Abstract

一种电信和数据工程用的可调理的接头盒,供容纳各装有两根玻纤的载线件护套,接头盒的壳体有光缆连接件和与壳体连接的载线件,护套可转动地与载线件连接。本发明的目的是研制出一种可与其它接头盒互换,特别可***现有技术接头盒壳体中代替传统的接头盒,确保适当的备用长度、颇矮的结构高度,和经济简单的使用方式的可调理的接头。将载线件护套彼此堆置在至少两个毗邻的容纳部分中,各护套的一边可转动地支撑在锁定位置上。

Description

可加以调理的接头盒
本发明涉及一种电信和数据技术用的可加以调理的接头盒,供容纳各个装有两根玻璃纤维的载线件护套,接头盒的壳体有光缆连接件和与壳体连接的载线件,护套可转动地与载线件连接。
一般的接头盒,其壳体中可容纳的接头可多达24个,接头各转接线和线束有足够的工作长度。除此之外,在本技术领域中,大家知道,容纳接头的部分最多可容纳两个接头,即所谓“单线路调理”。
这些叫做“单线路调理”的容纳接头的部分是双玻璃纤维的载线件护套与敷设件活动结合成一个单元组成的。当要转接的接头要求高度安全时,采用这些载线件有好处,可以确保玻纤稳当而按要求控制的引线。
从美国专利5,323,480所公知的现有技术的接头盒,这种接头盒的壳体具有单根或多根玻璃纤维的光缆连接件和多个载线件护套。载线件护套的一端可转动地与载线件连接。为便于触及设在底下的载线件护套,各载线件护套可在堆置位置与提升位置之间移动。
为引导玻纤的走线,从光缆连接件到载线件护套采用了柔韧的运送套管。第一引导部分有好几米长,该部分中的其中一束线束用相应尺寸的运送套管套起来,一直引到第一配线元件。一直引到那里的例如八根玻纤分成四组,每组两根光纤。这时较溥的运送套管就分别在两根玻纤上滑动,并沿导向槽引到载线件护套。接下去,玻纤在载线件护套中的引线就不用套管了。
这种接头盒很难使用,特别是装在终端分线装置时,玻纤的引导距离长,又需要不断滑动运送套管,所以更加困难。接头连接工序的准备工作花费大,既不方便又很困难。此外,又没有可到达接头工作点的备用长度。无论载线件护套或连接位置的数量多少,结构高度总是取决于载线件护套的高度。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可与其它接头盒互换,特别是可***现有技术接头盒壳体中代替传统的接头盒,并确保适当的备用长度、颇矮的结构高度,和经济简单的使用方式的可调理的接头盒。
上述目的是通过下列措施达到的:一种电信和数据技术用的可调理的接头盒,供容纳各自有两根玻璃纤维的载线件护套2,接头盒包括:有光缆连接件4的壳体3与壳体3,连接的载线件5,载线件护套2可转动地与所述载线件5连接,其特征在于,载线件护套配置在至少两个毗邻的容纳部分中,彼此堆置在一起,各护套的一边可转动地支撑在锁定位置上。由于载线件护套配置在两毗邻的容纳部分,使彼此堆置的各载线件护套的转动点处在不同平面上,因而缩短了玻璃纤维的引导长度,特别是始终与接头盒壳体一起确保有足够的备用长度供接头工作点用。好几个最多能容纳两个接头的接头盒(分别为单线路调理的或载线件护套)不用任何工具就可装入最多可容纳24个接头的传统的接头盒壳体或代替这类接头盒。此外这种接头盒的导线具有相应的工作长度。
结构高度比一般堆置载线件护套时小得多。结构高度不是取决于载线件护套的高度而是取决于载线件护套的厚度或其堆置的数量。由于线束装入敷线性护套中无需任何套管,因而安装或使用起来都简单而不复杂。
下面根据附图中所示的配置在接头盒壳体中的可加以调理的接头盒的一个实施例更详细地说明本发明的内容。附图中:
图1是里面插有可调理接头盒和载线件护套的接头盒壳体的顶视图;
图2是图1可调理接头盒的剖面侧视图;
图3是图2可调理接头盒的剖面侧视图,其中载线件护套往外折;
图4是图2可调理接头盒壳体的顶视图;
图5是图1双玻纤载线件护套的顶视图。
图1示出了接头盒9连同供备用长度用的引导部分10的顶视图,其中可调理接头盒1借助锁定件8插接。
可调理接头盒1有个光缆连接件4和夹持凹口12。接头盒1中装着毗邻的载线件护套2,其相应的接头14分别是供两根玻璃纤维17用的接头。载线件护套2配备有夹持孔11,这样载线件护套2可以绕转动点13转到锁定位置7(图3)。在本实例中,接头盒1中装着6个最多容纳12根玻璃纤维17的载线件护套2(图3)。
图2接头盒1的壳体3中插有载线件护套2。从图2中可以看到接头14的配置方式和所插载线件护套2的转动点13,玻纤引导部分中尚未插上玻纤17。本实施例中的接头盒1可用在例如19英寸的单元中而不带图1的接头盒壳体9。在某些情况下,可用来提供配上一个图中未示出的盒盖的接头盒1。
图3示出了载线件护套2***接头盒1情况下的剖视图,其中一个所述载线件护套2转到锁定位置7,这样就可任意触及配置在底下的载线件护套2。各载线件护套2的转动点13配置在不同的平面上。
图4示出了接头盒壳体3在载线件护套2没有插上情况下的顶视图。壳体3有容纳载线件护套2的部分6和两个载线件5,载线件5可转动地通过护套2与壳体3连接。此外还可以看到光缆连接件4和夹持凹口12。载线件5和各载线件护套2的元件15(图5)一起形成载线件护套2相应的转动点13。载线件5上的锁定元件19可以将载线件护套2锁定。
图5中示出了载线件护套2的顶视图,接头14和元件15供将载线件护套2可转动地支撑在载线件5(图4)上,此外还有夹持孔11和固定件16。锁定件18和载线件5上的锁定件19(图4)一起作用将载线件护套2锁定在锁定位置7(图3)上。
按照本发明,按图1是可以将例如线束20连同12根玻纤12在切好的情况下一直引到光缆连接件4上的,即一起引到接头盒1的入口。只有这时才可以将线束20的外套除去,将12根玻纤17引入引导部分一直引到其中一个载线件护套2的入口,所述入口靠近载线件护套2的转动点13。6个载线件护套2中各***两根玻纤17,再通过接头14与转接玻纤22连接起来。转接玻纤22也在无外套的接头盒1内一直引到接头盒1出口处的光缆连接件4,然后连同一般的外套引入引导部分中。

Claims (9)

1.一种电信和数据技术用的可调理的接头盒,供容纳各自有两根玻璃纤维的载线件护套(2),接头盒包括:有光缆连接件(4)的壳体(3)与壳体(3),连接的载线件(5),载线件护套(2)可转动地与所述载线件(5)连接,其特征在于,载线件护套(2)配置在至少两个毗邻的容纳部分(6)中,彼此堆置在一起,各护套(2)的一边可转动地支撑在锁定位置(7)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,带备用长度引导部分(10)的接头盒壳体(3)的容纳部分设有扣接式锁定件(8)。
3.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,外部尺寸选成确保可以更换这种接头盒直到接头的部分。
4.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,载线件护套(2)有夹持孔(11)。
5.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,配备有夹持凹口(12)。
6.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,好几个可调理的接头盒(1)彼此堆置起来。
7.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,配备有盖。
8.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,确保玻纤在接头部分与壳体(9)之间的备用长度。
9.根据权利要求1的可调理的接头盒,其特征在于,各载线件护套(2)的转动点(13)配置在不同的平面上。
