When the sliding plate 44 moves downwards to be in abutting contact with the third touch switch 46, the third touch switch 46 transmits a touch signal of the sliding plate 44 to the controller, the controller controls the first motor 5, the first water pump 31 and the second water pump 32 to stop working, so that the timing of the cleaning time is realized without manual participation, the controller simultaneously controls the second motor 6 to work reversely, the second motor 6 drives the third connecting rod 34 to rotate anticlockwise through the turbine pair, so that reverse thrust in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is applied to the second connecting rod 14, the second connecting rod 14 pushes the sliding seat 11 to move leftwards on the sliding rail 10 through the upright rod 15, the third connecting rod 34 drives the second connecting rod 14 to rotate clockwise around a hinge point of the second connecting rod 14 and the upright rod 15, the second connecting rod 14 drives the cover plate 4 to move upwards through the pressure rod 7, and the stroke of the left movement of the sliding seat 11 is the same as the stroke of the right movement of the second connecting rod 14 in the horizontal direction in the clockwise rotation process, therefore, the compression bar 7 is fixed in the horizontal direction and only moves upwards in the vertical direction, the carbon fiber composite product is covered by the first motor 5 after the first motor 5 stops rotating, when the sliding seat 11 is in abutting and buckling contact with the first touch switch 9, the first touch switch 9 transmits a touch signal of the sliding seat 11 to the controller, the second motor 6 is controlled by the controller to stop working, the compression bar 7 lifts the cleaned carbon fiber composite product out of the cleaning barrel 2 through the cover plate 4, then the screw rod 41 rotates reversely, the cleaned carbon fiber composite product is taken down from the ring frame 39, the cleaning of the carbon fiber composite product is completed, time and labor are saved, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
As described above, the upright rod 15 moves leftward and simultaneously drives the piston plate one 18 to move leftward in the pump cylinder 20 through the slide rod one 16, and a leftward pulling force is applied to the piston plate two 19 through hydraulic oil, so that the piston plate two 19 moves leftward and resets in the pump cylinder 20, and during the process, the hydraulic oil flows leftward in the pump cylinder 20, so that a leftward pushing force is applied to the baffle plate 48, the baffle plate 48 rotates clockwise, the through hole in the partition plate one 49 is not blocked, and therefore the upright rod 15 moves leftward smoothly.
