Example 2
The fresh petals of the recovered rose are obtained through dried petals of the rose, and the fresh rose stock solution and the dried petals of the rose are obtained through drying by fresh rose drying equipment. The rose fresh flower drying method comprises the following steps:
drying fresh rose flowers: the picked fresh rose flowers are transported to a processing workshop by a constant-temperature (3-8 ℃) refrigerated transport vehicle, and are rapidly processed by novel intelligent drying equipment in three different stages.
The first stage: uniformly placing fresh rose flowers in a drying device, regulating the temperature, humidity and time of a drying furnace by a control instrument, keeping the initial temperature in the furnace consistent with the ambient weather temperature during flower picking, and basically opening a natural waxy protection layer of the rose flowers after warming up; then the temperature is increased, the waxy protective layer is opened, the water of the fresh flowers starts to leach out, the temperature is increased for a set time, low-temperature hot gas at the upper end of the drying chamber enters the condenser through the gas guide pipeline, and the rose natural water carried out of the hot gas is condensed into rose fresh flower stock solution. The method specifically comprises the following steps: placing the fresh rose flower in a baking sieve uniformly in a single layer, placing the baking sieve on a baking vehicle (20 layers), sequentially pushing 6 baking vehicles into a baking room, and closing a baking room door; through intelligent electronic data control appearance, adjust drying furnace temperature, humidity and time, the interior initial temperature of stove keeps unanimous with the ambient weather temperature when picking flowers (about 30 ℃), after the heat for 1 hour, improves the temperature to 33 ℃, and the natural waxy protection layer of rose is opened basically. Then, the temperature was raised to 35℃and the waxy protection layer was opened, and the flower itself water began to leach out for 1 hour. The temperature was then increased to 40℃for 5 hours. The low-temperature hot gas at the upper end of the drying chamber enters a condenser (the temperature of the condenser is kept at 12-15 ℃) through a gas guide pipeline, and natural rose water carried out of the hot gas is condensed into rose fresh flower stock solution which is liquid, and the leached stock solution accounts for 30 percent. The first phase takes 7 hours in total.
And a second stage: raising the temperature, and continuously setting the time after the temperature is stable, so as to extract the rose fresh flower stock solution; the method specifically comprises the following steps: the temperature is increased to 45 ℃, and the liquid outlet amount is increased to 50% in the stage of extracting the stock solution in the middle section, and the duration is 7 hours.
And a third stage: and (3) starting from the stable temperature in the second stage, gradually reducing the temperature, and continuously setting the time, extracting the fresh rose flower stock solution, and drying the fresh rose flower to obtain the dried rose petals. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the temperature is reduced by 1 ℃ every 1 hour from 45 ℃, the duration of the period is about 3 hours, the leaching amount of the stock solution is 20%, the fresh flowers are dried to obtain dry petals, and meanwhile, the rose fresh flower stock solution is obtained.
And (3) immediately placing the dried petals into an active plant raw material dormancy warehouse for preservation, wherein the preservation temperature is 2-8 ℃ and the humidity is controlled at 18%, so that the product is in a dormancy state.
Example 3
The recovered fresh rose petals are obtained through the following steps:
and taking out the dried rose petals from the active plant material dormancy warehouse, and soaking and restoring the dried rose petals by using the fresh flower stock solution of the front-stage rose. The fresh flower stock solution is about fifty times more than the amount of the roseleaf to be recovered as a standard (weight ratio). 3. Adding fresh flower stock solution into a reaction kettle, heating to 40deg.C, and keeping the temperature at the same level as that of fresh flos Rosae Rugosae stock solution to prevent destruction of active nutritional components of petals. Adding dry petals, stirring at a speed of 10-20 rpm, such as 15 rpm, soaking fresh flos Rosae Rugosae stock solution into dry petals, sealing with a reaction kettle cover, and maintaining the temperature at 40deg.C. The autoclave was charged with a pressure of 0.05 Mpa. Because, at a certain temperature and pressure, the dry petals will recover faster, and the petals and coarse fibers (including pedicel and the like) in the petals will be slowly macerated, so that the petals and coarse fibers become more similar to the petals softening, but still keep the petals in shape. The purpose is that: firstly, consumers can intuitively see the fresh petals in the skin care soup, and the consumers can enjoy the skin care soup; secondly, the whole nutrition of the rose essential oil, petals and head soup in the fresh rose flower can be completely absorbed by human skin. After uniform stirring for about 2250 revolutions for 2.5 hours, the dry petals are deeply fused with the fresh flower stock solution, so that the dry petals of the rose reach a full saturated state, and finally the recovered petals are filtered out for standby.
Example 4
A preparation method of a skin care soup containing rose essential oil petals comprises the following steps:
the recovered fresh petals of the rose and other raw materials such as the rose essential oil are added into a material mixing tank and uniformly stirred at the speed of 15 revolutions per minute. The method also comprises the steps of canning the product, pumping the prepared rose essential oil petal skin care soup into a canning machine, and sub-bottling and canning under the aseptic condition. The fresh petals are crisp and tender, when the treated crude fibers (pedicel) are softened, the petals are easy to break and difficult to keep the shape of the petals, so that the fresh petals just picked are not suitable for being adopted.
Example 5
