Working principle: in the initial state of the device, as shown in figure 1, a motor III 53 of the device is started to rotate, the motor III 53 drives a conveyor belt 51 to rotate through a rotary rod, as shown in figure 11, a packing box is placed on the conveyor belt 51, the conveyor belt 51 conveys the packing box between two clamping plates 43, when one end of the packing box moves between a correlation sensor emitter 48 and a correlation sensor receiver 49, the correlation sensor emitter 48 and the correlation sensor receiver 49 feed detection signals back to a control box 6, the control box 6 controls an electric push rod 42 to stretch out, the two clamping plates 43 and a pressure sensor I47 move towards each other, when the two pressure sensors I47 simultaneously contact the packing box and enable the two pressure sensors I47 to reach a pressure threshold value, the pressure sensor I47 converts the pressure signals into electric signals and feeds the electric signals back to the control box 6, the control box 6 controls the electric push rod 42 to be closed, and the motor IV 71 is started to rotate, the motor IV 71 drives the two sliding blocks 74 to move towards the direction approaching each other through the bidirectional screw rod 73, the two sliding blocks 74 drive the square sleeve 75, the square rod 76, the sliding shaft 710 and the pressure sensor II 77 to move towards the direction approaching each other, when the sliding shaft 710 firstly moves along the two end chute of the U-shaped chute 79 in the moving process, the sliding shaft 710 drives the square rod 76 to extend out of the square sleeve 75, the two pressure sensors II 77 are respectively positioned at two sides of the packaging box, then the sliding shaft 710 enters the middle straight groove of the U-shaped chute 79, the two pressure sensors II 77 do linear motion towards the direction approaching each other, when the two pressure sensors II 77 simultaneously contact the packaging box and enable the pressure sensors II 77 to reach the pressure threshold value, the pressure sensor II 77 converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and feeds back to the control box 6, the control box 6 controls the motor IV 71 to be closed, the positioning and fixing of the packing box are realized as shown in fig. 14;
simultaneously, the control box 6 controls the telescopic rod of the first cylinder 12 to extend out, so that the circular ring 13 drives the tracing edging mechanism 2, the rotating mechanism 3 and the like to move downwards, in the downward moving process, the spline shaft 83 slides downwards from the spline shaft 82, meanwhile, the two connecting rods 22 swing, the first square sliding cylinders 25 slide along the transverse rod of the U-shaped sliding rod frame 23 in the direction of approaching each other in the downward moving process, the first square sliding cylinders 25 push the second square sliding cylinders 27, the L-shaped plate 28, the trimming knife 211, the tracing wheel 213 and the like to move in the direction of approaching each other through the springs 26, the bevel gear 29 slides along the square rod 24 through the square sliding holes 214, when the trimming knife 211 contacts the edge of a packing box in the moving process, the difference between the radius of the tracing wheel 213 and the radius of the trimming knife 211 is equal to the distance between the edge of the packing box and the outer side wall of the packing box, the second square sliding cylinders 27, the trimming knife 211 and the like stop moving transversely and the packing box move downwards, but the first square sliding cylinders 25 continue moving transversely, and the first square sliding cylinders 25 continue moving transversely, so that the first springs 26 stop the first cylinder 12 to move transversely;
the control box 6 controls the motor two 81 and the motor one 31 to rotate, the motor two 81 drives the square rod 24 to rotate through the spline shaft sleeve 82, the spline shaft 83, the bevel gear three 84 and the bevel gear four 85, the square rod 24 drives the trimming cutter 211 to rotate through the bevel gear one 29 and the bevel gear two 210 to polish and trim the edge of the packaging box, the motor one 31 drives the U-shaped slide bar frame 23, the square rod 24, the trimming cutter 211, the tracing wheel 213 and the like to rotate through the gear 32 and the gear ring 33, the tracing wheel 213 always contacts with the outer wall of the lower part of the packaging box to roll due to the fact that the two springs 26 are in a compressed state, meanwhile, the trimming cutter 211 always contacts with the edge of the packaging box, the radius difference between the tracing wheel 213 and the trimming cutter 211 is equal to the distance between the edge of the packaging box and the outer side wall of the packaging box, flatness of the trimming cutter 211 to the edge of the packaging box is guaranteed, damage to the packaging box caused by the trimming cutter 211 is avoided, the tracing cutter 213 and the trimming cutter 211 move around the packaging box, the packaging box always contacts with the tracing wheel 211, and the bevel gear one 29 slides along the square rod 24 through the tracing hole 214 when the bevel gear one 29 slides relatively to the square rod 24. Due to the two trimming knives 211, when the tracing edging mechanism 2 rotates 180 degrees, the edge trimming of the packing box can be completed, then the control box 6 controls the machine to restore to the original state, and the conveyor belt 51 moves the packing box out of the other end of the conveyor mechanism 5, as shown in fig. 16.
