本发明涉及护理垫技术领域,具体为一种柔软透气成人护理垫及其制备工艺。
背景技术
成人护理垫是一种常见的成年人卫生产品,有舒适性、可调节性等特点,被广泛用于医疗机构、养老院、家庭等场所;其作用是吸收控制尿液或其他体液,防止泄漏,从而保持皮肤清洁和干燥,减少感染风险。
成人护理垫通常由表层、导流层、吸收层、底层组成;其中导流层主要是引导体液流向下一层,保证吸收层最大的吸收效率。但是,现有技术中,通常导流层仅具有导流作用,不具有抗回渗的功能,一般孔隙较大,当体液量较大时,吸收层如果吸收速率较低,则会产生回渗,降低舒适度。另一方面,吸收层通常有高分子吸水树脂和木浆等材料组成,吸液树脂存在保液力较低,抗溶胀性较差,从而使得其存在透气性和吸液性不足。
综上所述,成人护理垫是一种具有广泛应用前景的高性能护理器材,需要不断探索创新的材料,以满足患者对舒适度和康复效果的不断提高的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软透气成人护理垫及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:(1)以细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素、芳纶纤维为原料,制备得到芳纶原液;(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,凝固成型;得到涂覆无纺布;(3)将涂覆无纺布置于醋酸缓冲溶液中,加入纤维素酶,振荡,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层;
步骤2:(1)称取高吸液树脂、ES纤维、木浆纤维,备用;(2)将木浆纤维碎浆,得到5wt%的木浆溶液,加入高吸液树脂、ES纤维充分混合均匀;将其铺洒成网,得到吸液芯层;
步骤3:将柔软表层、导流抗回渗层、吸收芯层、透气底膜组合,热压复合,裁剪,得到成人护理垫。
进一步的,所述导流抗回渗层的具体制备工艺为:
(1)将细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素依次分散在去离子水中,得到纤维素分散液;将氢氧化钾、芳纶纤维依次分散在二甲基亚砜溶液中,得到芳纶分散液;将纤维素分散液与芳纶分散液等体积混合,在55~65℃下均质化3~5小时,得到芳纶原液;
(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,将其依次在25~35wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍30~40分钟,在10~20wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍20~30分钟,在1~1.2wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍20~30分钟,凝固成型,洗涤干燥,得到涂覆无纺布;
(3)将涂覆无纺布浸渍在pH=5.5±0.2的醋酸缓冲溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在45~55℃下振荡2~3小时,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层。
进一步的,所述芳纶原液的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,10~15份细菌纤维素、35~40份甲种纤维素、38~43份氢氧化钾、48~52份芳纶纤维、50~60份去离子水、220~230份二甲基亚砜。
进一步的,芳纶原液的涂覆量为3.5~4.5g/m2;涂覆无纺布与醋酸缓冲溶液的体积比为1:4;纤维素酶的加入量与醋酸缓冲溶液比例为10mL:0.01g。
进一步的,所述吸收芯层的原料包括以下组分:20~28wt%高吸液树脂、12~20wt%ES纤维、60wt%木浆纤维。
进一步的,所述吸收芯层的厚度为0.5~1mm。
进一步的,所述细菌纤维素预先改性,得到改性细菌纤维素;以改性细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素、芳纶纤维为原料,制备得到芳纶原液;
所述改性细菌纤维素的制备工艺为:(1)将氧化碳纳米管置于乙醇水溶液中,加入醋酸调节pH=4.5±0.2,加入氨基硅烷偶联剂、丙烯酸酯基硅烷偶联剂室温搅拌0.5~1小时,洗涤干燥,得到改性碳纳米管;
(2)将细菌纤维素醛基化,得到醛基化细菌纤维素;(3)将细菌纤维素加入至0.09~0.11mol/L高碘酸钠溶液中,加入甲醇,避光30~40℃搅拌2小时,洗涤干燥得到醛基化细菌纤维素;
(3)将改性碳纳米管分散在1.8~2.2wt%的醋酸水溶液中,分散均匀,加入醛基化细菌纤维素,在40~50℃下搅拌2~3小时,洗涤干燥,得到改性细菌纤维素。
进一步的,所述改性细菌纤维素的原料中,改性碳纳米管占醛基化细菌纤维素的20~25wt%;所述改性细菌纤维素的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,9~11份氧化碳纳米管、9.5~10.5份氨基硅烷偶联剂、4.5~5.5份丙烯酸酯基硅烷偶联剂。
进一步的,所述高吸液树脂为丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物;所述高吸液树脂的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,48~55份丙烯酸、30~34份氢氧化钠、13~16份丙烯酰胺、2~3份甲种纤维素、5~7份改性细菌纤维素、0.04~0.06份甲叉双丙烯酰胺、0.15~0.25份过硫酸钾。
其中,所述柔软表层采用克重为18~30g/m3的珍珠棉无纺布;所述导流抗回渗层由ES纤维无纺布涂覆芳纶原液制备得到;所述ES纤维无纺布由100%ES纤维组成,克重为30~40g/m2,其经过激光打孔,打孔密度为150个/cm2,平均孔径为50μm;所述透气底膜为采用克重为18~30g/m3的聚烯烃微孔膜。
本技术方案中,制备了一种复合型的导流抗回渗层,并应用于成人护理垫中,在保证导流性的基础上,提高抗回渗性,从而提高护理垫的舒适度。
其中,导流回渗层的制备是以ES纤维无纺布为基础,再涂覆芳纶原液形成芳纶涂覆膜所形成的,其中,ES纤维无纺布具有良好的透气性和柔软性,及良好的导流通道;但是其亲水性较差,吸水量小,难以保持长时间的干爽,且其抗回渗性差。因此,方案中,在其一面涂覆芳纶原液,形成芳纶膜,用于促进吸收扩散,进一步增强导流分散性,降低回渗,有效减少侧漏,同时增强抗回渗性。
芳纶涂覆膜的形成,是以芳纶纤维为主要骨架,然后混合以细菌纤维素和甲种纤维素,然后在梯度溶剂中凝固形成。其中,芳纶纤维是一种安全的柔软的卫生材料,其设置在护理垫内部可以增加空气利用,降低患者潮湿和感染的风险,不易对人体造成不良影响,且不易滋生细菌。将其涂覆后置于不同浓度的溶剂中凝固成型,从而形成梯度孔隙;与ES纤维无纺布接触面和芳纶涂覆膜内部呈现为多孔状,而外层则呈现较为密实的多孔状,利用孔隙分布,在导流的同时,降低回渗。另一方面,为了进一步增加孔隙,促进导流和透气性;方案中进一步置于醋酸溶液中,利用纤维素酶对膜中的纤维素进行降解,降解后可以形成小孔隙,从而增加透气性,增强导流性;由于降解过程,纤维素的糖苷键断裂会残留羟基和羧基,从而增加了亲水性,提高了膜的吸湿性,从而增强了吸液扩散性。另外,相较于细菌纤维素,甲种纤维素更易被降解,因此为了提高降解形成的孔隙率,方案中甲种纤维素加入量更多。
以此,利用ES纤维无纺布一面为ES纤维面、一面为芳纶涂覆膜面,利用两边不同的亲水性,从而产生良好的吸收和防回渗的效果。
进一步的方案中,将细菌纤维素预处理,将细菌纤维素醛基化,将碳纳米管氨基化,从而利用醛基和氨基的反应接枝碳纳米管,得到改性细菌纤维素;碳纳米管的引入一是其具有一定抗菌作用,可以抑制体液中的细菌滋生。另一方面,其在膜的纤维交联结构中,增加了吸收抗溶胀性,保证了多次吸收过程中的抗回渗性。
进一步的方案中,本方案中的高吸液树脂是引入了改性细菌纤维素和甲种纤维素的丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物;方案中将甲种纤维素溶胀,使得丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚在甲种纤维素链上,同时利用改性细菌纤维素中的不饱和基团,从而接枝在共聚物种。使得得到的高吸液树脂,相较于常见的聚丙烯酸钠作为吸液树脂,其具有更高的吸液和保液能力。由于改性细菌纤维素中使用的是细菌纤维素,具有独特形态结构,具有高透性和高吸水性。同时其含有的碳纳米管,不仅加强了交联网络,同时产生了更多的自由体积,增加了保水面积。另一方面,常见体液中含有钠盐,其吸收后,会产生交联,降低吸液性,而改性细菌纤维素的引入,有效提高了含钠盐的体液的吸收。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,本发明所有涉及的原料的购买厂家没有任何特殊的限制示例性地包括:氨基硅烷偶联剂的型号为KH-729、丙烯酸酯基硅烷偶联剂的型号为道康宁Z-6030、高碘酸钠的CAS号为7790-29-5、丙烯酸的CAS号为79-10-7、丙烯酰胺的CAS号为79-06-1、甲叉双丙烯酰胺的CAS号为110-26-9、细菌纤维素为凝胶粉末状,直径为50~100nm,长度为10000~20000;由克拉玛尔提供;甲种纤维素的密度为210~300g/cm3,由淄博永宸化工销售有限公司提供;芳纶纤维为芳纶1313,规格为1.5D×51mm,由烟台氨纶股份有限公司提供。
所述柔软表层采用克重为20g/m3的珍珠棉无纺布;所述ES纤维无纺布的克重为35g/m2,所述透气底膜为采用克重为25g/m3的聚烯烃微孔膜;所述吸液层的厚度为0.8mm。其中,以下份数为质量份,1份为100g。
所述氧化碳纳米管的制备工艺为:将0.1份碳纳米管浸入至1.5L混酸(体积比为3:1的65%的浓硝酸和96%的浓硫酸)中,超声处理4小时,在50℃下搅拌24小时,洗涤干燥后,氧化碳纳米管。
所述改性细菌纤维素的制备工艺为:将1份细菌纤维素加入到1.5份的0.1mol/L高碘酸钠溶液中,加入0.2份甲醇;避光,在35℃下搅拌2小时,洗涤干燥,得到醛基化细菌纤维素;将0.3份改性碳纳米管分散在10份2wt%的醋酸水溶液中,分散均匀,加入1.2份醛基化细菌纤维素,在45℃下搅拌2小时,洗涤干燥,得到改性细菌纤维素。
所述高吸液树脂的制备工艺为:将5份丙烯酸加入至2份去离子水中,加入8份40wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,搅拌均匀,加入1.5份丙烯酰胺、0.7份改性细菌纤维素混合均匀,得到混合溶液;将0.3份甲种纤维素加入至100份去离子水中,在75℃下溶胀4小时,降温至40℃,氮气氛围下,加入混合溶液,搅拌1.5小时;升温至55℃,加入0.2份10wt%的过硫酸水溶液,搅拌20分钟,加入0.05份10wt%的甲叉丙烯酰胺水溶液,升温至65℃反应4小时,过滤干燥,得到高吸液树脂。
实施例1:
步骤1:(1)将1.2份改性细菌纤维素、3.8份甲种纤维素依次分散在50份去离子水中,得到纤维素分散液;将4份氢氧化钾、5份芳纶纤维依次分散在230份二甲基亚砜溶液中,得到芳纶分散液;将纤维素分散液与芳纶分散液等体积混合,在60℃下均质化4小时,得到芳纶原液;
(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,涂覆量为4g/m2,将其依次在30wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍40分钟,在15wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍20分钟,在1wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍20分钟,凝固成型,洗涤干燥,得到涂覆无纺布;
(3)将涂覆无纺布浸渍在pH=5.5的醋酸缓冲溶液中,体积比为1:4,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶加入量与醋酸缓冲溶液的比例为10mL:0.01g),在50℃下振荡2小时,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层;
步骤2:(1)称取2.5份高吸液树脂、1.5份ES纤维、6份木浆纤维,备用;(2)将木浆纤维碎浆,得到5wt%的木浆溶液,加入高吸液树脂、ES纤维充分混合均匀;将其铺洒成网,得到吸液芯层;
步骤3:将柔软表层、导流抗回渗层、吸收芯层、透气底膜组合,热压复合,裁剪,得到成人护理垫。
实施例2:
步骤1:(1)将1份改性细菌纤维素、4份甲种纤维素依次分散在50份去离子水中,得到纤维素分散液;将3.8份氢氧化钾、4.8份芳纶纤维依次分散在230份二甲基亚砜溶液中,得到芳纶分散液;将纤维素分散液与芳纶分散液等体积混合,在60℃下均质化4小时,得到芳纶原液;
(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,涂覆量为4.5g/m2,将其依次在30wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍40分钟,在15wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍20分钟,在1wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍20分钟,凝固成型,洗涤干燥,得到涂覆无纺布;
(3)将涂覆无纺布浸渍在pH=5.5的醋酸缓冲溶液中,体积比为1:4,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶加入量与醋酸缓冲溶液的比例为10mL:0.01g),在50℃下振荡2小时,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层;
步骤2:(1)称取2份高吸液树脂、2份ES纤维、6份木浆纤维,备用;(2)将木浆纤维碎浆,得到5wt%的木浆溶液,加入高吸液树脂、ES纤维充分混合均匀;将其铺洒成网,得到吸液芯层;
步骤3:将柔软表层、导流抗回渗层、吸收芯层、透气底膜组合,热压复合,裁剪,得到成人护理垫。
实施例3:
步骤1:(1)将1.5份改性细菌纤维素、3.8份甲种纤维素依次分散在50份去离子水中,得到纤维素分散液;将4.3份氢氧化钾、5.2份芳纶纤维依次分散在230份二甲基亚砜溶液中,得到芳纶分散液;将纤维素分散液与芳纶分散液等体积混合,在60℃下均质化4小时,得到芳纶原液;
(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,涂覆量为3.5g/m2,将其依次在30wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍40分钟,在15wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍20分钟,在1wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍20分钟,凝固成型,洗涤干燥,得到涂覆无纺布;
(3)将涂覆无纺布浸渍在pH=5.5的醋酸缓冲溶液中,体积比为1:4,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶加入量与醋酸缓冲溶液的比例为10mL:0.01g),在50℃下振荡2小时,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层;
步骤2:(1)称取2.8份高吸液树脂、1.2份ES纤维、6份木浆纤维,备用;(2)将木浆纤维碎浆,得到5wt%的木浆溶液,加入高吸液树脂、ES纤维充分混合均匀;将其铺洒成网,得到吸液芯层;
步骤3:将柔软表层、导流抗回渗层、吸收芯层、透气底膜组合,热压复合,裁剪,得到成人护理垫。
对比例1:直接使用ES纤维无纺布作为导流层,其余与实施例1相同;
对比例2:芳纶纤维原液的涂覆量为1g/m2,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例3:芳纶纤维原液的涂覆量为9g/m2,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例4:芳纶纤维原液中直接使用细菌纤维素,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例5:使用聚丙烯酸钾替代高吸液树脂(由湖北东曹化学科技有限公司提供),其余与实施例1相同。
实验:以0.9wt%的氯化钠溶液进行吸液性实验,室温下,将制备得到的成人护理垫裁剪为140mm×280mm的尺寸平铺在实验桌上,取30mL氯化钠溶液,以带有电磁阀的漏斗滴入护理垫前端,距离护理垫0.5cm;一次滴入5mL,间隔2分钟,滴6次,记录接触产品时间和完全吸收时间得到吸液速度。滴入结束后,放置2分钟,取标准吸水纸称重,将标准吸水纸放置在其表面,使用1Kg的压块压制10s,再次称重,以两次称重计算得到回渗量。将制备得到的成人护理垫裁剪为100mm×100mm的尺寸称重,将其浸没在PH=7.5的Tris缓冲液中,静置24小时,然后无张力垂直悬挂120s,再次称重,计算得到吸液率。所得数据如下所示:
实验结果:上表的数据表明:多次吸液后,仍能保持较快的吸液性,本技术方案中制备的导流抗回渗层具有良好的导流和抗回渗性。实施例1的数据与对比例1~5的数据对比,对比例1中由于直接使用ES纤维无纺布作为导流层,使得导流性和抗回渗性能下降。对比例2中,由于涂覆量为1g/m2使得芳纶涂覆膜的厚度下降,从而影响了吸收和抗漏性,使得抗回渗性能下降;对比例3中由于涂覆量为9g/m2,使得芳纶涂覆膜的厚度增加,导流性下降,使得后续吸收速率下降。对比例4中,由于细菌纤维素未改性,使得导流性下降,从而降低了后续的吸收速率。对比例5中,由于未使用高吸液树脂,吸液性下降,使得后续吸收速率和回渗量增加,吸液率下降。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:(1)以细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素、芳纶纤维为原料,制备得到芳纶原液;(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,凝固成型;得到涂覆无纺布;(3)将涂覆无纺布置于醋酸缓冲溶液中,加入纤维素酶,振荡,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层;
步骤2:(1)称取高吸液树脂、ES纤维、木浆纤维,备用;(2)将木浆纤维碎浆,得到5wt%的木浆溶液,加入高吸液树脂、ES纤维充分混合均匀;将其铺洒成网,得到吸液芯层;
步骤3:将柔软表层、导流抗回渗层、吸液芯层、透气底膜组合,热压复合,裁剪,得到成人护理垫;
所述导流抗回渗层的具体制备工艺为:
(1)将细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素依次分散在去离子水中,得到纤维素分散液;将氢氧化钾、芳纶纤维依次分散在二甲基亚砜溶液中,得到芳纶分散液;将纤维素分散液与芳纶分散液等体积混合,在55~65℃下均质化3~5小时,得到芳纶原液;
(2)将芳纶原液涂覆在ES纤维无纺布的一面,将其依次在25~35wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍30~40分钟,在10~20wt%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮水溶液中浸渍20~30分钟,在1~1.2wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸渍20~30分钟,凝固成型,洗涤干燥,得到涂覆无纺布;
(3)将涂覆无纺布浸渍在pH=5.5±0.2的醋酸缓冲溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在45~55℃下振荡2~3小时,洗涤干燥,得到导流抗回渗层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述芳纶原液的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,10~15份细菌纤维素、35~40份甲种纤维素、38~43份氢氧化钾、48~52份芳纶纤维、50~60份去离子水、220~230份二甲基亚砜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:芳纶原液的涂覆量为3.5~4.5g/m2;涂覆无纺布与醋酸缓冲溶液的体积比为1:4;纤维素酶的加入量与醋酸缓冲溶液比例为10mL:0.01g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述吸液芯层的原料包括以下组分:20~28wt%高吸液树脂、12~20wt%ES纤维、60wt%木浆纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述吸液芯层的厚度为0.5~1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述细菌纤维素预先改性,得到改性细菌纤维素;以改性细菌纤维素、甲种纤维素、芳纶纤维为原料,制备得到芳纶原液;
所述改性细菌纤维素的制备工艺为:(1)将氧化碳纳米管置于乙醇水溶液中,加入醋酸调节pH=4.5±0.2,加入氨基硅烷偶联剂、丙烯酸酯基硅烷偶联剂室温搅拌0.5~1小时,洗涤干燥,得到改性碳纳米管;
(2)将细菌纤维素醛基化,得到醛基化细菌纤维素;(3)将细菌纤维素加入至0.09~0.11mol/L高碘酸钠溶液中,加入甲醇,避光30~40℃搅拌2小时,洗涤干燥得到醛基化细菌纤维素;
(3)将改性碳纳米管分散在1.8~2.2wt%的醋酸水溶液中,分散均匀,加入醛基化细菌纤维素,在40~50℃下搅拌2~3小时,洗涤干燥,得到改性细菌纤维素。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述改性细菌纤维素的原料中,改性碳纳米管占醛基化细菌纤维素的20~25wt%;所述改性细菌纤维素的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,9~11份氧化碳纳米管、9.5~10.5份氨基硅烷偶联剂、4.5~5.5份丙烯酸酯基硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述高吸液树脂为丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物;所述高吸液树脂的原料包括以下组分:按重量份数计,48~55份丙烯酸、30~34份氢氧化钠、13~16份丙烯酰胺、2~3份甲种纤维素、5~7份改性细菌纤维素、0.04~0.06份甲叉双丙烯酰胺、0.15~0.25份过硫酸钾。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种柔软透气成人护理垫的制备工艺制备得到的成人护理垫。
