A sterile mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the film folding machine assembly comprises a transfer rail (4) arranged at the center of the isolator (36), wherein a plurality of film folding trays (3) are equidistantly arranged on the transfer rail (4); a mask righting station (5) is arranged on the isolator (36) at the end, close to the membrane cloth transfer bin (1), of the transfer track (4); a film placing station (2) is arranged on the isolator (36) surrounding one side of the transfer track (4) at the mask straightening station (5), a film cloth on-site visual inspection (6) is arranged on the isolator (36) surrounding the other side of the transfer track (4) at the mask straightening station (5), and an original point sensor (31) is arranged on the isolator (36) close to the film cloth right below the film cloth on-site visual inspection (6) at the transfer track (4); the film cloth is provided with a first film cloth pressing strip (32) on the right side of the in-place visual inspection (6), a second film cloth pressing strip (33) is arranged on the right side of the first film cloth pressing strip (32), and a third film cloth pressing strip (7) is arranged on the right side of the second film cloth pressing strip (33); a membrane cloth roller (8) is arranged on the isolator (36) on the right side of the membrane cloth third pressing strip (7); a membrane cloth clamping groove (9) is formed in the isolator (36) on the right side of the membrane cloth roller (8), a push rod is arranged at the lower end of the membrane cloth clamping groove (9), and a membrane cloth folding correct visual inspection (10) is arranged on the isolator (36) on one side of the membrane cloth clamping groove (9); the membrane cloth clamping groove (9) is connected with the membrane cloth transferring module (11).
3. The sterile mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 2, wherein a mask reject box (12) is arranged on the isolator (36) at the left side of the mask transfer module (11).

The sterile mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 1, wherein the filling machine system comprises an AB mask bag transferring assembly (15) and an AB mask bag transferring device (30) for transferring AB mask bags (18), and the mask cloth transferring assembly (11) is respectively connected with the AB mask bag transferring assembly (15) and the AB mask bag transferring device (30) in sequence; one side of the other end of the AB facial mask bag transferring assembly (15) is connected with an AB facial mask bag feeding assembly (16); the AB facial mask bag feeding component (16) is connected with an AB facial mask bag transfer bin (17); the right end of the AB facial mask bag transfer device (30) is provided with a film cloth filling guide device (19), and the left side of the film cloth filling guide device (19) is provided with a bag opening assembly (20); the left side of the bag opening assembly (20) is provided with a nitrogen filling filter element assembly (21); the nitrogen-filled filter element assembly (21) is connected with a front nitrogen-filled filling guide device (22); the opposite sides of the front nitrogen filling guide device (22) are provided with lifting filling assemblies (13); a peristaltic pump (14) is arranged on the left side of the lifting filling assembly (13); a filling and bag opening assembly (23) is arranged on the left side of the front nitrogen filling and filling guide device (22); a buffer filling assembly (24) is arranged at the left side of the filling and bag opening assembly (23); the left side of the buffering filling assembly (24) is provided with a freeze-dried collagen ball feeding device (27), and the left side of the freeze-dried collagen ball feeding device (27) is provided with a freeze-dried collagen ball transfer bin (28).

The aseptic mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 4, wherein the filling and sealing machine system further comprises a first sealing device (25), wherein the first sealing device (25) is arranged on two sides of the AB mask bag transferring device (30) above the freeze-dried collagen ball feeding device (27); a second sealing device (26) is arranged on the left side of the first sealing device (25); a storage box (29) is arranged on the left side of the second sealing device (26); the packaging machine comprises a film cloth filling guide device (19), a bag opening assembly (20), a nitrogen filling filter element assembly (21), a front nitrogen filling guide device (22), a filling bag opening assembly (23), a buffering filling assembly (24), a first sealing device (25), a second sealing device (26), a freeze-drying collagen ball feeding device (27), a lifting filling assembly (13) and a peristaltic pump (14) are distributed on two sides of an AB facial mask bag transferring device (30).
6. The sterile mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 4, wherein the filling machine system further comprises a touch screen (34) for reminding a worker of feeding, and the touch screen (34) is fixed on the inner side of the mask folding machine assembly.
7. The sterile mask filling and sealing machine according to claim 4, wherein the buffer filling assembly (24) is connected to an external liquid distribution system and to a filling needle through a silicone hose via the peristaltic pump (14).
