本发明所属中药研究开发技术领域。本发明涉及一种活血再造双柏散制剂改变为浸膏剂的制备方法。将大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰分别洗净、烘干或晾干，粉碎成粉末；将薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，获得薄荷挥发油；其它药材进行水提取，将提取液浓缩成浸膏剂，加入脱氢乙酸钠和薄荷挥发油到浸膏剂内，混匀，装瓶、包装。本发明产品浸膏剂有利于有效成分的释放，提高并达到治疗效果，具有补肾壮骨，活血化瘀，疏通经络，消肿止痛，去腐生肌之功能。

本发明所属中药研究开发技术领域。本发明涉及一种活血再造双柏散制剂改变为浸膏剂的制备方法。本发明产品浸膏剂有利于有效成分的释放，提高并达到治疗效果，具有补肾壮骨，活血化瘀，疏通经络，消肿止痛，去腐生肌之功能。
背景技术
活血再造双柏散是外用的处方类中成药，原辅料组成为大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰、脱氢乙酸钠。
1.大黄
功能主治：泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血。治实热便秘，谵语发托，食积痞满，痢疾初起，里急后重，瘀停经闭，癥瘕积聚，时行热疫，暴眼赤痛，吐血，衄血，阳黄，水肿，淋浊，痈疡肿毒。
用法用量：煎汤(用于泻下，不宜久煎)，1～4钱；或入丸、散；外用适量，研末，水或醋调敷。
2.侧柏叶
功能主治：凉血止血，化痰止咳，生发乌发。用于吐血，衄血，咯血，便血，崩漏下血，肺热咳嗽，血热脱发，须发早白。
用法用量：煎服，6～12g。化痰止咳宜生用；止血多炒炭用；外用适量。
3.黄柏
功能主治：清热，燥湿，泻火，解毒。治热痢，泄泻，消渴，黄疸，梦遗，淋浊，痔疮，便血，亦白带下，骨蒸劳热，目赤肿痛，口舌生疮，疮疡肿毒。
用法用量：煎汤，1.5～3钱；或入丸、散；外用适量，研末调敷或煎水浸渍。
4.莪术
功能主治：行气破血、消积止痛。主治气血凝滞，心腹胀痛，症瘕，积聚，宿食不消，妇女血瘀经闭，跌打损伤作痛。
用法用量：水煎服，用量3-15g，也可以入丸或者散服用；可以醋制后对祛瘀止痛有效果；莪术也可以外用，外用也要适量，根据情况适量使用莪术。
5.薄荷
功能主治：疏风，散热，辟秽，解毒。治外感风热，头痛，目赤，咽喉肿痛，食滞气胀，口疮，牙痛，疮疥，瘾疹。发毒汗，破血止痢，通利关节。
用法用量：煎汤(不宜久煎)，0.8～2钱；或入丸、散；外用适量，捣汁或煎汁涂敷。
6.续断
功能主治：补肝肾，续筋骨，调血脉。治腰背酸痛，足膝无力，胎漏，崩漏，带下，遗精，跌打损伤，金疮，痔漏，痈疽疮肿。
用法用量：粉碎为粉末，酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大。用法：每服30丸，空心以温酒下或盐汤送下。
7.骨碎补
功能主治：活血散瘀、消肿止痛、续筋接骨、补肾强骨。主治跌打损伤或创伤，筋骨损伤，瘀滞肿痛。
用法用量：煎服，10-20g；或入丸、散；外用适量，捣敷或研末调敷；或浸酒搽。
8.泽兰
功能主治：活血，行水。治经闭，癥瘕，产后瘀滞腹痛，身面浮肿，跌扑损伤，金疮，痈肿。
用法用量：煎汤，1.5～3钱；或入丸、散；外用适量，捣敷或煎水熏洗。
传统活血再造双柏散的制备方法：将大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰粉碎为粉末。
方剂用法：开水、蜜调敷粉末至患处。
鉴于上述方法制备的活血再造双柏散制剂不利于有效成分释放，导致治疗效果不佳，且浪费药材。我们将活血再造双柏散制剂改变为浸膏剂，浸膏剂有利于有效成分的释放，提高疗效，达到治疗效果并能节省药材。
发明内容
1、一种活血再造双柏散制剂改变为浸膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于步骤如下：
(1)原辅料组成为大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰、脱氢乙酸钠；
(2)将(1)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20-40目粉末；
(3)将(1)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20-40目粉末；
(4)将(1)中的薄荷洗净、晾干，粉碎成10-20目粉末；
(5)将(4)中的薄荷20-40目粉末放入蒸馏器中进行水蒸气蒸馏，获得薄荷挥发油和薄荷残渣；
(6)将(2)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰20-40目粉末放入不锈钢容器内，加水煎煮1h-1.5h，再放入(3)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏20-40目粉末和(5)中的薄荷残渣，继续煎煮0.5h-1.0h；加水量为药材总重量的5-6倍，温度为100℃，得滤液和残渣；
(7)将(6)中的残渣再加水煎煮1h-1.5h，加水量为药材总重量的4-5倍，温度为80-95℃，过滤，得滤液和残渣；
(8)将(7)中的残渣压滤，滤液与(6)和(7)中滤液合并；
(9)将(8)中的滤液减压浓缩成浸膏剂；
(10)将(1)中的脱氢乙酸钠和(5)中的薄荷挥发油加入到(9)中浸膏剂内，混匀，装瓶、包装。

实施例1：

(1)原辅料组成为大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰、脱氢乙酸钠；
(2)将(1)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20目粉末；
(3)将(1)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20目粉末；
(4)将(1)中的薄荷洗净、晾干，粉碎成10目粉末；
(5)将(4)中的薄荷20目粉末放入蒸馏器中进行水蒸气蒸馏，获得薄荷挥发油和薄荷残渣；
(6)将(2)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰20目粉末放入不锈钢容器内，加水煎煮1h，再放入(3)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏20目粉末和(5)中的薄荷残渣，继续煎煮0.5h；加水量为药材总重量的5倍，温度为100℃，得滤液和残渣；
(7)将(6)中的残渣再加水煎煮1h，加水量为药材总重量的4倍，温度为80℃，过滤，得滤液和残渣；
(8)将(7)中的残渣压滤，滤液与(6)和(7)中滤液合并；
(9)将(8)中的滤液减压浓缩成浸膏剂；
(10)将(1)中的脱氢乙酸钠和(5)中的薄荷挥发油加入到(9)中浸膏剂内，混匀，装瓶、包装。
实施例2：
1、一种活血再造双柏散制剂改变为浸膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于步骤如下：
(1)原辅料组成为大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰、脱氢乙酸钠；
(2)将(1)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成40目粉末；
(3)将(1)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成40目粉末；
(4)将(1)中的薄荷洗净、晾干，粉碎成20目粉末；
(5)将(4)中的薄荷40目粉末放入蒸馏器中进行水蒸气蒸馏，获得薄荷挥发油和薄荷残渣；
(6)将(2)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰40目粉末放入不锈钢容器内，加水煎煮1.5h，再放入(3)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏40目粉末和(5)中的薄荷残渣，继续煎煮1.0h；加水量为药材总重量的6倍，温度为100℃，得滤液和残渣；
(7)将(6)中的残渣再加水煎煮1.5h，加水量为药材总重量的5倍，温度为95℃，过滤，得滤液和残渣；
(8)将(7)中的残渣压滤，滤液与(6)和(7)中滤液合并；
(9)将(8)中的滤液减压浓缩成浸膏剂；
(10)将(1)中的脱氢乙酸钠和(5)中的薄荷挥发油加入到(9)中浸膏剂内，混匀，装瓶、包装。

(1)原辅料组成为大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏、莪术、薄荷、续断、骨碎补、泽兰、脱氢乙酸钠；
(2)将(1)中的莪术、续断、骨碎补、泽兰分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20-40目粉末；
(3)将(1)中的大黄、侧柏叶、黄柏分别洗净、烘干，粉碎成20-40目粉末；
(4)将(1)中的薄荷洗净、晾干，粉碎成10-20目粉末；
(5)将(4)中的薄荷20-40目粉末放入蒸馏器中进行水蒸气蒸馏，获得薄荷挥发油和薄荷残渣；
