Abstract
本发明涉及一种镁碳砖,尤其是一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒60~80份、电熔镁砂细粉10~20份、石墨10~20份、硼化钙0.1~1份、碳化硼0.1~1份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,在原料中加入硼化钙能够提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性,进而满足特钢冶炼的要求,满足镁碳砖的优异性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镁碳砖,尤其是一种抗氧化的镁碳砖。
背景技术
镁碳砖是以高熔点碱性氧化物氧化镁(熔点2800℃)和难以被炉渣侵润的高熔点碳素材料作为原料,添加各种非氧化物添加剂,用炭质结合剂结合而成的不烧炭复合耐火材料。镁碳砖广泛应用于炼钢高炉、电炉、转炉、精炼炉连铸***和钢包的内衬部位。
镁碳砖作为一种复合耐火材料,有效地利用了镁砂的抗渣侵蚀能力强和碳的高导热性及低膨胀性,补偿了镁砂耐剥落性差的最大缺点。镁碳砖的优良性能依赖于砖中碳的存在,使用过程中碳的氧化易造成制品组织劣化,使炉渣沿着缝隙侵入砖中,侵蚀氧化镁颗粒,降低镁碳砖的使用寿命。
随着生产技术的不断发展和提高,对于耐火材料的要求也不断增加,因此提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性显得极为重要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,以解决现有技术存在的镁碳砖抗氧化性差,使用过程中碳的氧化易造成制品组织劣化的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒60~80份、电熔镁砂细粉10~20份、石墨10~20份、硼化钙0.1~1份、碳化硼0.1~1份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。
所述电熔镁砂颗粒包括三种粒度的镁砂颗粒,三种粒度分别为5~3mm、3~1mm、≤1mm。
所述电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为≤0.088mm。
所述电熔镁砂颗粒的重量份数为74份,所述电熔镁砂细粉的重量分数为11份,所述石墨的重量分数为15份,所述硼化钙的重量份为0.2份,所述碳化硼的重量份为0.2份,所述酚醛树脂的重量分数为3份,所述乌洛托品的重量分数为0.3份。
本发明带来的有益效果:本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,在原料中加入硼化钙能够提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性,进而满足特钢冶炼的要求,满足镁碳砖的优异性能。
由于加入抗氧化剂硼化钙,防止了碳的氧化,同时促进了组织结构的进一步致密化,使得镁碳砖的高温抗折强度、抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性大大提高,从而提高了镁碳砖的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒60~80份、电熔镁砂细粉10~20份、石墨10~20份、硼化钙0.1~1份、碳化硼0.1~1份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。
在本实施例中,所述电熔镁砂颗粒包括三种粒度的镁砂颗粒,三种粒度分别为5~3mm、3~1mm、≤1mm。所述电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为≤0.088mm。
实施例一
优选的,本实施例中,所述电熔镁砂颗粒的重量份数为74份(电熔镁砂的粒度分布见表1),所述电熔镁砂细粉的重量分数为11份,所述石墨的重量分数为15份,所述硼化钙的重量份为0.2份,所述碳化硼的重量份为0.2份,所述酚醛树脂的重量分数为3份,所述乌洛托品的重量分数为0.3份。

将上述原料按比例称量后充分混炼,放入模具中,然后对其进行压制成型,成型后的砖坯放入窑道中烘烤,从窑道中取出后即为成品镁碳砖。
硼化钙理化性能相当稳定,具有不溶于水、抗氧化、抗热冲击、抗化学侵蚀等特性。尤其在热冲击下具有很高的强度和稳定性。本发明的镁碳砖由于加入抗氧化剂硼化钙,防止了碳的氧化,同时促进了组织结构的进一步致密化,使得镁碳砖的高温抗折强度、抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性大大提高,从而提高了镁碳砖的使用寿命。

实施例三
本发明提供一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒80份、电熔镁砂细粉20份、石墨20份、硼化钙1份、碳化硼1份、酚醛树脂5份、乌洛托品1份。
对比例一
镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒75份、电熔镁砂细粉15份、石墨15份、碳化硼0.5份、酚醛树脂2.5份、乌洛托品0.5份。
各项性能检测数据如表1所示。

由表1可知,同样条件下添加硼化钙的镁碳砖与没有添加硼化钙的镁碳砖相比,各项性能均相近,但添加硼化钙的镁碳砖的抗氧化性和高温抗折强度要优于没有添加硼化钙镁碳砖。

1.一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,其特征在于,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒60~80份、电熔镁砂细粉10~20份、石墨10~20份、硼化钙0.1~1份、碳化硼0.1~1份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述电熔镁砂颗粒包括三种粒度的镁砂颗粒,三种粒度分别为5~3mm、3~1mm、≤1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为≤0.088mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化的镁碳砖,其特征在于,所述电熔镁砂颗粒的重量份数为74份,所述电熔镁砂细粉的重量分数为11份,所述石墨的重量分数为15份,所述硼化钙的重量份为0.2份,所述碳化硼的重量份为0.2份,所述酚醛树脂的重量分数为3份,所述乌洛托品的重量分数为0.3份。
