Referring to fig. 1 to 10, when the bag magazine 23 moves the bags, the third motor 38 is driven to move the slide seat 35 toward the side of the second storage bin 2 until the clamping plate 43 moves above the uppermost bag stack 20 of the second storage bin 2, the clamping plate 44 is located below the bag stack 20, and the bag stack 20 is located between the clamping plate 44 and the clamping plate 43. The support plate 48 is fixedly arranged in the bag bin box 23, the bag stack 20 is placed on the support plate 48, the support plate 48 can empty the lower side of the bag stack 20, the clamping plate 43 can conveniently enter the lower side of the bag stack 20, and the clamping plate 43 and the clamping plate 44 can conveniently be conveniently grabbed. Driving the third air cylinder 47 to move the clamping plate 44 towards the clamping plate 43 side, and to clamp the bag stack 20 by the clamping plate 44 and the clamping plate 43, and driving the third motor 38 to move the clamping plate 44 and the clamping plate 43 towards the third storage bin 3; after the bag stack 20 moves to the upper side of the third storage bin 3, the second air cylinder 42 is driven to enable the bag stack 20 to descend and finally put into the bag bin box 23 at the uppermost side of the third storage bin 3, so that the effect of transferring the bag stack 20 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the bag stacks 20 stored in the four bins advance through the fourth storage bin 4 and the first storage bin 1, the bag stack 20 entering from the first storage bin 1 is transferred to the second storage bin 2 through the box pulling mechanism 49, then transferred to the third storage bin 3 through the box pulling mechanism 50, then transferred to the fourth storage bin 4 through the box pulling mechanism 49, after the fourth storage bin 4 is full of the bag stack 20, the third storage bin 3 is full, then the second storage bin 2 is full of the bag stack 20, and finally the first storage bin 1 is full of the bag stack 20; during storage, the fourth storage bin 4 is used for storing materials.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bag stack 20 may also be fed from the first storage bin 1 and discharged through the fourth storage bin 4; or feeding from a fourth storage bin 4, and storing by the first storage bin 1; or the first storage bin 1 is used for discharging, the first storage bin 1 is used for storing materials, the fourth storage bin 4 is used for feeding materials, and the fourth storage bin 4 is used for storing materials.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, two clamping plates 43 are correspondingly provided on the sliding seat 35, and the two clamping plates 43 clamp the bag stack 20, so that the bag stack 20 is more stable, and the falling-off of the bag stack 20 is reduced. A box pulling mechanism 49 is also arranged between the fourth storage bin 4 and the third storage bin 3.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the bag stack 20 is stored, the bag stack 20 is placed on two bag bin boxes 23 corresponding to each other in the first storage bin 1, and then the first motor 9 is driven, so that the first motor 9 drives the third rotating shaft to rotate, and the second toothed belt 22 is driven to rotate, and the fifth gears 18 on the two mounting racks 5 are simultaneously driven to rotate; when the fifth gear 18 rotates, the first toothed belt 19 drives the fourth gear 16 to rotate, so that the two chains 10 are simultaneously driven to rotate, and the two bag placing plates 6 synchronously move upwards or downwards; the bag pile 20 is placed in the bag bin box 23, dropping and moving of the bag pile 20 can be reduced, meanwhile, the vertical space can be fully utilized by storing the bag pile 20 through the storage bin, the space utilization rate is improved, and the effect of conveniently storing the bag pile 20 is achieved.
The bag stack 20 entering from the first storage bin 1 is transferred to the second storage bin 2 through the box pulling mechanism 49, is transferred to the third storage bin 3 through the bag pulling mechanism 50, is transferred to the fourth storage bin 4 through the box pulling mechanism 49, after the fourth storage bin 4 is full of the bag stack 20, the third storage bin 3 is full, the second storage bin 2 is full of the bag stack 20, and finally the first storage bin 1 is full of the bag stack 20; during storage, the fourth storage bin 4 is used for storing materials.
