Since the surface of the cloth 27 is more likely to adhere to dust or other foreign matter, and is likely to adhere to the transparent elastic bag 4 to affect the light transmittance thereof, cleaning of the transparent elastic bag 4, particularly, local cleaning in contact with the bar code is necessary, and the specific operations are as follows:
the intermittent rotation of the driving box 2 is controlled by a driving part, such as motor control, and the driving box can be matched with the conveyor belt assembly 26, namely, when the goods 27 are conveyed, the driving box 2 also rotates, and when the goods 27 stop, the driving box 2 also stops after rotating for one circle;
in the process of rotating the driving box 2, the extension tube 3 also rotates, the electric connection sheet 23 is separated from the second contact sheet 22 until the extension tube 3 is turned into the range of the cleaning cotton 25, at this time, the electric connection sheet 23 is contacted with the first contact sheet 21 and controls the extension of the extension cylinder 17, the extension of the extension cylinder 17 means that the transparent elastic bag 4 is inflated, and then is contacted and rubbed with the cleaning cotton 25 after being inflated, and impurities such as dust adhered to the transparent elastic bag 4 are cleaned by the cleaning cotton 25, so that the light transmittance of the transparent elastic bag 4 is ensured, and the correct scanning of the scanning head 14 is ensured.
Then, after the extension tube 3 is rotated out of the range of the cleaning cotton 25 along with the rotation of the driving box 2, the electric contact piece 23 is separated from the first contact piece 21, and then the telescopic cylinder 17 is automatically retracted, so that the transparent elastic bag 4 is contracted by air suction operation, and the scanning of the next goods 27 is continued.
Some alcohol can be injected into the cleaning cotton 25, so that the cleaning effect of the transparent elastic bag 4 can be improved, and after the transparent elastic bag 4 is separated from the cleaning cotton 25, the alcohol can volatilize rapidly, so that the surface of the transparent elastic bag 4 is kept dry when the transparent elastic bag contacts with the next goods 27.
The cleaning cotton 25 is preferably made of a material which is easily absorbed water and can be elastically compressed, such as sponge.
In one of the preferred embodiments, the center of the fixed disk 1 is fixed with a fixed shaft 5 penetrating into the driving box 2, the driving box 2 rotates around the fixed shaft 5 as the center, one end of the fixed shaft 5 extending into the driving box 2 is fixed with a cam 7 and a fixed gear 6, the protruding part of the cam 7 faces downwards, one end of the movable rod 9 away from the inner pipe 11 abuts against the outer cambered surface wall of the cam 7, the outer wall of the movable rod 9 is also fixed with a connecting gear 8, and a tension spring 10 is connected between the partition 16 and the inner pipe 11.
In order to further improve the cleaning effect on the transparent elastic bag 4, the transparent elastic bag 4 rotates when being contacted with the cleaning cotton 25, which is beneficial to the erasure of impurities on the transparent elastic bag 4, in the following specific way;
because the protruding part of the cam 7 faces downwards, when the extension tube 3 is in a downward state, the movable rod 9 is in contact with the protruding part of the cam 7, at the moment, the inner gear ring 18 is in a separation state with the outer gear ring 19, then the movable rod 9 is staggered with the protruding part of the cam 7 in the rotating process of the driving box 2, at the moment, under the pulling force of the tension spring 10, the inner tube 11 retracts into the extension tube 3, at the moment, the connecting gear 8 is meshed with the fixed gear 6, and along with the rotation of the driving box 2, the connecting gear 8 drives the movable rod 9 and the inner tube 11 to also start rotating, so that the transparent elastic bag 4 rotates while revolving, and the cleaning effect of the transparent elastic bag 4 is improved.
It should be noted that, during this process, the inner tube 11 will retract into the extension tube 3, and a portion of the inner tube 11 cannot expand due to the blocking of the inner tube 11 and the extension tube 3, which is equivalent to the reduction of the expansion surface of the transparent elastic bag 4, but the inflation amount in the transparent elastic bag 4 is still constant, in this case, the expansion degree of the exposed portion of the transparent elastic bag 4 is higher than that during scanning, because most of the dust adhered on the transparent elastic bag 4 is during scanning, and the surface tension of the transparent elastic bag 4 causes the dust to adhere to the surface during retraction, so that during cleaning, the transparent elastic bag 4 can help the dropping of the adhered dust on the surface after the expansion degree is increased, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
In one preferred embodiment, the outer wall of the inner tube 11 is rotatably provided with a rotary ring 20, and one end of the tension spring 10 is fixedly connected with the rotary ring 20.
Since the inner tube 11 rotates during cleaning, the rotating ring 20 is provided to rotate relatively to the tension spring 10 in order to avoid excessive torsion of the tension spring 10.
In one of the preferred embodiments, the inner wall between the extension pipe 3 and the inner pipe 11 is rotatably provided with an intermediate pipe 12, an inner gear ring 18 is fixed at the inner ring of the intermediate pipe 12, and an outer gear 19 is correspondingly arranged at the end of the inner pipe 11, and when the end of the movable rod 9 contacts with the non-protruding part of the cam 7, the inner gear ring 18 is in a meshed state with the outer gear 19.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the inner tube 11 drives the transparent elastic bag 4 to rotate, and the transparent elastic bag 4 is in an expanded state, so as to avoid damage caused by mutual friction between the transparent elastic bag 4 and the extension tube 3, by providing the intermediate tube 12, when the end of the movable rod 9 contacts with the non-convex portion of the cam 7, the inner tube 11 retracts while the inner ring 18 is in a meshed state with the outer gear 19, and then the inner tube 11 rotates again to drive the intermediate tube 12 to rotate together, so that the transparent elastic bag 4 and the intermediate tube 12 are in a relatively static state, and abrasion to the transparent elastic bag 4 is prevented.
In one of the preferred embodiments, when the inner gear ring 18 is in mesh with the outer gear ring 19, the inner tube 11 is flush with the port of the intermediate tube 12.
In one of the preferred embodiments, the outer wall of the cambered surface of the cam 7 is provided with a groove, the end part of the movable rod 9 is provided with a round head, and the round head stretches into the groove to be abutted against the groove.
Referring to fig. 5-6, the grooves can correct and ensure the moving track of the movable rod 9, the round head of the movable rod 9 can reduce friction, and the movable rod 9 can reduce friction when rotating.
In one preferred embodiment, the end of the inner tube 11 is provided with a vent hole for balancing the air pressure inside the inner tube 11.
Referring to fig. 6, a vent hole is provided to balance the air pressure in the inner tube 11 when the piston block 13 is moved outwardly.
In one preferred embodiment, the illuminating lamp 15 is mounted on the outer wall of the piston block 13, and the illuminating lamp 15 is annularly arranged.
