Description

Face cream with moisturizing and soothing effects and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, relates to a facial cream with moisturizing and soothing effects and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a facial cream with moisturizing and soothing effects, which has a very simple formula and is suitable for infants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin of the infant and the child is obviously different from that of an adult in structure and composition, and the skin basic structure is that the skin layer thickness of the infant Tong Biao is thinner than that of the adult, so that the skin care product or the skin external product can permeate through the skin of the infant and the child more directly and easily than that of the adult, has stronger reaction to harmful substances and sensitization components, has complex formula components and contains the sensitization components such as essence, alcohol or pigment, and the skin care product containing the sensitization components such as essence, alcohol or pigment and the like is prevented from being used for the infant and the child as much as possible.
The barrier function of the skin of the infant is not fully developed, the barrier function is weaker than that of an adult and is easier to damage, and the corresponding percutaneous water loss speed is faster than that of the adult, so that the skin barrier is stabilized by increasing the moisture retention and the moistening of the skin of the infant is particularly important. Melanin is produced by melanocytes in the skin and is capable of absorbing radiant energy from sunlight, thereby protecting the skin from ultraviolet light. It has been found that the skin of infants is significantly lower in melanin than that of adults, while the melanocyte function of children is still imperfect, and these characteristics make the skin of infants more vulnerable to ultraviolet rays, thus easily causing a series of skin inflammatory reactions such as itching and redness.
The prior art discloses several functional cream products for infants and children, for example CN108904330a discloses a baby skin care camellia oil cream consisting of water, camellia seed oil, diglycerol, butylene glycol, glycerol, triglycerides, shea butter, polydimethylsiloxane, cetostearyl alcohol, stearyl glyceryl, citrate esters, phytosterol oleate, 1, 2-glycol, white pool flower seed oil, begonia seed oil, sodium hyaluronate, gentian extract, panthenol, tocopheryl acetate, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymers, allantoin, sodium stearoyl glutamate, capryl glycol, xanthan gum, arginine. Can effectively relieve the daily skin problems of infants, can rapidly improve the problems of dry, reddish and rough skin of infants, and the like, care the tender skin of infants, and have mild ingredients and no hormone.
The formula design of the cosmetic for infants should follow the safety priority principle, the efficacy essential principle and the formula extreme simple principle. It can be seen that the requirements of infant Tong Hufu are obviously different from those of adult skin care products, and the requirements are concentrated on the aspects of high safety, necessary efficacy and extremely simple formula. In recent years, consumers pay more and more attention to the safety and efficacy of cosmetics, and especially the formula requirement of infant cosmetics is limited to safety and efficacy, and consumers pay more and more attention to the extreme simplicity of formula design, but the number of infant Tong Huazhuang products meeting the requirements on the market is very small. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cosmetic which is excellent in moisturizing and soothing effects, has extremely simple formulation components and is safe and suitable for infants.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the face cream with the moisturizing and soothing effects and the preparation method thereof, in particular to the face cream with the moisturizing and soothing effects, which has a very simple formula and is suitable for infants and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a cream with moisturizing and soothing effects, the components of the cream comprising: moisturizing and soothing agents, emulsifying agents, thickening agents, humectants, oils and solvents; the moisturizing and soothing agent comprises butter fruit fat and sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan.
The cream disclosed by the invention specifically combines the butter fruit and the sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan as moisturizing and soothing efficacy components, and is matched with components such as an emulsifying agent, a thickening agent, a humectant, grease, a solvent and the like, so that the cream has excellent moisturizing and soothing efficacy, is simple in formula components and good in safety, is particularly suitable for tender skin of infants, and is not easy to bring irritation risk to the skin of the infants.
The butter is a natural oil, the oil content is 15% -30%, and the unsaturated fatty acid content in the oil is up to 80%. In addition, it contains phytosterol, tocopherol, squalene, etc., which are similar to the components in sebum of human body, because it does not contain soluble protein bound with IgE, and is rarely sensitized for eating or external application. The carboxymethyl beta-glucan sodium is prepared by carrying out carboxymethylation modification on beta-1, 3-glucan extracted from yeast walls, so that the problem that the beta-1, 3-glucan is insoluble in water and difficult to apply to cosmetics is solved, and meanwhile, the substitution degree is controlled to be not more than 0.75, so that the biological activity of the beta-glucan sodium can be maintained.
Preferably, the moisture-keeping and relieving agent, the emulsifying agent, the thickening agent, the humectant and the grease are respectively 1-35%, 0.3-3%, 0.1-5%, 5-30% and 2-30% by mass of the cream.
When the components in the face cream are combined according to the specific mass ratio, the face cream is stable in system and high in safety, and the moisturizing and soothing effects can be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
The moisture-retaining and soothing agent may be present in the cream in an amount of, for example, 1%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 22%, 25%, 28%, 30%, 33%, 35%, etc.
The emulsifier may be present in the cream in a mass percentage of, for example, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.3%, 2.5%, 2.7%, 2.8%, 3%, etc.
The thickener may be present in the cream in a mass percentage of, for example, 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, etc.
The humectant may be present in the cream in a mass percentage of, for example, 5%, 7%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 22%, 25%, 28%, 30% or the like.
The percentage by mass of the fat in the cream may be, for example, 2%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 22%, 25%, 28%, 30%, etc.
Other specific point values in the numerical ranges are selectable, and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, the moisturizing and soothing agent comprises 5-30 parts of butter fruit fat and 0.05-0.5 part of sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan in parts by weight.
When the butter fruit fat and the carboxymethyl beta-glucan sodium in the face cream are combined according to a specific mass ratio, the synergistic effect on the moisturizing and relieving effects is more remarkable.
The mass parts of the butter can be 5 parts, 7 parts, 10 parts, 12 parts, 15 parts, 18 parts, 20 parts, 22 parts, 25 parts, 28 parts, 30 parts and the like; the sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan may be selected from 0.05 part, 0.1 part, 0.15 part, 0.2 part, 0.25 part, 0.3 part, 0.35 part, 0.4 part, 0.45 part, 0.5 part, etc.
Other specific point values in the numerical ranges are selectable, and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, the emulsifier is a combination of hydrogenated lecithin and phytosterols.
The combination of the hydrogenated lecithin and the phytosterol is preferred as the emulsifier in the face cream, because the formula of the emulsifier can obtain excellent emulsifying performance with lower addition amount, and meanwhile, the selection of grease is not greatly limited, the hydrogenated lecithin and the phytosterol cooperate to form a phospholipid bilayer membrane, and the phospholipid bilayer membrane has similar components and structures with human cell membranes, has good affinity with skin and has good safety; meanwhile, the skin barrier protecting and repairing functions are achieved, and the moisturizing and soothing functions are further promoted.
Preferably, the emulsifier is a combination of 0.5-2 parts by mass of hydrogenated lecithin and 0.05-0.5 parts by mass of phytosterols.
When hydrogenated lecithin and phytosterols in the emulsifier are combined in the specific mass ratio, the emulsifier is more remarkable in the aspects of exerting excellent emulsifying performance and protecting and repairing skin barrier.
The hydrogenated lecithin may be selected from 0.5 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.5 parts, 1.7 parts, 2 parts, etc.; the mass fraction of the phytosterols may be selected from 0.05 parts, 0.1 parts, 0.15 parts, 0.2 parts, 0.25 parts, 0.3 parts, 0.35 parts, 0.4 parts, 0.45 parts, 0.5 parts, etc.
Other specific point values in the numerical ranges are selectable, and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, the thickener comprises hectorite.
Hectorite is a natural inorganic mineral, has excellent hydrophilic expansibility and suspension thixotropic property, can be well dispersed in water, helps the emulsion to suspend stably and thicken, and is relatively safer without impurities contained in a chemically synthesized thickener.
Preferably, the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol or sorbitol; more preferably a combination of glycerol and butanediol. The combination of the glycerol and the butanediol can lead the particle size of emulsified particles of the product to be smaller and the emulsification to be more stable, thus further improving the moisturizing and soothing effects of the product.
Preferably, the grease comprises any one or a combination of at least two of coco-caprylate/caprate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dioctyl carbonate, isopropyl palmitate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, squalane, mineral oil, silicone oil, alkanes, camellia seed oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or behenyl alcohol.
Preferably, the solvent is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of deionized water, aloe vera leaf water, birch sap, chamomile flower water, rose water, witch hazel water or calendula water.
Preferably, the components of the cream further comprise a preservative.
Preferably, the preservative comprises any one or a combination of at least two of p-hydroxyacetophenone, raspberry ketone, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, caprylyl glycol, or caprylyl hydroxamic acid.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the cream with moisturizing and soothing effects according to the first aspect, the method comprising the following steps:
(1) Mixing and dissolving butter of Butyrospermum parkii with oil to obtain a first mixture; mixing and dissolving the emulsifier and the humectant to obtain a second mixture; mixing and dissolving sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, a thickening agent and a solvent to obtain a third mixture;
