纸尿裤、隔尿垫等产品是市场上销量最大的个人卫生护理用品种类之一。目前此类产品多采用多层复合芯体，芯体中的最关键成分为高吸水树脂，对高吸水树脂的主要要求在吸液量和抗菌性能方面。
为提高高吸水树脂的吸收性能，目前已经尝试了向其中加入某些天然多糖的技术路线。但这些材料在吸收速度、抗菌性能等方面多有缺陷。需要研究适合的天然多糖加入方式以发挥其促进吸收的效果和天然、安全的特点。
发明内容
为改进现有吸收芯体的上述缺陷，一方面，本申请提供了一种含天然多糖的复合吸收芯体，所述复合吸收芯体由依次叠加的下渗层、高分子层1、导流层、高分子层2以及扩散层组成；所述高分子层1和/或高分子层2由加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料制成。

称取琼脂 0.3g、瓜尔胶 0.1g加热溶于25mL蒸馏水中得多糖溶液；称取6g氢氧化钠溶于50mL蒸馏水中得氢氧化钠溶液；在冰浴中将20g丙烯酸缓慢加入氢氧化钠溶液中得到部分中和的丙烯酸溶液；向部分中和的丙烯酸溶液中加入0.3g壳聚糖季铵盐，0.008g N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，混合均匀后加入多糖溶液；滴加入0.02g过硫酸钾、0.02g乙二胺，置于35摄氏度恒温水浴中反应4小时；将产物烘干并粉碎，得复合吸水材料。
另一方面，本申请提供了上述复合吸收芯体在制备个人卫生用品中的应用。
进一步地，所述个人卫生用品为纸尿裤。
此外，本申请的高吸水抗菌复合芯体还可以在适当改进后用于隔尿垫、卫生巾、手术用吸液垫等。
由于各种成分用量差异较大，使用份数表示容易混淆。本申请权利要求中使用实际实验中的具体重量克数来限定各种试剂用量。本领域技术人员可以理解按照克数比例放大或缩小反应规模的技术方案也在本申请的保护范围之内。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例详述本发明。以下实施例仅做展示用，本发明的保护范围由权利要求限定，不局限于以下实施例。
测试方法
吸液性能测试
测试吸液速度时：
称取一定重量的干树脂，置于尼龙袋中，将尼龙袋浸于足量液体中，每5分钟或10分钟取出称量，计算吸液率g/g，平行3个实验取平均值。
测试总吸液性能时：
称取一定重量的干树脂，置于烧杯中，加入足量液体，等待一小时使树脂充分吸水溶胀，滤去液体称量，计算吸液率g/g，测试3次取平均值。
吸液性能测试中所用液体包括：
纯净水：哇哈哈品牌；
生理盐水：0.9% w/v的氯化钠纯净水溶液；
人工尿液：含尿素2% w/v，氯化钠1% w/v，氯化钙0.05% w/v，硫酸镁 0.1%w/v的纯净水溶液。
抗菌性能测试：
参考ISO 22196的要求设计方法：
菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌（ATCC 25923）和大肠杆菌（ATCC 25922），将两种菌涂布接种于LB培养基平板上；将约0.1g树脂样品粉碎后压成约直径1cm的近圆形片，紫外灯照射3-分钟灭菌后置于平板中心；37摄氏度下培养24小时，测量抑菌圈的直径，平行3个实验取平均。
主要材料
琼脂粉：食品级，陕西晨明生物科技有限公司。
丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰胺：济南远洋化工有限公司。
壳聚糖季铵盐：陕西唐尧生物科技有限公司。
几种天然高分子多糖：广州恒添生物科技有限公司。
其他试剂均为常规国产种类。
实施例1制备天然高分子多糖-丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料
按照同日申请中的方法制备了琼脂-丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺复合吸水材料：
称取0.3g琼脂加热溶于25mL蒸馏水中得琼脂溶液；称取8g氢氧化钠溶于50mL蒸馏水中得氢氧化钠溶液；在冰浴中将20g丙烯酸缓慢加入上述氢氧化钠溶液中；加入7g丙烯酰胺，0.2g壳聚糖季铵盐，0.005g N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，混合均匀后加入琼脂溶液；滴加入0.03g过硫酸钾、0.02g亚硫酸氢钠，置于恒温水浴中反应3小时；将产物烘干并粉碎，得复合吸水材料。
该材料有良好的吸收能力（吸水性能达到975g/g，吸生理盐水性能达到141g/g，吸人工尿液43 g/g），但相比不加入琼脂的类似材料（引发剂和交联剂用量略有调整），吸液速度方面有明显不足（见图1）。
为解决此问题，申请人尝试了使用聚丙烯钠替代丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰酸，并替代配合多种天然多糖的组合，制备方法如下：
称取适量多糖加热溶于或者混匀于25mL蒸馏水中得多糖溶液；称取6g氢氧化钠溶于50mL蒸馏水中得氢氧化钠溶液；在冰浴中将20g丙烯酸缓慢加入氢氧化钠溶液中得到部分中和的丙烯酸溶液；向部分中和的丙烯酸溶液中加入0.3g壳聚糖季铵盐，0.008g N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，混合均匀后加入多糖溶液；滴加入0.02g过硫酸钾、0.02g乙二胺，置于35摄氏度恒温水浴中反应4小时；将产物烘干并粉碎，得复合吸水材料。

实施例2多糖配比的改进
考虑到吸收速度、吸尿性能和造价问题，选择瓜儿胶做进一步研究，在适合的多糖用量范围内（前期实验表明不宜大于0.4g）使用了不同配比的瓜儿胶做进一步筛选，结果如下表2所示：

详细考察比较了其中效果最佳的琼脂 0.3g+瓜尔胶 0.1g的技术方案的吸收速度（吸水、吸尿），结果如图2、3所示（琼脂-丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺为实施例1中所示配方）。在总吸水、吸尿能力类似的情况下，考察10分钟内的短时吸收性能，琼脂 0.3g+瓜尔胶 0.1g明显更优，几乎达到琼脂-丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺方案的2倍，这对于尿不湿一类需要吸收速度的产品尤为有利。
实施例3使用琼脂-瓜儿胶—丙烯酸钠材料制备纸尿裤
申请人的纸尿裤产品吸收芯体结构如图1所示，由依次叠加的下渗层（贴肤）、高分子层1、导流层、高分子层2以及扩散层组成。将实施例3制备的琼脂-瓜儿胶—丙烯酸钠材料用作纸尿裤的高分子层1以发挥其快速吸尿液能力和抗菌能力，下渗层和扩散层材料可以使用无尘纸、热风布、纺粘布、水刺布、卫生纸等已知材料，高分子层1可以使用市售的吸水速度较高的丙烯酸树脂类材料。
Claims (10)
1.一种纸尿裤复合芯体，其特征在于，所述复合吸收芯体由依次叠加的下渗层、高分子层1、导流层、高分子层2以及扩散层组成；所述高分子层1和/或高分子层2由加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述复合吸收芯体的高分子层1由加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述下渗层的材料可选无尘纸、热风布、纺粘布、水刺布、卫生纸中的一种或多种；导流层的材料为蓬松无纺布；扩散层材料可选无尘纸、热风布、纺粘布、水刺布、卫生纸中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述抗菌物质为壳聚糖季铵盐和/或聚季铵盐。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料中包含选自琼脂、瓜儿胶、刺槐豆胶中的一种或两种成分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述天然多糖为质量比3:1的琼脂和瓜儿胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料通过聚合丙烯酸钠来制备，在聚合过程中加入琼脂和瓜儿胶和抗菌物质。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合吸收芯体，其中所述加入了抗菌物质的丙烯酸钠复合吸水材料通过以下方法制备：
称取琼脂 0.3g、瓜尔胶 0.1g加热溶于25mL蒸馏水中得多糖溶液；称取6g氢氧化钠溶于50mL蒸馏水中得氢氧化钠溶液；在冰浴中将20g丙烯酸缓慢加入氢氧化钠溶液中得到部分中和的丙烯酸溶液；向部分中和的丙烯酸溶液中加入0.3g壳聚糖季铵盐，0.008g N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，混合均匀后加入多糖溶液；滴加入0.02g过硫酸钾、0.02g乙二胺，置于35摄氏度恒温水浴中反应4小时；将产物烘干并粉碎，得复合吸水材料。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的复合吸收芯体在制备个人卫生用品中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用，其中所述个人卫生用品为纸尿裤。
