when the amount of ammonia nitrogen in the sewage is smaller, in order to avoid that more microbial flora enters the sewage and other deterioration of the water body is caused, a group of decomposition net hole balls 15 are firstly led to enter the sewage barrel 3 to filter the sewage, then the sewage filtered in the first group of sewage barrel 3 enters the second group of sewage barrel 3, an ammonia nitrogen detector 9 arranged on the side wall of the second group of sewage barrel 3 detects the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the sewage which is processed once in the second group of sewage barrel 3, after detection, when the ammonia nitrogen in the sewage is still in an out-of-standard state, an electromagnet 35 arranged at the bottom of the second group of sewage barrel 3 is electrified to generate magnetism, the electromagnet 35 magnetizes the soft iron barrel 34, the soft iron barrel 34 adsorbs the decomposition net hole balls 15 into the sewage through a packaging cover 18, then the sewage filtered in the second group of sewage enters the third group of sewage barrel 3, then the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the second group of sewage barrel 3 is detected, whether the third group of decomposition net hole balls 15 is immersed in the sewage is determined according to the detected value, and accordingly the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the sewage can be gradually recovered to the normal water body under the condition that the microbial flora content in the sewage is maintained, and the problem that the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the sewage is more water body is influenced is avoided.
