step 4: dust cleaning: the travelling wheel 10 arranged at the end part of the material guide plate 9 is in contact with a road surface, on the basis that sundries are conveniently swept to the material guide plate 9 by the first hairbrush 112, sliding friction between the material guide plate 9 and the ground is changed into rolling friction, abrasion of the material guide plate 9 is reduced, the service life of the device is prolonged, an annular groove 1002 is arranged on the travelling wheel 10, the travelling wheel 10 is prevented from rolling dust impurities which are not swept to the material guide plate 9 by the first hairbrush 112, the dust impurities on the road surface are hard to be collected by the third feeding assembly, a second hairbrush 1003 is arranged at the annular groove 1002, and when the travelling wheel 10 is in contact rolling with the ground, dust impurities which are not swept to the material guide plate 9 by the first hairbrush 112 and remain on the road surface can be raised by the second hairbrush 1003, the dust impurities can be collected by the third feeding assembly quickly, and the cleaning effect on the road surface impurities is improved;
