Abstract
本发明属于农业害虫防治领域,具体涉及一种含丁醚脲的杀虫组合物。所述的杀虫组合物包括活性成分双三氟虫脲和丁醚脲,所述的活性成分双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲的质量比为1:30~50:1。本发明所述的杀虫组合物具有明显的增效作用,不仅能够增强对靶标害虫的活性,扩大杀虫谱,同时还可以减少单一用药产生的抗性,达到增效减施的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业害虫防治领域,具体涉及一种含丁醚脲的杀虫组合物及其应用。
背景技术
丁醚脲是一种硫脲类杀虫、杀螨剂,1994年原瑞士诺华有限公司首次将该产品登记,用于甘蓝防治小菜蛾。其化学名称为1-叔丁基-3-(2,6-二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯基)硫脲。丁醚脲通过光或活体内转换为相应的碳化二亚胺,阻碍虫体内神经细胞线粒体的氧化磷酸化过程,从而影响其呼吸作用,使害虫僵死,是一种线粒体呼吸抑制剂。
双三氟虫脲是从苯甲酰基脲衍生物中筛选出的一种高效昆虫生长调节剂,化学名称为:1-[(2-氟-3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯基)-3-(2,6-二氟苯甲酰基)]脲。苯甲酰基脲类衍生物(BPUS)是一类抑制昆虫几丁质合成并具有胃毒作用的昆虫生长调节剂(IGRs),具有较高的特异性、对幼期的昆虫非常有效,在环境中能够快速降解,对哺乳动物毒性低。
在农业生产过程中,各类有害昆虫的控制主要依赖大量农药杀虫剂产品的应用,农药杀虫剂大量、频繁地不合理使用,导致有害昆虫的抗药性不断地增强,对农作物的危害更加严重,防治也越发困难。通过作用机理不同的两种或多种药剂混用可以达到兼治不同害虫,提高药剂防效,减轻害虫抗药性产生。另外,在现有技术中,含有双三氟虫脲和丁醚脲的组合物的技术方案未见具体公开。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲的组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种含丁醚脲的杀虫组合物,所述的杀虫组合物包括活性成分A双三氟虫脲和活性成分B丁醚脲,所述的活性组分A与活性组分B之间的质量比为1:30~50:1;
进一步地,所述的双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲的质量比为1:30、1:20、1:10、1:5、1:3、5:1、15:1、25:1、30:1、35:1、50:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的重量份数比为1:20~35:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5~30:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:3~25:1;
进一步地,以所述杀虫组合物的总质量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1%~85%;

本发明的杀虫组合物,其有益效果在于:
(1)本发明组合物中双三氟虫脲和丁醚脲为作用机理完全不同的杀虫剂,大大提高了杀虫效果,缩短了杀虫的时间;
(2)本发明组合物能够增强对靶标害虫的活性,扩大杀虫谱;
(3)本发明组合物还可以减少单一用药产生的抗性,达到增效减施的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地明,实施例中百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
制剂制备实施例:
实施例1:30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(5:1)
配方:25%双三氟虫脲、5%丁醚脲、3%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.5%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2.5%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.25%羧甲基纤维素、0.2%黄原胶、5%乙二醇、0.2%苯甲酸钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分双三氟虫脲、丁醚脲、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例2:30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)
配方:26%双三氟虫脲、4%丁醚脲、3.5%十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%聚羧酸钠盐、2.5%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、0.6%羧甲基纤维素、1.5%丙三醇、2%乙二醇、0.1%苯甲酸钠、0.3%硅油,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3:22%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(10:1)
配方:20%双三氟虫脲、2%丁醚脲、1%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、2.5%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、1%聚羧酸钠盐、1.5%硅酸镁铝、0.1%羧乙基纤维素、0.5%山梨酸钠、5%乙二醇、0.3%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例4:36%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(11:1)
配方:33%双三氟虫脲、3%丁醚脲、8.5%木质素磺酸盐、3.5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、24%淀粉、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
实施例5:30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(5:1)
配方:25%双三氟虫脲、5%丁醚脲、8.5%木质素磺酸钠、2.5%拉开粉BX、1.5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、10%淀粉、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同实施例4。
实施例6:40%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(7:1)
配方:35%双三氟虫脲、5%丁醚脲、7%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚羧酸钠盐、1%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、2%拉开粉BX、0.5%尿素、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同实施例4。
室内生物活性测定
双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲混配对斜纹夜蛾的联合毒力
试验依据NY/T1154.14-2008《农药室内生测试验准则第14部分浸叶法》。
供试虫源:斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura Fabricius);
敏感种群由集团研发中心提供,于山东省平度郊区田间萝卜地采集,在室内连续饲养多代;
试验药剂:94.7%双三氟虫脲原药、97%丁醚脲原药,均由集团研发中提供。
药剂配制:将原药分别用DMF溶解,分别配制成高浓度的母液,再用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释母液,每个处理设置5个不同的浓度,备用。
试验重复:每处理4次重复,以含0.1%吐温-80的水溶液作为对照。
药剂处理:取新鲜的甘蓝叶片,分别在不同浓度药液中浸渍10s后取出,吸去多余药液,自然晾干后放入直径12cm的一次性培养皿中培养。每个培养皿中挑20头2龄的斜纹夜蛾幼虫,每个处理4次重复。
饲养与观察:将处理的试虫置于温度为25℃、湿度为60%~70%,光周期为L:D=16h:8h条件下饲养和观察,处理后48h,检查每个叶片上的死虫数。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。计算公式如下:
混剂理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的比例。
其中A为双三氟虫脲,B为丁醚脲。
共毒系数(CTC):CTC<80为拮抗作用,CTC>120为增效作用,介于80与120之间为相加作用。
试验结果:见表1

从表1中可以看出,双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲混配对斜纹夜蛾具有较好的联合作用,双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲重量比为1:30~50:1时共毒系数大于120,具有增效作用,其中双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲重量比为1:30~35:1时共毒系数大于130,双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲重量比为1:5~30:1时共毒系数大于150,表现出较好的增效作用,其中双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲重量比为5:1时共毒系数最高为261.31。
田间药效实施例
双三氟虫脲与丁醚脲混配对斜纹夜蛾的田间防效
试验作物及靶标:甘蓝、斜纹夜蛾;
试验地点:青岛市平度市仁兆镇高村甘蓝种植基地;
试验时间:2019年9月10日;
试验环境:甘蓝受害程度一致,所有试验小区的栽培条件均匀一致,采用相同的肥水管理水平。
试验药剂:30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)、30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(5:1),10%双三氟虫脲悬浮剂,50%丁醚脲悬浮剂,以上药剂由集团研发中心提供。
试验依据:GB-T17980.13-2000《农药田间药效试验准则第13部分:杀虫剂防治十字花科蔬菜的鳞翅目幼虫》。
试验方法:甘蓝斜纹夜蛾初发生期,施药1次。
小区面积面积及重复:每小区20平方米,每处理重复4次。
调查方法:每小区调查10棵甘蓝,施药前调查虫口基数,施药后3天、7天调查斜纹夜蛾存活数量。
计算公式与数据分析:
防治效果计算公式如下:

计算结果保留小数点两位。

注:以上数据均为4次重复的平均值,数值保留小数点两位。
试验结果表明:30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)、30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(5:1)对斜纹夜蛾具有较好的防治效果,施药后3d、7d防效各复配药剂均优于两个单剂10%双三氟虫脲悬浮剂、50%丁醚脲悬浮剂;30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)对斜纹夜蛾的防效略优于30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(5:1)。药后3d,30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)60g ai/hm2防效为87.53%,30%双三氟虫脲·丁醚脲悬浮剂(13:2)药后7d防效为91.36%,防治效果表现出较好的速效性和持效性。
通过室内毒力测定以及在田间试验,本发明所述双三氟虫脲和丁醚脲进行复配的农药组合物对鳞翅目、缨翅目、鞘翅目害虫表现出较好的防治效果。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含丁醚脲的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物包括活性成分A双三氟虫脲和活性成分B丁醚脲,所述的活性组分A与活性组分B之间的重量份数比为1:30~50:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的重量份数比为1:20~35:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5~30:1。
优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:3~25:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:以所述杀虫组合物的总质量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1%~85%,优选5%~60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括载体和助剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:该杀虫组合物可以配制成农药上可接受的制剂剂型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物的制剂为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的杀虫组合物在防治农林和林业以及园艺植物害虫方面的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述农林和林业以及园艺植物害虫为鳞翅目、鞘翅目、缨翅目害虫。
10.根据权利要求8所述的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述杀虫组合物以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
