the concentration of the choline chloride is 10-15%.
6. A chicory jujube extract for improving sleep according to claim 3, characterized in that said filtration in step (2) results in a filtrate with a molecular weight of less than 500;
the concentration is carried out until the density is 1.05-1.14.
