In the first embodiment, the signal lamp body 2 is not effectively cleaned before being rotated for use and when being rotated for storage, so that the illumination effect of the rotated signal lamp body for use cannot be ensured, and impurities are still attached to influence the next use when being rotated for storage, so that certain use limitations exist.
Compared with the first embodiment, through the cooperation of structures such as third stay 603, second rack, clean cover 5 and overcoat 3011, when signal lamp body 2 rotates the use and rotate back and accomodate the back, all can drive clean cover 5 and remove along the surface of signal lamp body 2 and accomplish cleanly, and then can guarantee the surface cleanness of signal lamp body 2, guarantee the illuminating effect that the rotation was used next time. The whole scheme is combined with the movement of the outer sleeve 3011, the rotation of the signal lamp body 2 is not influenced, and the long-term bright lighting effect of the signal lamp body 2 can be ensured; meanwhile, the third stay cord 603 drives the cleaning sleeve 5 to stably move, compared with the free sliding of the cleaning sleeve 5 along the signal lamp body 2 under the gravity, the impact damage to the signal lamp body 2 can be avoided, and the applicability is stronger.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, as a further improvement of the present embodiment: the cleaning sleeve 5 can comprise an inner ring 501 in direct contact with the signal lamp body 2 and four square plates 502 fixedly installed outside the inner ring 501, and the square plates 502 have a certain weight at the moment, so that the inner ring 501 can be smoothly slid down when being attached to the signal lamp body 2. One of the square plates 502 is fixedly connected with a third pull rope 603, and is used for realizing synchronous movement of all the square plates 502 and the inner ring 501.
Further, bosses (not shown) in an arc shape are fixedly installed on the inner walls of the innermost jacket 3011, and the bosses are disposed on the moving path of the inner ring 501 along the signal lamp body 2, the number of which is four, and are located on the four inner walls of the innermost jacket 3011. When the square plate 502 drives the inner ring 501 to move, the square plate is in contact with the boss, and the friction of the inner ring 501 to the signal lamp body 2 can be increased by the extrusion of the boss, so that the cleaning quality of the outer surface of the signal lamp body 2 is further improved.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent signal lamp control device for intelligent traffic comprises a shell and a signal lamp body positioned in the shell, and is characterized in that a supporting component for supporting the signal lamp body and a control component for driving the supporting component to move are arranged in the shell; the starting control assembly can drive the signal lamp body to vertically move out of the shell through the supporting assembly, and then drive the signal lamp body to rotate 180 degrees.

The intelligent traffic signal lamp control device according to claim 1, wherein the control assembly comprises a motor fixedly connected with the shell, a guide wheel rotatably connected with the shell, and a sliding block in sliding fit with the shell and fixedly connected with the support assembly, a reel is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the motor, and a first pull rope which bypasses the guide wheel and is fixedly connected with the sliding block is fixedly wound on the reel.

The intelligent traffic signal lamp control device according to claim 4, wherein the mounting frame comprises an outer sleeve fixedly connected with the sliding block, an inner sleeve positioned in the outer sleeve and a base fixedly connected with the shell, the short rod and the supporting rod are rotatably mounted on the inner sleeve, a first rack corresponding to the first gear is fixedly mounted in the outer sleeve, an embedded block fixedly connected with the inner sleeve is slidably mounted on the surface of the outer sleeve, a reversing wheel is rotatably mounted on the surface of the outer sleeve, and a second pull rope bypassing the reversing wheel and fixedly connected with the embedded block is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the base.
