The facial cleanser provided by the invention is mild in use, proper in cleaning force, good in skin protection effect, safe and free of irritation, and can meet the daily face cleaning requirements.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of facial cleanser, in particular to mild amino acid facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The face is taken as the door surface of a person, so that the face is kept clean, and in order to realize effective cleaning of the face and fully remove stains and grease on the face, a cleaning product special for cleaning the face is invented by people; the facial cleanser is a facial cleaning product for cleaning skin, and has good cleaning capability of soap and certain nursing capability; facial cleanser has gradually replaced perfumed soap as facial cleanser and is liked by consumers.
At present, most people are plagued by skin problems such as acne, acne and the like, and the skin problems clearly have certain negative influence and negative emotion on the psychology and physiology of the people, and the reasons for the skin problems such as the acne, the acne and the like mainly include the following 3 points: firstly, along with the continuous improvement of living standard and technological progress, people pay attention to diet and have irregular work and rest, so that skin problems such as acne, whelk, acne and the like come up; secondly, in recent years, the air quality is gradually deteriorated, a large amount of fine particles are suspended in the air, and contain a large amount of heavy metals, microorganisms and other harmful substances, and the fine particles have small particle size and strong activity, are easy to adhere to skin and can penetrate into skin pores, so that the skin is worse and worse for a long time; thirdly, people cannot clean and put in place in the face washing process, pores are blocked, the skin becomes worse and worse in daily accumulation and moon.
However, the existing facial cleanser has the disadvantages of insignificant cleaning effect and multiple side effects, is difficult to effectively clean grease on skin and in pores, is particularly easy to accumulate grease and dirt in pores, further breeds bacteria, causes a series of skin problems such as acne, acne and the like, has serious adverse effects such as fluorescent face, red face and the like, and brings great harm to human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mild amino acid facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof, which are mild in use, proper in cleaning power, good in skin protection effect, safe and non-irritating, and capable of meeting the daily facial cleanser requirements.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides an amino acid Gemini surfactant which has a structure shown in the following formula I:
wherein r=c6-C12 straight alkyl chain.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the amino acid Gemini surfactant, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing N, N-dibutyl-1, 3-propylene diamine and N ε The dodecanoyl-L-lysine is reacted to give an intermediate of the structure:
s2, reacting the intermediate with alkyl dibromo to prepare the amino acid Gemini surfactant.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the N, N-dibutyl-1, 3-propanediamine and N described in step S1 ε The ratio of the amounts of substances of the dodecanoyl-L-lysine is 1-1.1:1.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the ratio of the amounts of intermediate and alkyl dibromo species in step S2 is 2:1-1.1; the structural formula of the alkyl dibromo is as follows: br-R-Br, wherein r=c6-C12 straight alkyl chain.
As a further improvement of the invention, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, 1 to 1.1 molar equivalents of N, N-dibutyl-1, 3-propanediamine and 1 molar equivalent of N ε Adding the dodecanoyl-L-lysine into ethanol, carrying out reflux reaction for 2-3h, removing the solvent under reduced pressure, washing with diethyl ether, and drying to obtain an intermediate;
s2, adding 2 molar equivalents of the intermediate and 1-1.1 molar equivalents of alkyl dibromo into ethanol, carrying out reflux reaction for 5-7h, washing with diethyl ether, and drying to obtain the amino acid Gemini surfactant.
The invention further protects a mild amino acid facial cleanser, which contains the amino acid Gemini surfactant.
As a further improvement of the invention, the content of the amino acid Gemini surfactant is 5-10wt%.
As a further improvement of the invention, the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of the amino acid Gemini surfactant, 3-5 parts of cocoyl sodium glycinate, 2-4 parts of stearoyl sodium glutamate, 4-5 parts of glycerin, 2-3 parts of butanediol, 3-5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 2-3 parts of jojoba oil, 3-5 parts of tea polyphenol, 1-2 parts of sodium citrate, 3-5 parts of squalane liposome and 60-70 parts of water.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the mild amino acid facial cleanser, which comprises the following steps of:
(1) Mixing glycerol, butanediol, jojoba oil, tea polyphenols and squalane liposome under stirring to obtain phase A;
(2) Mixing an amino acid Gemini surfactant, sodium cocoyl glycinate, sodium stearyl glutamate, sodium hyaluronate and water under stirring to obtain a phase B;
(3) Adding phase A into phase B, emulsifying, adding sodium citrate, and stirring to obtain mild amino acid facial cleanser.
As a further improvement of the invention, the stirring and mixing time in the step (1) is 10-15min, the stirring and mixing time in the step (2) is 15-20min, the emulsifying condition in the step (3) is 10000-12000r/min, the emulsifying time is 3-5min, and the stirring and mixing time is 5-10min.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the Gemini type amino acid surfactant is simple in synthesis steps, mild in conditions, high in yield of products, high in surface activity and interface performance on an oil-water interface, mild in performance of the amino acid surfactant, high in cleaning capability of the Gemini surfactant, and capable of enabling positive and negative charge centers (or dipole centers) which cannot be ionized to each other to exist in a molecular structure, attractive between positive and negative ions enables intermolecular arrangement to be compact, hydrophobicity to be enhanced, sectional area of the molecular surface to be reduced, surface activity to be more remarkable, therefore, the Gemini surfactant has more excellent emulsifying property, dispersibility and degradability, and the cleaning strength of the facial cleanser is obviously improved when the Gemini surfactant is added into the facial cleanser.
Soap base products are generally alkaline, have pH values of about 9-11, are rich in foam and strong in degreasing force, and are dry and comfortable in skin feel after washing. But the skin barrier function is easy to be reduced after long-term use, and the skin is dry and sensitive. The people with thinner horny layer and sensitive skin are not suitable for the products. The pH value of the mild amino acid facial cleanser is about 6. The amino acid facial cleanser refers to facial cleanser with amino acid surfactant as main cleaning component. Because the pH value is close to that of skin, the face-washing liquid is mild in use, can not damage the acid-base balance of the face-washing liquid, has a good protection effect on skin, is safe and non-irritating, and can meet the requirements of daily face-washing.
