s4, when the pressure of the medium received by the sealing head (7) is larger than a preset value, the second sealing element (4) moves upwards, the sealing head (7) does not completely seal the sealing groove (9), the second sealing element (4) does not seal the main pressure relief opening (5), and the medium passes through the sealing groove (9) and is output through the main pressure relief opening (5) so as to play a role in pressure relief.
