Description

Composition with moisturizing and antioxidation effects and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, relates to a composition with moisturizing and antioxidation effects and application thereof, and in particular relates to a composition with moisturizing and antioxidation effects and application thereof in preparing cosmetics.
Background
The skin is gradually aged due to continuous contact with the outside, which includes external pollution, ultraviolet irradiation, etc., which continuously generates free radicals. Free radicals, which are the products of human cellular metabolism, are destructive to unsaturated fatty acids, protein molecules, nucleic acid molecules, extracellular soluble components, and membrane lipids, resulting in wrinkles, sagging, and subcutaneous fat loss. The free radicals destroy collagen and elastin, so that the skin is moisturized and the function of maintaining elasticity is lost, and the precipitation of melanin is accelerated. Age and certain in vitro factors can cause free radical production in the body and skin tissues to exceed the body's ability to normally scavenge free radicals, thereby causing damage to the skin tissues and resulting in aging.
Meanwhile, when the environment changes, the skin cuticle can not timely adjust enough moisturizing factors, the activity of the grease glands can be reduced, the grease and the moisture on the face can be reduced, the skin can be stretched, and even fine lines appear under eyes and beside eyes. Therefore, in daily skin care, it is necessary to maintain moisture in the skin and reduce loss of moisture in the skin, thereby maintaining a certain water-oil balance state of the skin.
The moisturizing and the antioxidation are important links for maintaining the youthful skin and delaying the aging, and the development of a cosmetic product with both the effective moisturizing and the antioxidation is very significant.

As can be seen from the data in table 1: the overall DPPH radical scavenging rate of examples 1-3 was higher than that of comparative examples 1-4, indicating that the DPPH radical scavenging effect was reduced in the absence of either component in the composition; the overall DPPH radical scavenging rate of example 4 was higher than examples 8-10, demonstrating that yeast amino acids, serum albumin, and decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride also have some synergistic effect on DPPH radical scavenging.
Test example 2
Moisture retention and antioxidant comprehensive effect experiment:
(1) 80 Chinese healthy female subjects with dark facial skin, dark yellow skin and uneven skin color are selected, wherein the age range is 25-60 years old, and the average age is 46.3+/-5.6 years old. The skin was tested for stratum corneum moisture content, skin elasticity measurement (Cutometer) facial image capture (VISIA-CR, VC20 Plus), facial image analysis (VC 20 Plus analysis of skin wrinkles) before the subject used the test product (D0) and after 4 weeks of the co-product (D28).
(2) The test products were emulsion products prepared in application examples 1 to 7 and comparative application example 1; the test environment is 20+/-2 ℃ and 50+/-5% of humidity, which meet the requirements of scheme design; improvement after use of the product (%) = (data after use-data before use)/data before use×100%.
(3) The results of the comparison statistics of the moisture content of the facial horny layer (C.U), the comparison of the cheek skin elasticity R2 values before and after use and the comparison of the stature SEw before and after use are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in table 2: the overall moisturizing and anti-aging effects of application examples 1-7 were higher than those of comparative application example 1, indicating that the compositions of the present invention had significant moisturizing and anti-oxidation effects, with the overall effect of application example 1 being better.
Test example 3
Skin irritation experiments:
skin irritation measurement was performed by taking the emulsions of application examples 1 to 7. 35 females were selected as subjects, a patch test tape with 0.03mL of the sample was applied to the normal skin of the left forearm of the subjects, and the test was performed according to CTFA guidelines (1981) for 6 times within half an hour after the patch was uncovered, and additional tests were performed for observation of a delayed reaction on the 6 th day after the skin application, and the identification criteria are shown in table 3, and the results are shown in table 4.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Grade (symbol) Authentication criteria
0 - Negative reaction: no irritation and erythema
1 ± Suspicious reaction: mild erythema
2 + Weak positive reaction: erythema (red spot)
3 ++ Strong positive reaction: erythema, papule and blister
4 +++ Very positive reaction: severe edema, large foam
TABLE 4 Table 4
From the above data results, it can be seen that: the composition and the emulsion have no stimulation to skin, no positive reaction and mild and no stimulation effect.
