Artemisia annua ointment efficacy test
The samples provided in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were subjected to antibacterial tests according to WS/T650-2019 "antibacterial and bacteriostatic Effect evaluation method", and the antibacterial effects of the samples on Staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans (Candida albicans) were tested;
the samples provided in example 1 and comparative examples 1-5 were subjected to mite-inhibiting tests according to the NY/T1151.2-2006 mite-killing detection standard;
the results of the bacteriostasis and mite-inhibiting rates of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0004156105170000111
As can be seen from the results of the bacteriostasis rate and the mite inhibition rate of table 1, the sweet wormwood herb paste of the embodiment 1 has better bacteriostasis effect on pathogenic bacteria of staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albicans, especially the bacteriostasis rate of the pathogenic bacteria is more than or equal to 90%, and the mite inhibition rate of the sweet wormwood herb paste of the embodiment 1 is 99%, compared with the green wormwood herb paste of the comparative example 5, the sweet wormwood herb paste has better bacteriostasis and mite removal effects; the antibacterial and mite-inhibiting results of comparative examples 1-5 show that the antibacterial and mite-inhibiting effects of the sweet wormwood extract, the centella asiatica extract, the lithospermum extract and the methyl salicylate can be improved, and the antibacterial and mite-inhibiting effects of the sweet wormwood extract are poor, and any one of the sweet wormwood extract, the lithospermum extract, the centella asiatica extract and the methyl salicylate can be independently used, so that the compound sweet wormwood extract, the lithospermum extract, the centella asiatica extract and the methyl salicylate have synergistic effects in antibacterial and mite-inhibiting effects, and have better curative effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and relieving itching; based on the accompanying figures 1 and 2, the bacteriostasis detection report of the artemisia annua extract shows that: the artemisia annua extract has a strong antibacterial effect on malassezia furfur with the antibacterial rate of more than 99%; the mite-inhibiting detection report shows that: the artemisia annua extract has a good mite-inhibiting effect, and the inhibiting rate is up to 99%; like comparative example 2, comparative example 4 and comparative column 5, although the artemisia annua extract is added, the bacteriostasis and mite inhibition effects are poor, the lithospermum extract, the centella asiatica extract and the methyl salicylate are added, and the lithospermum extract, the centella asiatica extract and the methyl salicylate are compounded to realize the same bacteriostasis and mite inhibition effects by independently adopting the artemisia annua extract, so that the using amount of the artemisia annua is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the prepared artemisia annua ointment has better bacteriostasis and mite inhibition effects.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any such modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
