本发明涉及防腐涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料。
背景技术
以水为主要稀释剂和溶剂的水性环氧防腐涂料在国内经过近20年的研究开发,工艺技术已经日益成熟,由于它符合环保和节能要求,已成为现代防腐涂料的一个重要发展方向,目前在一些工业领域如化工防腐、汽车零部件、大型工业设备配件、集装箱及海洋防腐等方面已采用水性环氧防腐涂料。
水性环氧防腐涂料的耐盐雾试验是模仿含有大量盐分的海洋大气,对金属材料及其保护层具有强烈的腐蚀性特点,考验涂膜在恶劣环境下的抗腐蚀能力。该方法是在1939年开始使用的,此后经过改进,使其不断完善,到目前已被普遍用来作为检验涂膜耐腐蚀性的方法。
盐雾腐蚀的三要素是水、氧和离子。涂层是一种高聚物薄膜,能不同程度地阻缓上述三要素的通过而发挥防腐作用。
通常提高漆膜耐盐雾性能,需要从以下着手:
1、使用助剂,提高碳钢钝化膜的质量。
1.1添加耐盐雾助剂,与铁阳板反应,可形成磷酸铁为主体的坚固的保护膜,这种致密的钝化膜不溶于水,硬度高,附着力强,能与很多金属离子作用生成铬合物具有很好的耐盐雾性能;
1.2添加附着力助剂(硅烷偶联剂),可提高界面附着力。硅烷类偶联剂分子中存在亲有机和亲无机的功能基团,具有连接有机与无机材料两相界面的功能,对聚合物及无机物体系改性具有明显的技术效果。硅烷类偶联剂结构通式可以写为RSiX3。其中R为与树脂分子有亲和力或反应能力的活性官能团,如氨基、巯基、乙烯基、环氧基、氰基及甲基丙乙烯酰氧基等基团等;X代表能够水解的基团,如卤素、烷氧基、酰氧基等;硅烷偶联剂由于在分子中具有这两类化学基团,因此既能与无机物中的羟基反应,又能与有机物中的长分子链相互作用起到偶联的功效,其作用机理大致分以下3步:
1)X基水解为羟基;
2)羟基与无机物表面存在的羟基生成氢键或脱水成醚键
3)R基与有机物相结合。
2、提高涂膜干态和湿态下的附着力,需要选择一个合适的树脂固化体系。亲水基含量太高的体系往往湿态粘接强度差,水分子渗透到界面的可能性大增。
2.1固化后的涂膜疏水性越强,水分就越难以渗透。
2.2固化后的涂膜跟底材的湿态附着力越好,水分就难以渗透到界面。一方面取决于体系产生的羟基越多,跟底材的附着力越好,如多氨基的固化体系,另一方面取决于体系的憎水性和湿态下剥离强度要高。
2.3经过钝化的金属界面附着力更优。
选择合适目数的锌粉及合适含量的锌粉,可以提高体系交联密度,通过锌粉粒
子之间的紧密接触作为一种牺牲阳极而保护钢铁,本身的氧化物又起到封闭作用,从而阻止腐蚀介质的渗入。
现有技术中存在耐盐雾时间短且环氧高耐盐雾的原材料单价较高,涂料配方成本高,不利于实际应用的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有水性环氧重防腐涂料耐盐雾时间短的技术问题,提供了一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,能够显著提高防腐涂料的耐盐雾时间。
本发明提供一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,防腐涂料由含水性环氧固化剂、锌粉的灰色浆料和含水性环氧树脂组分按照质量比2~3:1搅拌均匀后制备而成。
本发明所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,作为优选方式,灰色浆料包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,耐盐雾助剂1.0~2.0,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,附着力助剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5。
本发明所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,作为优选方式,耐盐雾助剂为三聚磷酸锌,吸水剂为分子筛,附着力助剂为硅烷偶联剂,消泡剂为破泡聚合物和憎水颗粒混合物。
本发明所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,作为优选方式,含水性环氧树脂组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。

本发明所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,作为优选方式,防闪锈剂为钙离子改性二氧化硅。防腐蚀原理:H2O电离出H+和OH-,H+置换出Ca+,SiO2在碱性环境下生成SiO3 2-,Ca++SiO3 2-生产难溶的硅酸钙,硅酸钙无法溶解;Fe2 ++SiO3 2-生成硅酸亚铁(难溶)。两种难溶物在金属表面,阻止腐蚀介质的穿透。

S1、将丙二醇甲醚、异丙醇、水性环氧固化剂和气相二氧化硅加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌5min;
S2、将蜡粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、耐盐雾助剂、吸水剂和附着力助剂加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌15~20min;
S3、将消泡剂和锌粉加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速、65℃温度下搅拌25min;
S4、将丙二醇甲醚和异丙醇加入搅拌缸内,制成A组分;
S5、将蒸馏水、分散剂、水性环氧树脂、水性蜡浆和防闪锈剂加入搅拌缸内,在1000r转速下搅拌25min,制成B组分;
S6、将A组分和B组分按照质量比2.2:1制备成防腐涂料。
本发明将由于使用钙离子改性二氧化硅,能够有效的提高涂料的耐盐雾腐蚀时间。
本发明进一步将锌粉添加到了环氧固化剂中,使涂料的适用期提高到12个小时,且将涂料的储存期提高到1年以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,由质量比2.2:1的A组分和B组分搅拌均匀后制备而成;其中:
A组分包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,耐盐雾助剂1.0~2.0,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,附着力助剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,500目锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5;
B组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
实施例2
一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,由质量比2.2:1的A组分和B组分搅拌均匀后制备而成;其中:
A组分包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,耐盐雾助剂1.0~2.0,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,附着力助剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,800目锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5;
B组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
实施例3
一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,由质量比2.2:1的A组分和B组分搅拌均匀后制备而成;其中:

B组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
实施例4
一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,由质量比2.2:1的A组分和B组分搅拌均匀后制备而成;其中:
A组分包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,耐盐雾助剂1.0~2.0,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,800目锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5;
B组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
实施例5

实施例6
一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,由质量比2.2:1的A组分和B组分搅拌均匀后制备而成;其中:
A组分包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,800目锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5;
B组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
实施例1~6的制备方法如下:
S1、将丙二醇甲醚、异丙醇、水性环氧固化剂和气相二氧化硅加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌5min;
S2、将蜡粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡、耐盐雾助剂、吸水剂和附着力助剂加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌15~20min;
S3、将消泡剂和锌粉加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速、65℃温度下搅拌25min;
S4、将丙二醇甲醚和异丙醇加入搅拌缸内,制成A组分;
S5、将蒸馏水、分散剂、水性环氧树脂、水性蜡浆和防闪锈剂加入搅拌缸内,在1000r转速下搅拌25min,制成B组分;
S6、将A组分和B组分按照质量比2.2:1制备成防腐涂料。
制备而成的防腐涂料依据《水性环氧树脂防腐涂料》HG/T4759-2014标准要求制作检测样板,养护7天后进行耐盐雾测试。测试结果如下表所示

从上述测试结果可以看出,选择800目锌粉添加附着力助剂和耐盐雾助剂后耐盐雾时间有大幅度的提升。

1.一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐涂料由含水性环氧固化剂、锌粉的灰色浆料和含水性环氧树脂组分按照质量比2.2:1搅拌均匀后制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述灰色浆料包含以下质量百分比组分:丙二醇甲醚6.0~6.5%,异丙醇4.0~5.0%,水性环氧固化剂5.0~6.0%,气相二氧化硅0.5~0.6%,蜡粉1.0~1.2%,滑石粉4.0~4.8%,硫酸钡1.2~1.5%,耐盐雾助剂1.0~2.0,吸水剂0.5~0.8%,附着力助剂0.5~0.8%,消泡剂0.3~0.4%,锌粉70.0~72.0,丙二醇甲醚1.0~1.5和异丙醇1.0~1.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述耐盐雾助剂为三聚磷酸锌,所述吸水剂为分子筛,所述附着力助剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述消泡剂为破泡聚合物和憎水颗粒混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述含水性环氧树脂组分包括以下质量百分比组分:水21.0~22.0%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,水性环氧树脂73.0~75.0,水性蜡浆1.5~1.8%和防闪锈剂1.5~1.8。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸、聚羧酸、聚丙烯酸盐或聚羧酸盐,所述水性环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂,所述水性蜡浆为聚醚聚氨酯缔合型,所述防闪锈剂为有机胺、磷酸盐、无机盐。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述防闪锈剂为钙离子改性二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求1~6其中任意一项所述的一种新型高耐盐雾水型环氧重防腐涂料,其特征在于:制备所述防腐涂料包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述丙二醇甲醚、所述异丙醇、所述水性环氧固化剂和所述气相二氧化硅加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌5min;
S2、将所述蜡粉、所述滑石粉、所述硫酸钡、所述耐盐雾助剂、所述吸水剂和所述附着力助剂加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速下搅拌15~20min;
S3、将所述消泡剂和所述锌粉加入搅拌缸内,在1500r转速、65℃温度下搅拌25min;
S4、将所述丙二醇甲醚和所述异丙醇加入搅拌缸内,制成A组分;
S5、将所述蒸馏水、所述分散剂、所述水性环氧树脂、所述水性蜡浆和所述防闪锈剂加入搅拌缸内,在1000r转速下搅拌25min,制成B组分;
S6、将所述A组分和所述B组分按照质量比2.2:1制备成所述防腐涂料。
