Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the main object of the present embodiment is to provide an automated tobacco packaging apparatus to which the tobacco packaging machine 2 of the first embodiment is applied, which includes the tobacco packaging machine 2, a tooling machine 4, a feeding conveyor line 71, a tooling rack conveyor line 72, a turn-around box recycling line 73, a package product output line 74, and a package container conveyor line 75; the tooling machine 4 is respectively connected with the packaging container conveying line 75, the tooling frame conveying line 72 and the tobacco packaging machine 2, and is used for placing the packaging containers 5 conveyed by the packaging container conveying line 75 on the tooling frames 41 conveyed by the tooling frame conveying line 72 and transferring the tooling frames 41 with the packaging containers 5 to the tobacco packaging machine 2 for tobacco unloading packaging; the tobacco packing machine 2 is respectively connected with a feeding conveying line 71, a turnover box recycling line 73 and a packing finished product output line 74, and is used for connecting a material turnover box 1 with tobacco conveyed by the feeding conveying line 71 and a tool frame 41 with a packing container 5 conveyed by a tool machine 4, feeding the tobacco into the packing container 5, conveying the tobacco to the packing finished product output line 74 and conveying the empty material turnover box 1 to the turnover box recycling line 73; through such setting, automatic tobacco packaging equipment includes material loading transfer chain 71, frock frame transfer chain 72, turnover case recovery line 73, packing finished product output line 74 and packaging container transfer chain 75, has automatic feeding, automatic recovery material turnover case 1 and the function of the automatic output of finished product, realizes that tobacco is automatic to be filled in packaging container 5, has saved a large amount of labours, and work efficiency is high moreover.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the device further comprises a tool frame circulation conveying line 76 respectively connected with the tobacco packaging machine 2 and the tool machine 4, the tool frame conveying line 72 is arranged in the tool frame circulation conveying line 76, and the tool frame circulation conveying line 76 is used for carrying the tool frame 41 with no load in output of the tobacco package to the tool machine 4 for circulation use; by this arrangement, the tool holder 41 can be recycled with high utilization.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the tooling machine 4 is provided with a lifting mechanism 43 and a second conveying assembly 42 for transferring the packaging containers 5 conveyed by the packaging container conveying line 75, the tooling frames 41 conveyed by the tooling frame circulation conveying line 76, into the interior thereof or for removing the tooling frames 41 loaded with the packaging containers 5 from the interior thereof, said second conveying assembly 42 having the same or similar structural function as said first conveying assembly 22. The lifting mechanism 43 includes two sets of second suction cup assemblies 44 and a vertical driving device (not shown) for driving the second suction cup assemblies 44 to move vertically. The lifting mechanism 43 is used for lifting the packaging container 5 entering the tooling machine 4 to a preset height and then placing the packaging container 5 in the placing cavity 411 of the tooling frame 41 entering the interior of the tooling machine 4; specifically, the packaging container 5 conveyed by the packaging container conveying line 75 enters the tooling machine 4, the vertical driving device drives the second sucker assembly 44 to descend and adsorb on the cover plate 52 of the packaging container 5, and after the tooling frame 41 enters the tooling machine 4, the vertical driving device drives the second sucker assembly 44 to place the packaging container 5 in the tooling frame 41 by lifting the packaging container 5 to a preset height (simultaneously, the folding packaging box is in a three-dimensional state of being displaced and stretched from the folding state); simultaneously, the overturning driver of the tool frame 41 drives the first sucker assembly 413 to be adsorbed on the two cover plates 52 of the packaging container 5, then the vertical driving device drives the second sucker assembly 44 to release and leave the packaging container 5, and finally after the tool frame 41 loaded with the packaging container 5 is conveyed to the tobacco packaging machine 2 by the second conveying assembly 42, the overturning driver drives the first sucker assembly 413 to open the two cover plates 52 of the packaging container 5; by such arrangement, the folding packaging bag is unfolded and placed on the tool frame 41 in a simple manner, and the automatic working effect is good.
In one embodiment, the tool rack conveying line 72 comprises a third conveying component 751 connected to one side of the tool machine 4, the tool rack circulating conveying line 76 comprises a fourth conveying component 761 and a third conveying component 751 connected to one side of the tobacco packing machine 2, and the fourth conveying component 761 and the third conveying component 751 are adjacently arranged and have the same or similar structural function as the first conveying component 22.
Referring to fig. 1, the feeding conveyor line 71 is a roller conveying mechanism, and is connected to the other side of the tobacco packaging machine 2, and is used for conveying the tobacco-loaded material turnover box 1 to the tobacco packaging machine 2. The turnover box recycling line 73 is a roller conveying mechanism and is connected to one longitudinal side of the fourth conveying component 761, and is used for recycling empty material turnover boxes 1. The package finished product output line 74 is a roller conveying mechanism and is connected to one lateral side of the fourth conveying component 761 for outputting the packaging containers 5 with finished charges, and the package finished product output line 74 is also provided with a packaging machine 741 for packaging the packaging containers 5 with finished charges. The packaging container conveying line 75 is a roller conveying mechanism and is connected to one side of the tobacco packaging machine 2, and is used for conveying the packaging containers 5 in the empty folding state to the tooling machine 4.
Referring to fig. 1-10, the automated tobacco packaging apparatus of the present invention, in operation, comprises the following processes:
a. the packaging container conveying line 75 conveys the packaging containers 5 in the folded state into the second conveying assembly 42 of the tooling machine 4, and the vertical driving device of the tooling machine 4 drives the second sucker assembly 44 to descend and adsorb the second sucker assembly 44 on the cover plate 52 of the packaging container 5, and then the vertical driving device drives the second sucker assembly 44 to ascend to a preset height, and meanwhile, the packaging containers 5 are in a three-dimensional state of being displaced and stretched from the folded state. (in other embodiments, the packaging container conveying line 75 may be used to convey packaging containers in a three-dimensional form, such as a paper tote, etc.)
b. The third conveying assembly 751 of the tool rack conveyor line 72 conveys the empty tool rack 41 into the second conveying assembly 42 and under the packaging container 5.
c. The vertical driving device drives the second sucking disc assembly 44 to descend, the stereoscopic packaging container 5 is placed in the placing cavity 411 of the tool frame 41, then the overturning driver of the tool frame 41 drives the first sucking disc assembly 413 to be overturned and adsorbed on the cover plate 52 of the packaging container 5, then the vertical driving device lifts the second sucking disc assembly 44 to release and leave the packaging container 5, and finally the tool frame 41 loaded with the packaging container 5 is conveyed to the tobacco packaging machine 2 by the second conveying assembly 42.
d. After the tool frame 41 loaded with the packaging container 5 enters the tobacco packaging machine 2, the overturning driver drives the first sucker assembly 413 to overturn and open the two cover plates 52 of the packaging container 5.
e. The material transfer line 71 carries the material turnover box 1 that loads tobacco to tobacco packagine machine 2 one side, horizontal actuating mechanism drives grab material mechanism 31 removes to the terminal upside of material transfer line 71, vertical moving component 33 drive material transport frame 34 descends to the top of the material turnover box 1 that loads tobacco, and rotary actuator drive couple 35 articulates with the turn-ups 16 of material turnover box 1, vertical moving component 33 and horizontal actuating component drive material transport frame 34 that has material turnover box 1 reset to the top of the frock frame 41 that loads the packing container 5 afterwards, finally trigger the trigger mechanism of material transport frame 34 through trigger 30, make the tobacco in the material turnover box 1 unload to the packing container 5 of frock frame 41 from the bottom.
The step e may be repeated multiple times, so that a plurality of material turnover boxes 1 loaded with tobacco are unloaded into the same packaging container 5 until the packaging container 5 is in a full state.
f. After each material turnover box 1 is completely unloaded, the horizontal moving assembly 32 drives the material transfer mechanism 3 to move the material turnover box 1 to the position above the fourth conveying assembly 761, the vertical moving assembly 33 drives the hooks 35 to transfer the empty material turnover box 1 to the fourth conveying assembly 761, and the fourth conveying assembly 761 transfers the empty material turnover box 1 to the turnover box recycling line 73 for recycling.
g. The vertical moving assembly 33 drives the material transporting frame 34 to descend to the upper side of the tooling frame 41 loaded with the packaging containers 5, the rotary driver drives the hooks 35 to be hung on the edges of the packaging containers 5, then the vertical moving assembly 33 drives the material transporting frame 34 to lift the packaging containers 5 completed with the loading to a preset height, the packaging containers 5 are separated from the tooling frame 41, then the first conveying assembly 22 transfers the empty tooling frame 41 to the fourth conveying assembly 761 to the tooling machine 4 for recycling through the third conveying assembly 751, after the empty tooling frame 41 leaves the first conveying assembly 22, the packaging containers 5 completed with the loading are driven by the vertical moving assembly 33 and released on the first conveying assembly 22, and finally the packaging containers 5 completed with the loading are transferred to the packaging finished product output line 74 through the fourth conveying assembly 761 by the first conveying assembly 22.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.

Claims (6)

1. Tobacco packaging machine, characterized by comprising:
the frame is provided with a tobacco charging area;
the base station is positioned at the bottom of the tobacco charging area and is provided with a first conveying component used for transferring the tool frame with the packaging container into or out of the base station;
the material transfer mechanism is arranged above the base station in the tobacco charging area, comprises a horizontal movement assembly and a material grabbing mechanism, and is used for picking up a material turnover box with tobacco and is driven by the horizontal movement assembly to be transferred to or separated from the upper part of the base station;
the discharging triggering device is arranged on the grabbing mechanism and is used for triggering the triggering mechanism of the material turnover box when the material turnover box moves to the position above the base table, so that tobacco in the material turnover box is discharged from the bottom into a packaging container of the tool frame;
the packaging container is a folding packaging box and comprises a bottom plate, a hollow box body and two cover plates which are arranged oppositely, wherein the box body is made of flexible materials, the bottom plate seals a lower opening of the box body, and the two cover plates are used for opening or closing a loading cavity of an upper opening of the box body; the folding packaging box is in a folding state under the action of gravity, and the two cover plates are stacked on the upper side of the bottom plate; when the two cover plates are subjected to upward external tension, the two cover plates can move upwards away from one side of the bottom plate, and the folding packing box is in a three-dimensional stretching state;

The tobacco packing machine according to claim 2, wherein the discharging triggering device is a triggering member provided on the material grabbing mechanism, and the vertical moving assembly drives the material turnover box to move to one side of the triggering member by driving the material grabbing mechanism to rise, so that the triggering member triggers the triggering mechanism of the material turnover box.

An automated tobacco packaging apparatus employing the tobacco packaging machine of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the tobacco packaging machine, a tooling machine, a loading conveyor line, a tooling rack conveyor line, a transfer box recycling line, a package product output line, and a packaging container conveyor line; the tooling machine is respectively connected with the packaging container conveying line, the tooling frame conveying line and the tobacco packaging machine, and is used for placing the packaging containers conveyed by the packaging container conveying line on the tooling frames conveyed by the tooling frame conveying line and transferring the tooling frames with the packaging containers to the tobacco packaging machine for feeding and packaging; tobacco packaging machine links up with material loading transfer chain, turnover case recovery line and packing finished product output line respectively for the material turnover case that has tobacco that inserts the material loading transfer chain and the frock frame of taking packaging container that the frock machine carried, and with tobacco charge to packaging container in to packing finished product output line carry and with empty material turnover case to turnover case recovery line carry.

The automated tobacco packaging apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a tool rack circulation conveyor line respectively engaged with the tobacco packaging machine and the tooling machine, the tool rack conveyor line disposed within the tool rack circulation conveyor line, the tool rack circulation conveyor line being configured to carry empty tool racks of tobacco packaging output for recycling to the tooling machine.
