本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种含溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲的组合物在农作物害虫上的应用。
背景技术
溴虫氟苯双酰胺由巴斯夫与三井化学(MCAG)共同研发,作用机理新颖。溴虫氟苯双酰胺代谢产生的脱甲基-溴虫氟苯双酰胺对GABA受体拮抗剂具有非竞争性抗性,是被国际杀虫剂抗性行动委员会归入第30族的新型杀虫剂成分,与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性,在控制多种咀嚼式口器害虫方面有卓越的功效,能够针对经济作物和大田作物防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目及蓟马等害虫,在公共卫生中可用于防控白蚁、蚂蚁、蟑螂和苍蝇等害虫。溴虫氟苯双酰胺这一成分还可开发用于谷物种衣剂防治金针虫。
丁醚脲是一种新型硫脲类高效杀虫、杀螨剂,通过干扰神经***的能量代谢,破坏神经***的基本功能,抑制害虫几丁质合成。具有触杀、胃毒、内吸和熏蒸作用,且具有一定的杀卵效果。在紫外光下转变为具有杀虫活性的物质,对蔬菜上已产生严重抗药性的害虫具有较强的活性。可防治多种作物和观赏植物上的蚜虫、粉虱、叶蝉、夜蛾科害虫及害螨。
由于农作物经常发生多种虫害,而多数药剂又只能防治某一种或某一类害虫,通过作用机理不同的两种或几种药剂的混用可以达到兼治不同害虫的效果;也可以提高药剂防治效果和速效性,达到增加药效、减轻抗药性;还可以提高效率,降低用药成本。
现有技术中,含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺和丁醚脲的组合物的技术方案未见具体公开。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲的组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种含溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲的组合物,活性组分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,活性组分B为丁醚脲;其中,两种活性组分之间的重量份数比为1:80~80:1;
优选的技术方案为:所述杀虫组合物中,活性组分A与活性组分B之间的重量份数比为1:5~3:1;
更进一步的优选为:活性组分A与活性组分B之间的重量份数比为1:3~1:1;
更进一步的优选为:活性组分A与活性组分B之间的重量份数比为1:1。
本发明的组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,包括固体制剂、液体制剂、种子处理制剂、其他制剂;

本发明的杀虫组合物具有如下优点:本发明的组合物在一定配比范围内表现出增效作用,提高了该组合物对害虫的防治效果;本发明组合物中各有效成分的防治靶标不同,能够扩大杀虫范围,有效降低生产成本;该组合物中两活性组分的作用机理不同,有效地延缓害虫抗药性的产生,延长了产品的使用寿命;该组合物中两种活性组分在适宜的比例范围内组合使用,提高了害虫的防治效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地明,实施例中百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的组合物可以呈成品制剂形式提供。根据需要制成悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂等。组合物中活性组分的重量百分比累积含量在0.5%~95%之间,优选累积含量在1%~85%之间。本发明的组合物中活性组分的含量取决于单独使用时的施用量,也取决于混配比例及增效作用程度。活性组分含量的最佳范围按照组合物的制剂类型而有所不同。
制剂制备实施例:
实施例1:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂(1:1)
配方:10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、10%丁醚脲、2%烷基硫酸钠、3%烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、0.4%羧甲基纤维素、5%丙二醇、0.2%异噻唑啉酮、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺、丁醚脲、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例2:25%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂(4:1)
配方:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、5%丁醚脲、10%十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、0.4%硅酸镁铝、0.2%羧乙基纤维素、4%山梨醇、0.1%苯甲酸钠、0.5%硅油,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3:15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂(1:2)
配方:5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、10%丁醚脲、8%十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、0.4%黄原胶、0.1%羧乙基纤维素、4%山梨醇、0.1%苯甲酸钠、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例4:15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(1:2)
配方:5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、10%丁醚脲、4%木质素磺酸盐、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%氯化铝、白炭黑补足余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
实施例5:40%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(1:1)
配方:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、20%丁醚脲、5%木质素磺酸盐、3%拉开粉BX、5%氯化铝、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同实施例4。
实施例6:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(3:1)
配方:15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、5%丁醚脲、5%萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、4%拉开粉BX、8%氯化铝、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同实施例4。
实施例7:30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水乳剂(2:3)
配方:10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、15%丁醚脲、12%磷酸酯、8%丙二醇、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将活性成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲、溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水,抗冻剂,抗微生物剂等其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,并加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时,形成水乳剂。
实施例8:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水乳剂(1:3)
配方:5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、15%丁醚脲、3%农乳1601#、7%乙二醇、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例7。
实施例9:15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水乳剂(2:1)
配方:10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、5%丁醚脲、6%磷酸酯、7%乙二醇、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例7。
实施例10:0.9%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲颗粒剂(5:4)
配方:0.5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、0.4%丁醚脲、4%拉开粉BX、3%润湿渗透剂F、13%木质素磺酸盐、轻质碳酸钙补足余量;
制备方法:将活性成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲、粘结剂、载体按所需比例称量混合,粉碎后与载体混合,加入粘结剂搅拌制粒,检验合格后包装,即得到产品。
实施例11:1%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲颗粒剂(1:1)
配方:0.5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、0.5%丁醚脲、10%拉开粉BX、12%润湿渗透剂F、2%聚羧酸盐、膨润土补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例10。
实施例12:3%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲颗粒剂(1:1)
配方:1.5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、1.5%丁醚脲、13%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1%皂角粉、13%木质素磺酸盐、膨润土补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例10。
实施例13:30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲可湿性粉剂(1:5)
配方:6%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、30%丁醚脲、7%聚羧酸盐、4%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分溴虫氟苯双酰胺、丁醚脲加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后再混合制得可湿性粉剂。
实施例14:22%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲可湿性粉剂(10:1)
配方:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、2%丁醚脲、1%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例13。
实施例15:30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲可湿性粉剂(1:2)
配方:10%溴虫氟苯双酰胺、20%丁醚脲、5%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3%润湿渗透剂F、硅藻土补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例13。
室内生物活性测定
实施例16:溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲混配对甘蓝小菜蛾的联合毒力
本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定,明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(CTC),CTC<80为拮抗作用,CTC>120为增效作用,介于80与120之间为相加作用,在此基础上,再进行田间市试验。
试验方法:采用浸叶法,将叶片浸泡如药液中5s后取出,自然晾干,放入养虫盒中,然后接上供试幼虫,在25℃条件下饲养,每处理4次重复,每重复用试虫20头,同时设空白对照,于48小时检查死虫数,计算死亡率和校正死亡率,求毒力回归方程并计算LC50值若对照死亡率>10%,则视为无效试验。计算公式如下:
以LC50值相对小的药剂为标准药剂,其毒力指数TI为100。
混剂剂的理论毒力指数TI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分贝为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的比例。
其中A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,B为丁醚脲。
供试害虫:小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella),室内饲养3龄幼虫。
试验药剂:95%溴虫氟苯双酰胺原药、96%丁醚脲原药,均由海利尔药业集团股份有限公司提供。
药剂配制:将原药分别用DMF溶解,分别配制成10000mg/L母液,在预试验的基础上,再用0.1%吐温80的水溶液稀释母液,每个处理设置5个不同的浓度,备用。
试验重复:每个浓度处理80头3龄幼虫,分为4个重复,以含0.1%吐温80的水溶液作为对照。
试验依据NY/T1154.14-2008《农药室内生测试验准则第14部分浸叶法》。
药剂处理:参照试验准则,取较嫩的甘蓝叶片,分别在不同浓度药液中浸渍5秒钟后取出,吸去多余药液,晾干后放入直径12cm的培养皿中培养。每个培养皿中挑20头3龄的小菜蛾幼虫,每个处理4次重复,处理后48小时,检查每个叶片上的上的死虫数。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%-10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照率死亡率10%以上,则需重新做实验。
试验结果:见表1

从表1中可以看出,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲混配对甘蓝小菜蛾具有较好的联合作用,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲重量比为1:80~80:1时共毒系数大于80,其中溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲重量比为1:5~3:1时共毒系数大于120,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲重量比为1:3~1:1时共毒系数大于150,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲重量比为1:1时共毒系数为181.16。说明溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲混配防治甘蓝小菜蛾具有合理性和可行性。
田间药效实施例
实施例17:溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲混配对甘蓝小菜蛾的田间防效
试验对象、作物:甘蓝小菜蛾。
试验环境:试验在海南三亚开展采用相同的肥水管理水平。
试验药剂:20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂(1:1)、15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(1:2),5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂,10%丁醚脲悬浮剂,以上药剂由海利尔研发中心提供。
试验依据:GB—T17980.13-2000《农药田间药效试验准则第27部分:杀虫剂防治十字花科蔬菜的鳞翅目幼虫》。
试验方法:在甘蓝小菜蛾发生数量不低于20头时开始施药,施药1次。
调查方法:施药前调查虫口技术,施药后1天、3天、7天调查菜青虫存活数量。
计算公式与数据分析:
防治效果计算公式如下:

PT1:药剂处理区施药后活虫数,单位为头;
CK0:空白对照区施药前活虫数,单位为头;

计算结果保留小数点两位。

试验结果表明,20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲悬浮剂(1:1)、15%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·丁醚脲水分散粒剂(1:2)在防治甘蓝小菜蛾时,施药后1天、3天、7天防效均高于单剂防效,且药效持效期明显优于单剂;药后7天不同处理防效分别为91.67%、88.36%、84.77%、86.44%、83.05%、75.60%。
Claims (8)
1.一种含溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲的组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,活性组分B为丁醚脲;活性组分A与活性组分B之间的重量份数比为1:3~1:1。
2.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:溴虫氟苯双酰胺与丁醚脲重量比为1:1。
3.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物制备成适合农业上使用的剂型;所述剂型为颗粒剂、可溶粉剂、可溶粒剂、可溶片剂、片剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊颗粒剂、粉剂、大粒剂、水分散片剂、微囊悬浮剂、可分散液剂、乳油、乳粒剂、油乳剂、乳粉剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、油分散粉剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可溶液剂、超低容量液剂、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理悬浮剂、种子处理液剂中的任一种。
4.按照权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂。
5.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:组合物中活性组分的重量百分比在0.5%~95%之间。
6.按照权利要求1所述的组合物用于控制害虫的用途。
7.按照权利要求6所述的组合物用于控制害虫的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
8.按权利要求6所述的组合物用于控制害虫的用途,其特征在于:所述害虫为农林害虫、城市卫生害虫或仓储害虫。
