本发明属于面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种粗纺羊毛面料以及加工方法。
背景技术
粗纺羊毛面料特性,100%羊毛成分,感柔软而富有弹性,身骨挺括、不板、不烂;有膘光感,颜色纯正,光泽自然柔和;精纺类大多为薄型和中型,表面光洁平整,质地精致细腻,纹路清晰,悬垂感较好。粗纺类大多为中厚型和厚型,呢面丰满,质地或蓬松或致密,手感温暖、丰厚;纯羊毛面料用手紧握、抓捏松开后基本无折皱,有轻微折痕也可在短时间内褪去,很快恢复平整。
申请号为202221465752.1的一种具有拒水防油功能的粗纺羊毛面料,该专利公开了包括拒水防油层、第一基布层、第一抑菌层、粗纺羊毛层、第二抑菌层、第二基布层、亲肤层,所述第一基布层一面与拒水防油层结合,另一面与第一抑菌层结合,所述粗纺羊毛层一面与第一抑菌层结合,一面与第二抑菌层结合,第二基布层一面与第二抑菌层结合,一面与亲肤层结合。

现有的粗纺羊毛面料较为粗糙,光泽较差,只通过自身材料进行保温,保温效果相对薄弱。

本发明的目的在于提供一种粗纺羊毛面料以及加工方法,增加粗纺羊毛面料的柔软、光泽度、保温性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种粗纺羊毛面料,包括基层,所述基层的外侧面设置有抑菌层,所述抑菌层一面结合有第一保温层,另一面结合有第二保温层,所述第一保温层的一面结合有耐磨层,另一面结合有亲肤层。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述抑菌层由纳米银离子纤维和桑蚕丝纤维组成。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述第一保温层和第二保温层均由薄荷纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维组成。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述耐磨层由环氧树脂纤维、乙烯纤维组成。
作为本发明的一种优选的技术方案,所述亲肤层为蚕蛹蛋白纤维。

粗纺羊毛面料通过氯化剂进行氯化处理;将经过氯化处理后的粗纺羊毛面料通过还原剂进行还原;将经过还原处理后的粗纺羊毛面料进行碱洗;将碱洗后的粗纺羊毛面料加酸中和后,在湿刷机上进行柔软湿刷,使得制备的面料更光滑,光泽度更好;
薄荷纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维的增设,进一步增加了面料的保温效果;
环氧树脂纤维、乙烯纤维的增设,进一步增加了面料的耐磨效果,延长面料的使用寿命。

本实施例中,优选的,抑菌层2由纳米银离子纤维和桑蚕丝纤维组成;纳米材料由于颗粒尺寸小,比表面积大,表面能高,表面原子所占比例大,因此,表现出特有的表面效应、小尺寸效应、宏观量子隧道效应三大效应;纳米银就是直径小于100纳米的金属银单质,纳米银是以原子结构组成的银粒子,而不是银离子;纳米银不带电荷,是固体粉末,是通过物理化学方法将金属银单质加工成颗粒直径小于100纳米的金属银单质;纳米技术的出现后,更是大大增强了银的杀菌抗毒效力;纳米银离子就是利用纳米技术将金属银纳米化;银在纳米状态下,由于大大增大了银离子与外界的接触面,其杀菌能力更是产生了质的飞跃,只用极少量的纳米银即可产生强力的杀菌作用。

本实施例中,优选的,亲肤层5为蚕蛹蛋白纤维;蚕蛹蛋白纤维,是综合利用高分子技术、化纤纺丝技术、生物工程技术,将蚕蛹蛋白与天然纤维素共混后,制成的新型生物质纤维;在加工过程中,采用高科技工艺,故纤维成形时,蛋白质能富集在纤维的表面,形成皮芯结构的蛋白质纤维;蚕蛹蛋白所蕴含的18种氨基酸亲肤性强,能抵御紫外线,具有吸湿透气优点;蚕蛹蛋白纤维是我国近年来开发的一种复合长丝纤维,具有较强的生物可降解性,环保性极强,蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝兼具真丝和粘胶纤维的优良特性,在一定程度上优于真丝,所以具有真丝风格的蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝织物将有很高的使用价值;蚕蛹蛋白织物既可以达到高度仿真的效果,且在很多方面比真丝更具优势。

粗纺羊毛面料通过氯化剂进行氯化处理,具体包括:将粗纺羊毛面料放置于匹染机中,加入氯化剂进行运转;
将经过氯化处理后的粗纺羊毛面料通过还原剂进行还原;
将经过还原处理后的粗纺羊毛面料进行碱洗;
将碱洗后的粗纺羊毛面料加酸中和后,在湿刷机上进行柔软湿刷。
