The eight-ingredient instant ginseng with the functions of tonifying lung, tonifying kidney and tonifying qi is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-900 parts of fresh ginseng, 10-80 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 20-80 parts of mulberry, 20-80 parts of honeysuckle, 10-50 parts of fructus momordicae, 10-40 parts of loquat, 5-40 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15-70 parts of Chinese yam, 30-55 parts of Chinese date, 600-1000 parts of white granulated sugar, 800-1500 parts of honey and a proper amount of purified water.

The eight-ingredient instant ginseng with the functions of tonifying lung, tonifying kidney and tonifying qi as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise the following ingredients in parts by weight: 300-800 parts of fresh ginseng, 10-60 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 20-60 parts of mulberry, 20-60 parts of honeysuckle, 10-40 parts of fructus momordicae, 10-30 parts of loquat, 5-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15-50 parts of Chinese yam, 30-45 parts of Chinese date, 600-1000 parts of white granulated sugar, 900-1200 parts of honey and a proper amount of purified water.

and (3) concentration: concentrating the extractive solution under reduced pressure with a hot reflux extraction concentrator to obtain soft extract;
and (3) honey refining: introducing white sugar and Mel into Mel refining pot, adding the medicinal materials, extracting to obtain soft extract, and heating Mel refining to obtain mixed syrup;
