随着社会的发展,人口的增多,粮食需求量成倍增加。耕地面积有极限,人类繁衍无极限,对食品的需求量增多是客观存在的重大社会问,题如何解决和开发食品来源是当今世界亟待解决的人类生存课题。本发明为食品来源开发出新的途径,也是增强人们体质,抗御疾病防病灭病的一种方式。植物的叶子有数千种,能食用和具有对人体有保健作用的有很多种,人类古代史上食用树叶的先例和方法也很多,近代和现代史上人们把食用植物叶子这一宝贵的经验没继承和发展下来,只有中医师在运用中药治疗疾病过程中,把极少量的植物叶列入药材开入处方,让人们饮服。真正把各种植物叶加工成面粉,做成主食来就餐,在国内外各地还是空前的。本发明就是填补此项空白。
上述现状为了解决这一社会重大问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色面粉及其制备方法。绿色面粉产品是由天然植物的叶及提取物备制的物质,可以掺入少量的粮食进行备制。这样把大自然界植物宝库大门打开了,筛选开发利用,多年以一直把这些有营养和保健价值的物质烂掉不用,实在是失误。
本发明产品所述天然植物的叶及提取备制的面粉,其含的化学化成份和化合物是丰富、复杂和多样的,不但含有淀粉、蛋白质、碳水化合物,而且还含有不同的甙类、酚类、甾醇、维生素、果糖、果酸、植物碱、酶、三萜素、抗菌、抗微生物、抗病毒物质,主要还有增加大脑皮层的兴奋过程,或抑制大脑皮层过度兴奋,有作用于中枢神经有改善神经疲劳过度的灵活性,以及对消化***,血液循环***,骨骼***和血压、血糖、血脂、血小板都有一定功能和作用,并能增强肌体对各种有害刺激的防御能力,增加人体免疫力,大大超过粮食面粉的功能。
本发明产品有的组份料中具有天然香味和酸、辛、苦、甘风味。也可以针对消费者的体质、年龄、患病状况灵活改变配方,备制成面粉来食用。各种植物叶对人体各器官分别有特殊作用;所以绿色面粉系列,总体可分为十大类,人体有特别情况可特别配制。
为实现上述发明目的,采取以下技术方案:绿色面粉选用天然植物叶及提取物,配伍少量粮食或菌类,进行洗涤烘干,粉碎,过筛备制。制成面粉,产品可散装,亦可压块、压片包装,包装时袋内装干燥剂。
其特征是绿色面由以下几种组份制取:
甲组份包括:忍冬藤、猕猴桃叶、青豆。忍冬藤40%,猕猴桃叶40%,青豆20%。忍冬藤:主要成份含有忍冬甙,有清热解毒,疏通经络功能,并有抗菌、消炎、抗癌作用。
猕猴桃叶:主要成份含有维生素C最多,还含有维生素B1、B6和微量元素锌和硒。有滋补活血、健脾益脑作用。
青豆:主要成份含有蛋白质、淀粉、脂肪,有粘性是粘合剂。首先将忍冬藤、猕猴桃叶枝梗去掉,洗涤后烘干同青豆混合粉碎,采用面粉厂生产精粉的筛箩制粉,反复三次粉碎过筛——制出成品。
乙组份包括:银杏叶45%,桑叶35%,粳米20%。
银杏叶:主要成份含有黄酮甙,药理作用护充血管,增加血流量和脑血管流量,降血压、降低血清胆固醇。
桑叶:主要成份含有云香甙、槲皮素,药理作用治眼目昏花,凉血止血,清肺止咳,疏散风热,对人体保健使用是多方面的。粳米含有蛋白质、淀粉、有粘合剂作。备制方法与甲组工序相同。
丙组份包括:荷叶40%,嫩柳叶40%,糯米20%。
荷叶:主要成份含有莲碱,药理作用能固精、利湿,抑制头晕。
嫩柳叶:主要成份含水杨碱,药理作用清热解毒。驱风和调解神经。糯米主要成份有淀粉蛋白质,微量糖,粘合剂。
丁组份包括:松针叶45%,小茴叶25%,薏苡仁10%,花生米20%。
松针叶:主要成份含有脂肪油、亚硝酸,有活血、抗癌作用。
小茴叶:主要成份含有***、挥发油,有理气、止痛、化食作用。薏米:主要成份含有薏苡脂,薏苡素有养血、抗癌作用。
花生米:主要成份含有脂肪油、蛋白质,淀粉。有健胃、益寿作用。
实施例1:一、投料总量:1000Kg
忍冬藤400Kg 猕猴桃叶400Kg、青豆
200Kg
二、生产工艺:去枝梗、洗涤粉碎过筛成粉。实施例2:一、投料总量:1000KgK。
银杏叶450Kg,桑叶350Kg,粳米200
Kg。
二、生产工艺同例1相同。实施例3:一、投料总是1000Kg
荷叶400Kg,嫩柳叶400Kg,糯米150
Kg。
二、产工艺同例1相同。实施例4:一、投料总量1000Kg
松针叶450Kg,小茴叶250Kg,薏苡仁1
00Kg,花生米200Kg。
二、生产工艺与实施例1相同。其余配方省略。绿色面粉可散装亦可压成块状或片状,500g1袋或1000g分装。
Claims (2)
1、一种绿色面粉制备方法,此绿色面粉是由天然植物叶及提取物和少量的粮食等物质构成的。其特征在于所述面粉以下系列组份备制:
甲组份:忍冬藤、猴桃叶、青豆。
乙组份:银杏叶、桑叶、糯米。
丙组份:荷叶、嫩柳叶、糯米。
丁组份:松针叶、茴香叶、薏米、花生米。
2、根据权利要求1所述备制方法,将甲、乙、丙、丁组份排杂择净洗涤、烘干、粉碎过筛成粉状。
其特征是配方比例,工艺步骤按下列顺序操作。
甲组份:忍冬藤40%,猕猴桃叶40%,青豆20%,去枝梗,择出枯萎、虫咬过的叶片,洗涤后烘干,同排杂洗涤后晒干的青豆一同粉碎过200目筛,三次粉碎三次过筛,制成面粉呈淡绿色。
乙组份:银杏叶45%,桑叶35%,粳米20%,首先将银杏叶,桑叶枝梗、去净,择出带班点的叶片,洗涤后烘干,同洗净晒干的粳米一齐粉碎,过200目筛后再粉碎,三次粉碎过筛,制成面粉。
丙组份:荷叶40%,嫩柳叶40%,糯米20%首先将荷叶,嫩柳叶洗涤烘干,同糯米粉碎,过200目筛,多次粉碎过筛成面粉状。
丁组份:松针叶45%,茴香叶25%,薏米仁10%,花生米20%,首先松针时、茴香叶洗涤烘干,再将洗涤净的薏苡仁、花生米烘干,混匀以用烤箱,烘烤,后粉碎,多次粉碎过筛成面粉状。
将甲、乙、丙、丁组制成的面粉,可以散粉包装,亦可通过压缩机压成块状或片状包装,每袋500g,袋(合)内伴装干燥剂小袋。仅防绿色面粉返渐霉变。
