This is more desirable for silicone rubber, and therefore, it is required that catalytic reaction is hardly performed before the vulcanization temperature, and catalytic reaction is rapidly performed after the vulcanization temperature is reached. The reaction is usually inhibited by adding inhibitors.
The cross-linking agent is polymethylhydrosiloxane, which is used as cross-linking agent, wherein active hydrogen atoms directly connected with silicon atoms in molecules of the polymethylhydrosiloxane are subjected to addition reaction with vinyl groups in base rubber (polymethylvinylsiloxane raw rubber) to vulcanize raw rubber; in the preparation of the compounds, the molar ratio of the silyl groups in the crosslinking agent to the silyl groups in the base compound is to be taken into account, and the best-performing vulcanizate can be obtained only by matching them. In view of the full use of vinyl groups and the loss of silicon hydrogen bonds, it is generally preferable that the hydrogen groups are slightly excessive.
The heat stabilizer is magnesium oxide. The magnesium oxide has high fire-resistant insulating property, can absorb hydrogen chloride gas generated in the processing and vulcanizing processes in the sizing material preparation process, is a heat stabilizer with high quality and low cost, reduces the production cost of the rubber seal,
the medium thermochromic powder in the embodiment is a microencapsulated reversible thermochromic substance. The structure of the thermochromic powder: the temperature sensing color changing powder has spherical grains with average size of 2-7 microns, color changing matter inside and transparent casing with thickness of 0.2-0.5 microns and capable of being dissolved and melted, and the transparent casing protects the color changing matter from being corroded by other chemical matters. It is therefore important to avoid damaging the layer of casing in use.
Thermochromic powders are prepared from electron-transfer organic compound systems. Electron transfer organic compounds are a class of organic chromophoric systems with specific chemical structures. The molecular structure of the organic matter is changed due to electron transfer at a specific temperature, so that the color conversion is realized. The color-changing substance is not only vivid in color, but also can realize the color change from a 'colored' state to a 'colorless' state, which is not possessed by heavy metal complex salt complex type and liquid crystal type reversible thermochromic substances.
Preferably, the thermochromic powder in this embodiment is a thermochromic powder (R series), and the color change temperature of the thermochromic powder is set between-20 and 70 ℃, and the thermochromic powder is colored at a low temperature, and the pigment changes from colored to colorless when the temperature increases to a set value.
In addition, the color of the thermochromic powder in the embodiment can be formed by mixing a plurality of color system thermochromic powders; preferably, the thermochromic powder of the single color system in this embodiment can provide 14 colors (red, pink, rose, deep blue, yellow, green, sky blue, orange, baby blue, malachite green, black, vermilion, water blue and grass green), the 14 colors are similar to the mark of the panne color number, and the thermochromic powder of each color can be mutually mixed, so that the marking effect of the rubber seal is improved.
The second embodiment of the multicolor thermochromic silicone seal of the present invention is provided as follows;
the color-changing unit in the embodiment comprises base glue, curing glue and ground color pigment; wherein the ratio of the addition amount of the ground color pigment to the addition amount of the thermochromic powder is 1:1 in parts by mass. The amount of the base pigment added in this embodiment is preferably 0.5 to 2 parts. The addition of the base color pigment can enable the thermochromic powders of all colors to be mixed with each other, and other pigment seasonings can be added, so that the color conversion diversity of the color-changing seal is increased, the seal is convenient to better have a marking effect, and the practicability of the seal is further improved.
The thermochromic powder in the embodiment is a microencapsulated reversible thermochromic substance and can emit light of a first color system. The base color pigment of the second color system is added on the basis of the first embodiment, and the second color system is mixed with the first color system to form a third color system, so that the seal can emit light of three color systems at different temperatures, and the practicability of the seal is improved.
A third embodiment of the multicolor thermochromic silicone seal of the present invention is provided as follows;
the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal in the embodiment comprises a color changing unit and a fixing unit; wherein the fixing unit is provided with a connecting groove, and the color changing unit is arranged in the connecting groove; and a thermal film layer is arranged between the fixing unit and the color changing unit.
The silica gel in this embodiment glues the chapter through setting up the thermal film layer in fixed unit and the junction of unit that discolours, and the thermal film layer is convenient for the injection molding design of sizing material, and has promoted the stability of unit that discolours in gluing the chapter structure.
A fourth embodiment of the multicolor thermochromic silicone seal of the present invention is provided as follows;
the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal color-changing unit in the embodiment is provided with a plurality of groups, and a thermal film layer is arranged between the plurality of groups of color-changing units.
Compared with the embodiment of the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal, the silica gel seal in the embodiment is provided with a plurality of different color changing units; and adjacent color-changing units have at least one point difference among three points of different set temperatures of the temperature-sensitive color-changing powder, different colors of the base color pigment or whether the base color pigment is arranged, so that different colors can be reflected between the adjacent color-changing units, and the practicability of the seal structure is further improved. The structure has promoted the layering sense of gluey chapter structure, and the structure of different coloured units in the gluey chapter is divided, has further promoted the variety of the gluey chapter function of discolouring of silica gel.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal, which comprises the preparation steps of the color-changing unit, referring to fig. 1, wherein the preparation steps of the color-changing unit are as follows:
s11: mixing polymethyl vinyl siloxane raw rubber, a first reinforcing filler, a platinum catalyst and an inhibitor to prepare base rubber; wherein, the weight percent of the polymethyl vinyl siloxane raw rubber is 42 to 46, the first reinforcing filler is 3 to 5, the platinum catalyst is 0.001 to 0.002 and the inhibitor is 0.5 to 2.
In this embodiment, the first reinforcing filler is phase white carbon black; the platinum catalyst is a complex of chloroplatinic acid and one or more of alkene, cycloparaffin, alcohol, aldehyde and ether materials; the inhibitor is propargyl alcohol.
S12: mixing a cross-linking agent, a second reinforcing filler and a heat stabilizer to prepare a curing adhesive; wherein, the cross-linking agent is 42-46 parts by mass, the second reinforcing filler is 3-5 parts by mass, the heat stabilizer is 0.05-1 part by mass, and the antioxidant is 0.05-1 part by mass.
In this embodiment, the second reinforcing filler is fumed silica; the inhibitor is propargyl alcohol; the cross-linking agent is polymethylhydrosiloxane; the heat stabilizer is magnesium oxide.
The thermochromic powder is a microencapsulated reversible thermochromic substance, and the thermochromic powder in the embodiment adopts thermal decolorization (R series), and the color change temperature of the thermochromic powder is set between-20 ℃ and 70 ℃. The pigment changes from colored to colorless when the temperature is raised to a set value.
In the present embodiment, steps S11 and S12 are used as reference numerals only, and steps S11 and S12 are not in sequence. Further, in the present embodiment
S13: and stirring and mixing the base rubber, the curing rubber and the thermochromic powder by a static mixer, wherein the base rubber and the curing rubber are added according to a ratio of 1:1, and the thermochromic powder is 0.5-2 parts, so that the liquid silicone rubber is formed. Wherein, the stirring speed of the motor of the static mixer is 1450 r/min and the stirring time is 5 min. The mixing sequence of the base glue, the curing glue and the thermochromic powder can be adjusted; the base adhesive and the thermochromic powder can be stirred and mixed firstly, and then the curing adhesive is added; or firstly stirring and mixing the curing adhesive and the thermochromic powder, and then adding the base adhesive; or mixing the base adhesive and the curing adhesive with stirring, adding the thermochromic powder with stirring, or adding the thermochromic powder with stirring.
S14: injecting liquid silicone rubber into a hot runner mold in an LSR injection molding machine for heat curing; the LSR injection molding machine is an addition type liquid silicone rubber injection molding machine. The heat curing temperature is 120-200 ℃, the temperature is lower than 120 ℃, and the curing is not easy; the temperature is higher than 200 ℃, and the burning is easy. The heat curing time is 2-3s. The heat curing time is too short, the adhesive cannot be cured, and the demolding is not easy; the heat curing time is too long, and the scorch is easy to occur, so that the quality is affected.
And cooling and demolding the liquid silicone rubber after heat curing to prepare the silicone rubber stamp. In the embodiment, the outer release agent is used for dilution and repeated coating to form the protective layer on the metal mold, so that the demolding is easy.
Thus, the process of the preparation method of the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal of the preferred embodiment is completed.
The addition type Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a variety with higher grade in the silicone rubber, and compared with the condensation type liquid silicone rubber, the addition type liquid silicone rubber has the advantages of no byproducts in the vulcanization process, extremely small shrinkage, deep vulcanization and the like, and has better sealing property at high temperature than that of the condensation type liquid silicone rubber. In addition, LSR has the outstanding advantages of simple and convenient process and low cost. The liquid silicone rubber has the advantages of small molecular weight, low viscosity, convenient processing and forming, no working procedures of mixing, preforming, post finishing and the like, easy realization of automation, energy and labor saving, short production period and high efficiency. Thus, while the raw material price of LSR is slightly higher than that of conventional silicone rubber, the overall cost is lower than that of conventional silicone rubber, and the advantages in this respect are particularly exhibited when small products are manufactured.
The addition type liquid silicone rubber is liquid rubber compared with solid high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, has the characteristics of good fluidity, quick vulcanization, safety and environmental protection, and can completely meet the requirements of food grade. The liquid silicone rubber has excellent tearing resistance, rebound resilience, yellowing resistance, heat stability, heat resistance, ageing resistance and the like. The electronic device is mainly used for infant products, medical products and electronic products (keys) and rubber seals.
In addition, the color of the thermochromic powder in the embodiment can be formed by mixing a plurality of color system thermochromic powders; preferably, the thermochromic powder of the single color system in this embodiment can provide 14 colors (red, pink, rose, deep blue, yellow, green, sky blue, orange, baby blue, malachite green, black, vermilion, water blue and grass green), the 14 colors are similar to the panne color number, the thermochromic powder of each color can be mixed with each other, and other pigment seasonings can be added.
The thermochromic powder in the embodiment can be used for injection molding and extrusion molding of transparent or semitransparent plastics such AS polypropylene (PP), soft polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC), AS, ABS, silica gel and the like. The ink can be mixed with an ink base material which is suitable for casting, mould pressing and solidifying and forming in unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, organic glass or nylon monomers, has wide application and can meet the requirements of various products in the market.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a second implementation method of the preparation method of the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal, which specifically includes the following steps:
s21: mixing polymethyl vinyl siloxane raw rubber, a first reinforcing filler, a platinum catalyst and an inhibitor to prepare base rubber; wherein, the weight percent of the polymethyl vinyl siloxane raw rubber is 42 to 46, the first reinforcing filler is 3 to 5, the platinum catalyst is 0.001 to 0.002 and the inhibitor is 0.5 to 2.
In this embodiment, the first reinforcing filler is phase white carbon black; the platinum catalyst is a complex of chloroplatinic acid and one or more of alkene, cycloparaffin, alcohol, aldehyde and ether materials; the inhibitor is propargyl alcohol.
S22: mixing a cross-linking agent, a second reinforcing filler, a heat stabilizer and thermochromic powder to prepare cured adhesive; wherein, the cross-linking agent is 42-46 parts by mass, the second reinforcing filler is 3-5 parts by mass, the heat stabilizer is 0.05-1 part by mass, and the antioxidant is 0.05-1 part by mass.
In this embodiment, the second reinforcing filler is fumed silica; the inhibitor is propargyl alcohol; the cross-linking agent is polymethylhydrosiloxane; the heat stabilizer is magnesium oxide.

S23: stirring and mixing the base rubber, the curing rubber, the thermochromic powder and the ground pigment through a static mixer, so as to form liquid silicone rubber; wherein the addition amount of the base adhesive and the addition amount of the curing adhesive are in a ratio of 1:1; the ratio of the addition amount of the ground color pigment to the addition amount of the thermochromic powder is 1:1.
In this embodiment, the mixing sequence of the base glue, the curing glue, the thermochromic powder and the base pigment is not limited. Wherein, the stirring speed of the motor of the static mixer is 1450 r/min and the stirring time is 5 min. In addition, the temperature range of the preferable base adhesive, the curing adhesive, the thermochromic powder and the ground color pigment is 20-30 ℃ when the base adhesive, the curing adhesive, the thermochromic powder and the ground color pigment are mixed, so that the adhesive is convenient to mix fully.
S24: injecting liquid silicone rubber into a hot runner mold in an LSR injection molding machine for heat curing; and cooling and demolding the liquid silicone rubber after heat curing to prepare the silicone rubber stamp.
The LSR injection molding machine in this embodiment is an addition type liquid silicone rubber injection molding machine. The heat curing temperature is 120-200 ℃, the temperature is lower than 120 ℃, and the curing is not easy; the temperature is higher than 200 ℃, and the burning is easy. The heat curing time is 2-3s. The heat curing time is too short, the adhesive cannot be cured, and the demolding is not easy; the heat curing time is too long, and the scorch is easy to occur, so that the quality is affected.
In the embodiment, the outer release agent is used for dilution and repeated coating to form the protective layer on the metal mold, so that the demolding is easy.
In step S23, a base pigment is added to the first embodiment of the preparation method, and the base pigment, the curing adhesive and the thermochromic powder are stirred and mixed to form a third color system liquid silicone rubber.
In this example, a thermal decoloring (R series) was used, and the pigment was colored at a low temperature, and changed from colored to colorless when the temperature was increased to a set value. The color-changing temperature can be set within the range of-20 to 70 ℃ according to the requirements of users. The user can develop the rubber seal corresponding to the clothes according to the dressing index and the temperature comparison table, select the thermochromic powder with different colors, and select the color seasoning with the second color system.
It should be noted that various embodiments of the present invention are described below in conjunction with examples for further understanding of the present invention, but it should be understood that these descriptions are merely intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the present invention and are not limiting of the claims of the present invention.
For example, the thermochromic powder is blue, the thermochromic powder is at 28deg.C, 24deg.C, 21deg.C, 18deg.C, 15deg.C, 11 deg.C, and 6deg.C, and the base pigment is yellow. When the temperature does not reach the set value, the temperature-changing powder keeps the original color, and the color of the rubber seal is blue and yellow mixed color, namely green; when the temperature reaches a set value, the temperature-changing powder becomes colorless, and the color of the rubber seal changes to yellow; in addition, the seal provided by the invention can be placed in a low-temperature area or a high-temperature area, can be restored to a single color, can be repeatedly applied to create new characters or patterns again, and overcomes the use limit that the current color-changing product can only change one time according to temperature.
Example 1: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 28 DEG C
The seal in the embodiment is suitable for being used in a high-temperature environment, and particularly can be applied to clothing fabrics used in a high-temperature environment in summer, such as short gowns, short skirts, thin short skirts and shorts made of light cotton fabrics; when the ambient temperature is less than 28 ℃, the color of the seal is green, and when the ambient temperature is greater than 28 ℃, the seal is yellow, so that a user can conveniently identify the ambient temperature in summer, and the visual effect of simultaneously displaying at least two colors is displayed.
The seal can also be used as a storage label, for example, goods in a warehouse are stacked in boxes, the label can be used for labeling articles stored in a high-temperature or normal-temperature environment, workers can conveniently and timely inquire regular goods, and the practicability is high.
Example 2: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 24 DEG C
The color of the silica gel seal in the embodiment is yellow when the ambient temperature is 24.0-27.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the ambient temperature is lower than 24 ℃; the rubber seal in the embodiment is suitable for the clothing fabric used in the early summer and the early autumn, and particularly can be applied to shirts, thin long skirts and thin T-shirts of cotton and linen fabrics, and the two colors are switched according to the ambient temperature, so that an innovative visual effect is achieved, and the practicability of the clothing fabric is improved.
Example 3:21 ℃ blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment
The color of the silica gel seal in the embodiment is yellow when the ambient temperature is 21.0-23.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the ambient temperature is lower than 24 ℃; the silica gel seal in the embodiment is preferably applied to short suits, T-shirts, jeans, casual wear and professional suits of single-layer cotton-flax fabrics, and improves the color diversity of clothes when the ambient temperature is 18-23.9 ℃.
Example 4: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 18 DEG C
The rubber material in the silica gel seal in the embodiment adopts blue color temperature powder changing at 18 ℃ and yellow ground color pigment, the color of the silica gel seal is yellow when the ambient temperature of the silica gel seal is 18.0-20.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the ambient temperature is lower than 18 ℃; the silica gel seal in the embodiment is preferably applied to clothing fabrics of suits, jackets, windwear, casual wear, jackets, western-style clothes and sweater, and particularly improves the color diversity of the clothing when the environmental temperature is 15-20.9 ℃. The seal can also be used as a storage label, can be used for articles stored at the environment temperature of 15-20.9 ℃, is convenient for staff to inquire regular goods in time, and has strong practicability.
Example 5:15 ℃ blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment
The rubber material in the silica gel seal in the embodiment adopts blue color temperature powder changing at 15 ℃ and yellow ground color pigment, the color of the silica gel seal is yellow when the environmental temperature of the silica gel seal is 15.0-17.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the environmental temperature is lower than 15 ℃; the silica gel seal in the embodiment is preferably applied to clothing fabrics of windshields, overcoat, jacket, sweater, wool suits, business wear and cold wear, and particularly improves the color diversity of the clothing when the environmental temperature is 15-18 ℃. The seal can also be used as a storage label, can be used for articles stored at the environment temperature of 15.0-17.9 ℃, is convenient for staff to inquire regular goods in time, and has strong practicability.
Example 6: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 11 DEG C
The rubber material in the silica gel seal in the embodiment adopts blue color temperature powder changing at 11 ℃ and yellow ground color pigment, the color of the silica gel seal is yellow when the ambient temperature of the silica gel seal is 11.0-14.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the ambient temperature is lower than 11 ℃; the silica gel seal in the embodiment is preferably applied to the clothing fabric of sweater, windwear, wool suit and western-style suit, and particularly improves the color diversity of the clothing when the environmental temperature is 6-15 ℃. The seal can also be used as a storage label, can be used for articles stored at the environment temperature of 11.0-14.9 ℃, is convenient for staff to inquire regular goods in time, and has strong practicability.
Example 7: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 6 DEG C
The rubber material in the silica gel seal in the embodiment adopts blue color temperature powder changing at 6 ℃ and yellow ground color pigment, the color of the silica gel seal is yellow when the environmental temperature of the silica gel seal is 6.0-10.9 ℃, and the color of the silica gel seal is green when the environmental temperature is lower than 6 ℃; the method is suitable for clothing at a low temperature of 6.0-10.9 ℃, is preferably applied to clothing fabrics of cotton-padded clothes, winter overcoat, leather jacket, tweed coat, woolen cap, gloves, down jackets and leather jackets, particularly improves the color diversity of the clothing when the environmental temperature is less than 15 ℃, and avoids the color singleness of rubber seals.
Example 8: blue color temperature powder-changing and yellow ground color pigment at 6 DEG C
The color-changing cloth is suitable for changing the color of clothes in a low-temperature environment, and is preferably suitable for being used on clothing fabrics of thickened cotton-padded clothes, winter-overcoat, leather jackets, thick woolen jackets, woolen caps, gloves, down jackets and leather jackets; when the ambient temperature is less than 6 ℃, the color of the seal is green, and when the ambient temperature is greater than 6 ℃, the seal is yellow and warm, so that a user can conveniently identify the ambient temperature in winter, and the visual effect of simultaneously displaying at least two colors is displayed. The seal can be used as a storage label, for example, cargoes in a warehouse are piled in boxes, and the label can be used for labeling winter articles. Meanwhile, the device can also be used as a sign for storing a low-temperature environment, and has strong structural practicability.
The invention also provides a third implementation method of the preparation method of the multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal, which comprises the following steps:
on the basis of the embodiment of the preparation method, before the liquid silicone rubber is injected into a hot runner mold in an LSR injection molding machine for heat curing, a hot film is arranged in the hot runner mold in the LSR injection molding machine according to the corresponding injection molding unit position; as shown in fig. 3, a thermal film 33 is arranged in an injection molding unit inside a thermal rubber channel mold 34 in the LSR injection molding machine, and the thermal film 33 can be used for separating the positions of the color changing sheet 31 and the fixing unit 32; in addition, as shown in fig. 4, a thermal film 33 may be used to separate the locations of adjacent color changing cells 31.
Preferably, the thermal film in the embodiment is a hot melt adhesive film; the hot melt adhesive film is solid at normal temperature, and needs to be heated to a corresponding temperature to become sticky, the hot melt adhesive film is placed between two materials to be stuck, and the hot melt adhesive film is sticky by applying heat and pressure to the hot melt adhesive film; the hot film in this embodiment separates the pouring unit of two different color systems, and the hot glue way mould through the LSR injection molding machine intensifies and makes the structure integrated into one piece of silica gel seal, and the use cost of hot film is lower, handles the back, can satisfy the requirement that current allochroic silica gel seal part set up allochroic unit, and the economic nature is good.
In summary, although the present invention has been described in terms of the preferred embodiments, the above-mentioned embodiments are not intended to limit the invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and alterations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, so that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.

The color-changing unit comprises mixed base glue, curing glue and thermochromic powder, wherein the adding ratio of the base glue to the curing glue is 1:1, and the thermochromic powder is 0.5-2 parts;
the color-changing unit further comprises a base pigment, wherein the ratio of the addition amount of the base pigment to the addition amount of the thermochromic powder is 1:1;
the thermochromic powder is a microencapsulated reversible thermochromic substance and can emit light of a first color system, the ground color pigment is a second color system, and the second color system is mixed with the first color system to form a third color system.
2. The multicolor thermochromic silicone seal according to claim 1, wherein the color-changing unit further comprises a base pigment, and the ratio of the addition amount of the base pigment to the addition amount of the thermochromic powder is 1:1.

The multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing unit, wherein a connecting groove is formed in the fixing unit, and the color-changing unit is arranged in the connecting groove; and a thermal film layer is arranged between the fixing unit and the color changing unit.

5. The multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal according to claim 1, wherein the color-changing units are provided with a plurality of groups, and a thermal film layer is arranged between the plurality of groups of color-changing units;
the adjacent color-changing units have at least one difference among the three points of different set temperatures of the thermochromic powder, different colors of the base color pigment or whether the base color pigment is arranged, so that different colors can be reflected between the adjacent color-changing units.
6. The multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal according to claim 1, wherein the thermochromic powder is thermally decolored, and the color change temperature of the thermochromic powder is set between-20 ℃ and 70 ℃.
7. The multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal of claim 1 wherein the thermochromic powder color is mixed from a plurality of color-based thermochromic powders.
8. The multicolor thermochromic silica gel seal according to claim 1, wherein the particles of the thermochromic powder are spherical and have an average particle diameter of 2 to 7 μm.
