Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the turntable 122, the oil sump 125 and the scraper 123 are disposed in the oil collecting chamber 1212, and the oil outlet 127 and the water outlet 126 are disposed on a side wall of the oil collecting chamber 1212 remote from the settling chamber 1211.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the oil-water separator 12 includes a heating assembly 124, the heating assembly 124 being disposed in a separation tank 121; the heating assembly 124 includes at least two heating pipes 1241, wherein the heating pipes 1241 are disposed at different heights, and the disposed height of the heating pipe 1241 does not exceed the height of the water outlet 126 of the separation tank 121. In this embodiment, by setting different heights of the heating pipes 1241, the liquid in the separation tank 121 can be heated more uniformly, so that the grease in the separation tank 121 can be heated and melted more uniformly, so as to float to the surface of the liquid as much as possible, and the turntable 122 is convenient to adhere to the grease, thereby improving the oil-water separation effect; the height of the heating pipe 1241 is lower than the setting height of the water outlet 126, so that the grease in the liquid under the water outlet 126 can float to the surface of the liquid for a sufficient time after being heated, and the grease is reduced to directly flow out of the water outlet 126 after being heated, thereby influencing the oil-water separation effect.
It should be noted that the number of the heating pipes 1241 may be changed according to practical needs, and only the setting height of the heating pipes 1241 is required to be lower than the setting height of the water outlet 126, where the two heating pipes 1241 are only one embodiment of the present application.
In still another aspect, the application further provides another kitchen waste treatment device, which comprises a separation mechanism in any embodiment, and the treatment device further comprises a filtering mechanism 13, wherein the filtering mechanism 13 is communicated with the separation mechanism 11. In this embodiment, the separation mechanism 11 is used for carrying out solid-liquid separation on kitchen waste, and the filtering mechanism 13 is communicated with the separation mechanism 11, and carries out secondary solid-liquid separation on the liquid kitchen waste separated by the separation mechanism 11, and separates part of the solid-liquid kitchen waste contained in the liquid separated by the separation mechanism 11 again, so that the solid-liquid effect on the kitchen waste is better, and the content of solids in the separated liquid kitchen waste is less.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the filter mechanism 13 includes a filter blade 133 and a filter cartridge 131, the filter blade 133 being connected to the filter cartridge 131; the filter house 131 comprises a tapping hole 134, and the filter blades 133 are adapted to feed the solid residue roll to the tapping hole 134. In the present embodiment, the working principle of the filtering blade 133 is the same as that of the spiral blade 111, and will not be described here again. In the rotation process, the filtering blades 133 drive the solid kitchen waste in the filtering bin 131 to collect to one side, so that the solid-liquid mixed liquid containing a small amount of solids flowing out of the separating mechanism 11 is subjected to secondary solid-liquid separation, and the secondarily separated solid waste is discharged from the slag outlet 134 in the filtering bin 131; the solid-liquid separation of the kitchen waste is thoroughly carried out, so that the solid residue content of the separated liquid is greatly reduced.
Preferably, the filter blade 133 is provided with a cleaning member. The cleaning room is a brush, and the cleaning member is arranged at the edge of the filtering blade 133, so that when the filtering blade 133 rotates and drives the cleaning member to rotate, the cleaning member can act with the water filtering holes 135 on the filtering bin 131, and the cleaning member brushes residues blocked on the water filtering holes 135, so that the smoothness of the water filtering holes 135 is ensured.
It should be noted that, when the spiral blade 111 and the filtering blade 133 are equidistant spiral blades 111, the blades will not excessively squeeze the solid kitchen waste in the rotation process, so that the good integrity of the solid kitchen waste can be ensured, the kitchen waste not only contains food waste, but also contains other solid waste, such as a bottle, a knife and a fork, and if the solid waste is excessively squeezed, the bottle, the knife and the fork and the like damage the blades, and when the solid waste is subsequently treated, the solid waste can be hidden danger to workers; in the embodiment, the solid garbage is not excessively extruded, so that the solid kitchen garbage can keep relative integrity, fruits such as watermelons and apples can be kept relatively intact, sugar can be reserved, and the solid garbage can be fed to livestock, and the utilization rate of the kitchen solid garbage is improved; in addition, the cutters, the bottles and the like can not be extruded and damaged, so that the integrity of the solid garbage can be ensured as much as possible, and the separated solid garbage can be timely found by subsequent staff when being treated, so that the danger is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, a water filtering hole 135 is formed on the filtering bin 131, and the filtering mechanism 13 further includes a water collecting bin 132, where the water collecting bin 132 is communicated with the filtering bin 131 through the water filtering hole 135; the water collecting bin 132 is provided with a liquid outlet 136. In the present embodiment, the water collecting bin 132 is used for collecting the liquid flowing out of the filtering bin 131, so that the staff can uniformly collect the liquid; the water collecting bin 132 is communicated with the filtering bin 131 through the filtering water holes 135, and the liquid outlet 136 is arranged on the water collecting bin 132, so that the liquid in the water collecting bin 132 is conveniently and uniformly discharged and collected.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the treatment apparatus further includes an oil-water separator 12; one end of the filtering mechanism 13 is communicated with the separating mechanism 11, and the other end is communicated with the oil-water separator 12. In this embodiment, the oil-water separator may be any mechanism or device with an oil-water separation effect in the prior art, and the application point of this embodiment is that the upper end of the filtering mechanism 13 can be communicated with the separating mechanism 11, the solid-containing liquid kitchen waste separated in the separating mechanism 11 is subjected to secondary solid-liquid separation, and the lower end of the filtering mechanism 13 can also be communicated with the oil-water separator 12, and the liquid kitchen waste after the secondary solid-liquid separation of the filtering mechanism 13 is directly discharged into the oil-water separator 12, so that the transportation of the liquid kitchen waste is reduced, and the corresponding cost is saved. Of course, the oil-water separator 12 in this embodiment may also be the oil-water separator 12 shown in fig. 7 to 9, and the specific structure and principle of the oil-water separator 12 are described in the foregoing, and will not be described herein.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, the treatment device comprises a separation mechanism 11 and a filtering mechanism 13, the separation mechanism 11 further comprises a water collecting bin 132, the water collecting bin 132 is communicated with the separation bin 112 through a filtering hole 116 or a cutting groove 114 of the separation bin 112, and the water collecting bin 132 is used for collecting the liquid kitchen waste separated from the separation mechanism 11; the filtering mechanism 13 is communicated with the filtering mechanism 13 through a liquid outlet 136 on the water collecting bin 132, the filtering mechanism 13 is provided with a liquid inlet 137, a liquid outlet 138 and a slag outlet 134, wherein the liquid inlet 137, the liquid outlet 138, the liquid inlet 118 of the separating bin 112 and the liquid outlet 136 of the water collecting bin 132 are basically positioned on the same vertical surface, the height of the slag outlet 134 is larger than that of the liquid outlet 138, so that the screw of the helical blade 111 in the separating mechanism 11 and the screw of the filtering blade 133 are arranged on the same plane in a crossing manner, the effect of solid-liquid separation can be improved through the height difference, the liquid is concentrated together, and the separation effect can be improved again through the height difference of the filtering mechanism 13, so that the solid-liquid separation effect of the liquid kitchen garbage is increased under the cooperation of the action of the filtering blade 133 and the height difference.
Further, all the liquid separated by the treatment device is collected in a water collecting tank, a pump is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank, and all the liquid or solid in the water collecting tank can be pumped into the oil-water separator 12, so that the oil-water separation can be performed, and the oil-water separator 12 can be any device with an oil-water separation effect.
The use process of the kitchen waste treatment device is described by combining one embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the solid-liquid separator performs solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste, the oil-water mixed liquid after the solid-liquid separation enters the oil-water separator 12, and the oil-water separator 12 performs oil-water separation on the oil-water mixed liquid;
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the solid-liquid mixed kitchen waste is poured from the feed inlet 118, enters the separating mechanism 11, the spiral blade 111 rotates, and the solid kitchen waste is rolled up by the spiral blade 111 and delivered to the discharge outlet 113 for delivery; the liquid kitchen waste flows out of the filtering holes 116 and the cutting grooves 114, wherein in the rotating process of the spiral blade 111, the cutting pieces 115 on the spiral blade 111 are protruded into the cutting grooves 114, so that the solid kitchen waste blocking the cutting grooves 114 can be cut or scraped away, and the cutting grooves 114 are kept smooth;
in the secondary filtration of the liquid separated by the separating mechanism 11 by the filtering mechanism 13, the filtering blades 133 can drive the solid kitchen waste in the filtering bin 131 to collect to one side in the rotating process, so that the liquid flowing out of the separating mechanism 11 is subjected to secondary solid-liquid separation, the secondary separated solid waste is discharged from the slag hole 134 in the filtering bin 131, and the liquid after the secondary filtration flows out of the water filtering hole 135;
the liquid after flowing out enters a water collecting bin 132, the water collecting bin 132 is connected below the filter bin 131, and the water collecting bin 132 collects the liquid flowing out of the filter bin 131;
as shown in fig. 7 to 8, the oil-water mixed stock solution is conveyed from the water collecting bin 132 to the precipitation chamber 1211, the oil-water mixed stock solution is precipitated in the precipitation chamber 1211, solid residues in the oil-water mixed stock solution are precipitated, and the precipitated oil-water mixed solution flows into the water collecting chamber 1212 from the partition 1213;
the heating component 124 at the middle bottom of the oil collecting chamber 1212 heats the oil-water mixture, so that the oil at the middle lower part of the oil collecting chamber 1212 can be melted and timely floats to the surface of the liquid;
the turntable 122 in the oil scraping assembly above the oil collecting chamber 1212 is partially immersed in the oil-water mixed liquid, grease in the oil-water mixed liquid is adhered to the turntable 122, when the turntable 122 rotates with the grease and hits the oil scraping groove 1231, the turntable 122 is matched with the oil scraping groove 1231, and the oil scraping groove 1231 scrapes the grease adhered to the turntable 122;
the scraped grease flows along the scraping member 123 to the oil sump 125, and the oil sump 125 communicates with the oil outlet 127, so that the separated grease is conveyed out from the oil outlet 127; and the separated water is delivered from the water outlet 126;
in conclusion, the solid-liquid separation and the oil-water separation of the kitchen waste are completed.

the filter house (131) comprises a tapping hole (134), and the filter blades (133) are used for conveying solid residues to the tapping hole (134).
9. A kitchen waste disposal device as claimed in claim 8, wherein,
the filtering bin (131) is provided with a water filtering hole (135), the filtering mechanism (13) further comprises a water collecting bin (132), and the water collecting bin (132) is communicated with the filtering bin (131) through the water filtering hole (135);
and a liquid outlet (136) is formed in the water collecting bin (132).
