Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicinal preparations, in particular to sweet wormwood herb paste and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The medical ointment generally comprises ointment, plaster and ointment prescription (commonly called as soft extract), and the external ointment is also called as ointment and is generally mixed by adding medicine fine powder into a matrix.
At present, the external ointment is prepared into medicaments with specific curative effects according to specific disease symptoms, such as adding specific medicaments into a matrix according to common symptoms such as bacteriostasis, mite removal, mosquito bite, refreshment, heatstroke, nasal obstruction, fatigue removal, and sleepiness reduction, and the like, has single functionality and no applicability to multiple symptoms, and certain external ointments have the effect of improving the symptoms, but have poor medicinal effects, relapse is easier to occur, and adverse reactions can occur when part of external ointments are used.
Artemisinin exists in artemisinin plants in most areas of China, has the effects of malaria resistance, tumor resistance, fungus resistance and immunoregulation, and the development of external ointment with novel artemisinin effect and application are urgent problems to be solved.

The general roles that the various raw materials of the present invention play in the sweet wormwood paste of the present invention are shown in Table 1 below:
TABLE 1 general effects of raw materials
The medicine effect of each raw material in the sweet wormwood herb paste is as follows:
menthol: colorless needle-like or prismatic crystals or white crystalline powder; has special fragrance of herba Menthae, and cool and refreshing after initial burning. Has antipruritic and analgesic effects, and is commonly used for relieving pain and swelling; it is used for treating rhinitis, pharyngolaryngitis, allergic dermatitis, resuscitation, and refreshment.
Borneol: colorless transparent or white semitransparent flaky crisp crystals; fragrant smell, pungent and cool taste; has volatility. [ MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS ] it is pungent, bitter and slightly cold. It enters heart, spleen and lung meridians. [ Functions and indications ] induce resuscitation and refresh mind, clear heat and alleviate pain. Can be used for treating fever, unconsciousness, convulsion, apoplexy, phlegm syncope, qi stagnation syncope, middle-jiao coma, chest pain, conjunctival congestion, aphtha, laryngopharynx swelling and pain, and ear canal purulence. Has the effects of inducing resuscitation, removing the vital energy, improving eyesight, inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind. External use 'heat clearing, detumescence, itching relieving and pain relieving'. Can be used for treating halitosis, pyocutaneous disease, and furuncle due to blood heat and internal heat accumulation.
Ligusticum wallichii oil: the light brown to brown oily liquid is a mixture containing various effective components, and mainly comprises ligustilide (more than or equal to 15%), n-butylphthalide, ligustrazine, ferulic acid and the like. Has effects in relieving spasm, dilating blood vessel, relieving cough and asthma, and resisting cerebral ischemia. Promoting qi circulation, resolving stagnation, promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, removing fat, and reducing weight; can eliminate free radicals, has antioxidant effect, and can prevent aging; can effectively inhibit the activity of melanocyte, reduce melanin, and has whitening effect. The volatile oil is an important active ingredient of rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, and contains about 1% of lactone compound; the volatile oil contains more compounds, the proportion of the compounds in the total volatile oil is 93.64%, the main components of the compounds are fumigating lactone (58.00%), cedrene (6.08%), 3-butylphthalide (5.29%), and some active ingredients such as a-phellandrene.
Camphor: white crystalline powder or colorless semitransparent hard lump, is easy to grind into fine powder; has pungent and special smell, and is pungent in taste and cool after taste; is volatile at normal temperature. Pungent in flavor and warm in nature, it enters heart meridian.
Peppermint leaf oil: is derived from peppermint leaf, has effects of relieving and tranquilizing, diminishing inflammation, relieving acne marks, improving skin health state, and inhibiting various bacteria, viruses and fungi. The peppermint leaf oil contains L-menthol (menthol) 62.3-87.2%, menthone 8-12%, menthone acetate, camphene, limonene, isomenthone, pinene, menthenone, resin, small amount of tannic acid, caffeic acid, luteolin, glucoside and various free amino acids (such as threonine). The peppermint leaf oil also contains a plurality of anti-inflammatory components taking dihydroxyl 1,2 dihydronaphthalene dicarboxylic acid as a parent nucleus.
