the cleaning agent outflow mechanism (6) comprises a second tank (601), a sealing groove (606) is fixedly formed in the middle of the lower end of the second tank (601), a guide rod (502) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the sealing groove (606), a sealing block (605) is movably arranged at the upper end of the inside of the sealing groove (606), a fixed template (607) is arranged at the lower end of the sealing block (605) in a matched mode, a contraction spring (603) is arranged at the lower section of the fixed template (607) in a connected mode, a pushing block (604) is arranged at the lower end of the contraction spring (603) in a connected mode, and the fixed template (607) is welded at the upper end of the inside of the flow cavity (602);
