fourthly, turning a positioning groove 29 on the outer wall of one end of the seamless pipeline tube 20 through a lathe, turning an assembling groove 30 on the inner wall of one end of the seamless pipeline tube 20 far away from the positioning groove 29, and chamfering the positions of the positioning groove 29 and the assembling groove 30, wherein the positioning groove 29 and the assembling groove 30 can be convenient for mutually matching between adjacent seamless pipeline tubes 20, and positioning and assembling are convenient;
and fifthly, spraying paraffin on the surface of the rubber corrosion resistant layer 31, spraying and cleaning after the paraffin is coagulated, sealing the two end positions of the seamless pipeline tube 20, wherein the spraying paraffin can protect the surface of the rubber corrosion resistant layer 31, sealing the two end positions and protecting the inner side of the seamless pipeline tube 20.
The rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 is arranged in a convex shape, the width of two sides of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 is half of the width of the corrosion-resistant bulge 19, the width of the bulge part in the middle of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 is the pitch of the corrosion-resistant bulge 19, the bulge depth of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 is the height of the corrosion-resistant bulge 19, the bulge part of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 is fully inlaid in a gap between the corrosion-resistant bulges 19 in a hot pressing mode, the two sides of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 are paved on the surface of the corrosion-resistant bulge 19, the surfaces of the corrosion-resistant bulges 19 are covered by the two sides of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 and bonded together in a hot pressing mode, the two sides of the rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31 are the weakest positions of the whole rubber corrosion-resistant layer 31, and corrosive substances firstly permeate the corrosion-resistant bulge 19 when a hot pressing joint position is damaged, so that the corrosion-resistant bulge 19 is preferentially corroded, and the seamless pipe 20 cannot be directly corroded.
