Abstract

纤维用牵伸辊,作为上辊使用橡胶辊,在该橡胶辊的一部分或全部的表面上设置厚0.05-5μm的非晶态石英薄膜,以此同时改进纤维束的把持性和橡胶辊表面的耐磨损性。该非晶态石英薄膜以分散含有炭黑、工业用金刚石粉末、金属粉末或四氟化链烯微粒为佳。该非晶态石英薄膜是在橡胶辊的一部分或全部的表面上涂敷分子量600-1000的全氢化聚硅氧烷的有机溶剂溶液后,去除溶剂,在空气中加热(通常是120-180℃)而形成的。

Description

纤维用牵伸辊及其制造方法
本发明是关于环锭纺纱机、粗纺机、熟条机、包芯精纺机和延伸假捻机等的纤维用牵伸辊。
例如在环锭纺纱机、粗纺机、熟条机、包芯精纺机和延伸假捻机等中,在为了使纤维束形成丝条而将流棉梳条、对粗丝和长丝进行牵伸捻丝制造丝条的工序中,在作为下辊的金属辊上方,作为上辊广泛使用将橡胶辊固定的牵伸辊。
这些橡胶辊,为了达到牢靠地把持纤维束和正确的牵伸,使用较软的橡胶材料,因此橡胶辊表面的磨损剧烈,考虑丝条制品的制造高速化和均匀性等品质,必须几个月就更换一次辊。
因此,作为这样的牵伸辊,重要的是,在配置在下方的金属辊和配置在上方的橡胶辊之间能牢靠地把持纤维束,而且能尽可能减少因纤维通过而产生的橡胶辊表面的磨损。
本发明的课题是改进由这样的橡胶辊构成的纤维用牵伸辊,使其成为同时具有优良的纤维束把持性和表面磨损性的制品。
本发明是通过将软质橡胶辊表面的一部分或全部被覆厚0.05-5μm的非晶态石英薄膜而解决上述课题的。
例如,将具有按照JIS K6301的橡胶硬度为60-80°的较软质橡胶辊表面的一部分或全部涂敷分子量600-1000的全氢化聚硅氧烷的有机溶剂溶液后,除去溶剂,在空气中加热(通常120-180℃),可以形成上述非晶态石英薄膜。作为上述溶剂,强极性的烃,例如甲苯、二甲苯、环己烷等适用。
在此场合,根据必要向聚硅氧烷溶液中混合分散炭黑、工业用金刚石粉末、金属粉末或者四氟化链烯微粒等形成被覆液,使用上述被覆液能够达到橡胶辊表面的耐久性的提高、防止静电发生和防止纤维夹杂物附着等实用性能的提高。
本发明的石英膜,因为是不结晶的非晶态,所以富有抗弯曲性,其厚度是5μm以下,特别是0.5-3μm为佳,在此情况下,在φ5mm的反复变形时也具有抗弯曲性。
另外,关于摩损性,也以0.5μm的膜厚进行钢棉擦伤试验的结果证实,在钢号000号、载荷250g 60r/min下,海斯值是1.8,与橡胶表面的海斯值8.2相比,擦伤性得到显著改进。
进而也像在以下的实施例中所示的那样,本发明提高纤维束的把持力和耐磨损性,而且由于在非晶态石英膜中分散含有炭黑、金刚石粒子、铝粉末或/和四氟化链烯微粒,利用对非晶态石英特征的炭黑、金属或四氟化链烯的接触角润湿性以及对存在于这些粒子表面的少量氧化膜还原的化学反应,能够给辊表面的耐磨损性予以飞跃提高或者去除产生的静电,以及防止纤维夹杂物的动植物油脂、飞溅层、或者低聚物等的附着的特性。
再者,分散在非晶态石英膜中的金刚石粒子等的量通常可以是5-25%(重量),最好是10-20%(重量)。
下面,列举实施例更详细地说明本发明。在实施例中的橡胶硬度按照JISK6301测定。
实施例1
作为安装在精纺机上的牵伸辊,将以丁腈橡胶为主材料、硬度80度的辊浸渍到二甲苯中进行表面洗净,接着,在旋转下(300r/min),在该辊上涂敷分子量800的全氢化聚硅氧烷(东燃株式会社的东燃聚硅氧烷PHPS-1)的20%二甲苯溶液,在80℃干燥10分钟后,以150℃的热风干燥机加热30分钟,在辊表面被覆0.8μm的非晶态石英膜。
所得到的辊的表面硬度是76度,虽然与被覆前几乎没有变化,但安装在精纺机上,通过棉粗丝,进行旋转时,与使用被覆前的辊的场合相比,丝条的均匀性提高,而且即使在六个月的连续运转后,也看不到辊表面的磨损,耐擦伤性显著改进。
实施例2
在分子量950的全氢化聚硅氧烷(东燃株式会社的东燃聚硅氧烷PHPS-2)的10%二甲苯溶液中,以相对聚硅氧烷重量20%的重量比例混合分散320目的铝粉末,制成被覆液。
在用二甲苯将硬度60度的硅橡胶辊清洗脱脂的熟条机前辊上涂敷上述被覆液,用100℃的干燥机脱溶剂后,用150℃的热风干燥机加热30分,在辊表面形成含有铝粉末的平均1.5μm厚的非晶态石英膜。
所得到的辊的表面硬度是72度,与被覆前相比,橡胶硬度没有实质性的变化,但与通常的辊压10kg相比,是8kg的轻接触压力,得到了纤维丝条的均匀性,而且与被覆前相比,即使3倍地连续使用,也看不到表面擦伤。
实施例3
用二甲苯对延伸假捻纺丝聚酯长丝的绕丝部的上辊(橡胶硬度80)进行脱脂清洗。
接着,在分子量1200的全氢化聚硅氧烷(东燃株式会社的东燃聚硅氧烷PHPS-2)的10%二甲苯溶液中,相对聚合物重量比,混合10%的四氟化丙烯微粉和等量的平均粒径2μm的金刚石粉末,制成被覆液。
使上述辊在该被覆液中转动,在其表面涂敷被覆液后,加热至100℃脱去溶剂,以150℃的热风干燥机加热30分钟。
对所得到的上辊的表面以含有四氟化树脂粒和碳粒的厚1.5μm的非晶态石英膜被覆,安装在延伸假捻机上,对聚酯长丝(40d/16f)以200m/min速度进行延伸假捻的结果表明,在24小时后在辊表面也看不到擦伤和聚酯低聚物及油剂成分的附着。
发明的效果
本发明的纤维用牵伸辊是纤维束的把持性和表面的磨损性同时优良的牵伸辊,比以往能长时间稳定且效率良好地使用。
再者,本发明的纤维用牵伸辊,在非晶态石英膜中分散含有炭黑和金属粉末等,飞跃地提高了辊表面的耐磨损性,还具有去除静电和防污性等优点。

Claims (3)

1、纤维用牵伸辊,是将橡胶辊用于牵伸辊,其特征在于,在上述橡胶辊的一部分或全部的表面上设置厚0.05-5μm的非晶态石英薄膜。
2、权利要求1所述的纤维用牵伸辊,其特征在于,在上述石英薄膜中分散含有炭黑、金刚石粉末、金属粉开或者四氟化链烯微粉末。
3、纤维用牵伸辊的制造方法,将橡胶辊用于牵伸辊,其特征在于,在橡胶辊一部分或全部的表面上涂敷分子量600-1000的全氢化聚硅氧烷的有机溶剂溶液后,除去溶剂,然后进行加热处理,形成厚0.05-5μm的非晶态石英薄膜。
