Embodiment one:
on a busy road section on a highway, vehicles which are mutually collided and damaged are difficult to move by themselves even fire and explosion occur when traffic accidents occur, so that obstruction is caused on the highway and normal traffic of the road section is influenced; at the moment, after firefighting rescue personnel rescue wounded persons and fire is controlled, in order to recover the traffic of the road section as soon as possible, large-scale obstacle removing vehicles with crane equipment are usually called together to go, the accident scrapped vehicles are lifted and placed on a carriage to be fixedly towed away, and fragments and the like of parts scattered on the road are cleaned and collected, so that the road is recovered to be in a smooth state as soon as possible, and the blocked road section is ensured to recover as soon as possible;
however, in life, rescue workers find that accidents occur frequently in busy road sections, a large amount of vehicles are jammed in a short time after the accidents occur, and after fire rescue workers control fire, trapped wounded persons are saved, the jammed vehicles are increased to cause difficult passing; the large obstacle clearing vehicle with the crane equipment has larger volume, is difficult to be flexibly and timely close to an accident vehicle in small dispatching, and when the vehicle is seriously damaged, a large number of broken parts can be embedded into a road surface in the collision process and broken into a plurality of fast vehicles, and even if the large obstacle clearing vehicle is assisted by the crane equipment, the large obstacle clearing vehicle can be effectively cleared up repeatedly, so that the vehicle congestion phenomenon is further increased; for busy road sections, longer cleaning time can cause overlong crowding of vehicles, so that the accident rate of nearby road sections is increased due to the increase of the traffic flow, and the life of residents is influenced;
therefore, in order to effectively solve the above problems, the present application proposes a highway wrecker, as shown in fig. 1-8 in the drawings of the specification, comprising an intelligent control center, a vehicle body 1 and a wrecker module 2; the intelligent control center is arranged in the vehicle body 1, belongs to an intelligent operating system arranged in a commercial engineering vehicle and is used for controlling the operation of each part of the vehicle body 1; the vehicle body 1 is provided with a cab 11 and a recovery compartment 12, a driver can control an intelligent control center in the cab 11 through operating devices such as a steering wheel and the like so as to operate the wrecker, the bottom of the recovery compartment 12 is provided with a dust collection opening 121, and the dust collection opening 121 is communicated with dust collection equipment 122 arranged in the recovery compartment 12;
the obstacle clearance module 2 is arranged on the head end part of the vehicle body 1, the obstacle clearance module 2 comprises a lifting guide rail 21, and the lifting guide rail 21 is vertically arranged on the end part of the vehicle body 1; the lifting workbench 22 is slidably arranged on the lifting guide rail 21; the cooperation between the lifting guide rail 21 and the lifting workbench 22 can adopt the technology of the cooperation of an electric sliding rail and an electric sliding block in the prior art, and can also adopt a lifting mechanism on a forklift in the prior art, so that the lifting workbench 22 can be controlled to vertically slide along the lifting guide rail 21 under the operation of a driver;
the lifting workbench 22 is hollow to form a cleaning cavity 23, and the cleaning cavity 23 is communicated with a water tank 232 arranged in the recovery carriage 12 through a conduit 231; the part of the guide pipe 231 extending out of the space between the head and the cleaning cavity 23 is of a telescopic hose structure, so that the length can be automatically adjusted when the lifting workbench 22 moves up and down, and the water in the water tank 231 can be smoothly supplemented into the cleaning cavity 23; the middle part of the guide pipe 231 is provided with pump equipment, and under the control of the intelligent control center, the pump equipment is started to pump the water in the water tank 232 into the cleaning cavity 23 in the lifting workbench 22;

the specific working flow is as follows: when accidents occur in a busy road section and the surrounding crowded vehicles are too many, so that the large-sized wrecker cannot get close in time, the expressway wrecker provided by the application is scheduled, and because large crane equipment for lifting the whole vehicle is not provided, the whole body size is smaller, the crowded traffic can be easily and rapidly penetrated under the scheduling, and the expressway wrecker approaches to an accident site; under the operation of a driver, the lifting workbench 22 is controlled to slide and move downwards on the lifting guide rail 21 to be close to the ground, at the moment, the end part of the obstacle clearance claw 24 is close to the ground, in the front process of the obstacle clearance vehicle, the end part of the obstacle clearance claw 24 is embedded into a gap between an accident vehicle and the ground, and then the obstacle clearance vehicle is started to push the accident vehicle to a position which does not influence the normal vehicle running on two sides of a road;
if the vehicle is damaged and broken into a plurality of parts, the parts with serious damage are relatively rubbed with the ground, and the parts are forced to drag and slide, so that the road surface is possibly damaged, fragments are further scattered, and even sparks are generated due to scraping with the road surface, so that fire hazards are caused; for the parts with larger volumes and difficult movement, the end parts of the obstacle clearance claws 24 are started to approach and be inserted into the parts with larger volumes formed by broken damaged vehicles, and the lifting workbench 22 is started to move upwards, so that the obstacle clearance claws 24 drive the inserted damaged parts of the vehicles to move upwards and separate from the ground, and then drive the damaged parts to move to be close to two sides of a road, and put down; through the pushing process, damaged vehicles and broken parts are smoothly pushed to two sides of a road;
meanwhile, the dust collection equipment 122 installed in the recovery carriage 12 is started, and the suction force generated by the dust collection equipment 122 acts on the road surface through the dust collection opening 121, so that scattered part fragments on the road surface can be sucked, and the fragments on the road surface can be recovered, so that the road in the middle can be quickly recovered to pass, the traffic flow regulating pressure around the accident road is reduced, and convenience is brought to the vehicle owners; therefore, after the crowded traffic is evacuated, the large-scale obstacle-removing vehicles with cranes are conveniently scheduled to come, damaged vehicles are timely recovered under the condition that road traffic is not affected, and the vehicles are sent to a repair or scrapped recovery place;
further, during the working process, a large number of broken parts are scattered on the road surface of the accident site, even the broken parts are embedded into the ground under severe impact, and the broken parts scattered on the road surface are difficult to fully recover and clean in time only through the suction effect of the dust suction opening 121; in the fire condition which is just controlled, partial plastic fragments are melted and adhered to the road surface, and are difficult to quickly and comprehensively clean by manpower, and the left fragments possibly collide with the tire parts of the vehicle to damage the vehicle and even cause accidents when the vehicle normally runs;
therefore, in order to quickly and effectively clean the scattered fragments on the road surface, the pump device connected with the guide pipe 231 can be started, so that the water in the water tank 232 enters the cleaning cavity 23 inside the lifting workbench 22 through the guide pipe 231 and is sprayed out from the cleaning spray nozzle 25 arranged at the bottom of the lifting workbench 22 to impact the road surface; increasing the power of the pumping device so that the water flow ejected by the cleaning nozzle 25 has a greater pressure, thus directly impacting the road surface to embed or adhere to the part fragments, so that the part fragments are separated from the road surface under severe impact and mixed into the flowing water flow;
the road surface cleaning broom is used by a processor to sweep water flow to cover road sections around accidents, flowing water flow takes away fragments on the road surface while covering the road surface of the accident road section and flows under the sweeping action, the water flow flows to water outlets on two sides of the road on the road surface, in the process, larger parts of parts can be recovered by the processor, smaller fragments can enter the water outlets along the water flow, so that the fragments on the road surface can be cleaned quickly and effectively, and sprayed water flow can also effectively dilute gasoline possibly scattered on the road surface, so that the gasoline is difficult to burn after being mixed into water, and the safety in the cleaning process is improved;
of course, when the gasoline is too much, the part with more gasoline can be covered by sandy soil capable of absorbing the gasoline, then the sandy soil capable of absorbing the gasoline is shoveled to collect, and the road surface is cleaned by impact of the cleaning nozzle 25, so that the residual gasoline on the road surface is cleaned more thoroughly, and the safety in the passing vehicle situation is ensured; when the content of gasoline in the cleaned water is low and meets the safety emission standard, the cleaned water can be directly discharged into a water outlet in the ground; when the content of the gasoline is high, the gasoline can be guided into water storage pits temporarily dug at two sides of a highway by sweeping water flow for temporary recovery; after the road resumes normal traffic, the vehicles are dispatched to extract the road, safety treatment is carried out, and environmental pollution is reduced while the road safety traffic is ensured.
Embodiment two:
on the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4 in the drawings of the specification, the cleaning spray head 25 can be a rotary spray head device in the prior art, and a driving device is arranged in the rotary spray head and can drive the rotary spray head to rotate; compared with the prior art, the bottom end of the cleaning nozzle 25 is provided with a disc shape, and the disc-shaped surface is uniformly provided with the bristles 251, wherein the bristles 251 can be made of a harder material, for example, elastic steel bristles 251; the spray holes 252 of the cleaning spray head 25 are uniformly distributed at the gap positions of the brush hair 251;
the specific working flow is as follows: on the basis of the specific working flow in the first embodiment, the lifting workbench 22 is started to move downwards, so that the obstacle removing claw 24 is close to the road surface, when a damaged vehicle is ready to be pushed to move, the bristles 251 on the cleaning spray head 25 at the bottom of the lifting workbench 22 are in contact with the road surface, the cleaning spray head 25 rotates after being started, and the downward water flow impacts the road surface, so that the impact effect of the water flow on the road surface is more uniform, and the scattered and adhered part fragments on the road surface are cleaned more fully under the impact effect;
further, after the bristles 251 are contacted with the road surface, the bristles rotate along with the rotating cleaning nozzle 25 and scrape the corresponding road surface, so that the relatively tight fragments are adhered and embedded on the road surface, are separated from the road surface under the action of the bristles, and flow along with the action of water flow to leave the road surface passing area; through the action of the brush hair 251, fragments adhered and embedded on the road surface are more fully cleaned, so that the safety of a running vehicle after the vehicle resumes passing is ensured; and the spray holes 252 of the cleaning spray head 25 are positioned in the gaps among the bristles 251, so that when fragments are wound and adhered on the bristles 251, the fragments can fall off under the impact of water flow sprayed from the spray holes 252 at the gap part, and the bristles 251 can be ensured to normally play the cleaning role.
