction nozzle 33 is used for sucking air, the air is sent into the pressure sensing cavity 322 through the negative pressure runner 321, the blades of the driving paddles 341 are impacted to drive the driving paddles 341 to rotate, the driving paddles 341 drive the pressure sensing seat 342 to slide along the pressure sensing cavity 322 to compress the pressure regulating spring 344, the impact force of the driving paddles 341 is reduced as the welding seam non-welding area gradually reduces, namely the air inlet section is reduced, the instantaneous air inlet amount is reduced, the pressure sensing seat 342 is driven to reversely move under the action of spring force, and the instantaneous air inlet amount of the welding seam is detected in real time through the movement of the pressure sensing seat 342; when the pressure sensing seat 342 moves reversely, that is, when the air inlet section is reduced, the guide pillar 345 is inserted into the coil 346, the coil 346 cuts the magnetic induction line to generate induction current, the input current of the negative pressure fan 31 is controlled according to the magnitude of the induction current, the output power of the negative pressure fan 31 is reduced, the pressure between the support plate and the spherical plate is maintained, the pressure between the support plate and the spherical plate is further reduced due to the fact that the negative pressure fan 31 keeps equal power output, the spherical plate is further pressed towards the support plate, and welding is uneven.
