Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a repairing composition containing palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the phenomena of large working pressure, accelerated life rhythm and poor eating habit, more and more people have skin sebum secretion disorder, unbalanced water and oil, skin inflammatory reaction, red swelling, pain and itching and the like, and local pigmentation and acne pits can be formed after inflammation is eliminated. These skin problems are all related to abnormal sebaceous gland secretion, insufficient skin water retention capacity, eating habits, environmental factors, improper use of cosmetics, and the like. With the continuous development of daily chemical technology, natural cosmetics are favored because of the characteristics of high efficiency, safety, no stimulation and the like.
Chinese patent CN114129496a discloses a formulation and preparation method of a repairing and soothing gel, comprising: water, methyl propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerol polyether-26, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, golden chamomile extract, herba Menthae extract, herba Portulacae extract, pelargonium graveolens extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, aloe vera extract, 1, 2-hexanediol, herba Leonuri flower leaf extract, hydrolyzed sclerotium gum, octanoic acid hydroxamic acid, carbomer, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate, and sodium polyacrylate. Can remove makeup gently, clean, purify skin and remove acne for repair. However, it contains various thickening agents and antiseptic components and still has certain irritation.
A safe and efficient repairing composition which uses natural plant sources and has good stability is developed and applied to the field of cosmetics, and is still the focus of current research.

Preferably, the non-reducing disaccharide is one of trehalose and sucrose.
Further preferably, the non-reducing disaccharide is trehalose.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of herba Menthae (MENTHA ARVENSIS) leaf extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Sophora flavescens ait) root extract, herba Portulacae (Portulaca oleracea) extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae (Crysanthemum) extract, aloe barbadensis (Aloe barbadensis) extract, pelargonium graveolens (PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS) extract, and Gelidium amansii (Gelidium amansium) extract.
Further preferably, the plant extract is herba Menthae (MENTHA ARVENSIS) leaf extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Sophora flavescens) root extract, herba Portulacae (Portulaca oleracea) extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae (Chamomillae) extract, aloe vera (Aloe bardanensis) extract, pelargonium graveolens (PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS) extract, gelidium amansii (Gelidium album) extract.
Further preferably, the mass ratio of the leaf extract of herba Menthae (MENTHAARVENSIS), root extract of radix Sophorae Flavescentis (SOPHORA ANGUSTIFOLIA), herba Portulacae (PORTULACA OLERACEA) extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae (Crysanthemum) extract, aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) extract, pelargonium graveolens (PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS) extract, and Gelidium (Gelidium marianum) extract is (7-9): (1-3): (6-8): (10-12): (3-5): (7-9): (2-5).
The herba Menthae (MENTHA ARVENSIS) leaf extract contains multiple components such as flavone, organic acid and amino acid, and has effects in relieving itching and softening skin; the radix sophorae flavescentis (SOPHORA ANGUSTIFOLIA) root extract is mainly matrine component, and has excellent effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, promoting collagen production and the like; the purslane (PORTULACA OLERACEA) extract can effectively remove free radicals and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects; the golden chamomile (Crysanthellumindicum) extract contains a large amount of triterpenes, and has excellent antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antiallergic effects; aloe barbadensis (Aloe barbadensis) extract is effective in promoting collagen synthesis, scavenging free radicals, moisturizing skin, and resisting aging; the pelargonium roseum (PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS) extract contains geraniol, citronellol, linalool and other components, and has excellent antibacterial, mite-removing and antioxidant effects; the Gelidium amansii (Gelidium amansii) extract contains a large amount of polysaccharide components, and has excellent anti-aging effect.

The inventors analyzed that it is possible to enhance the absorption of skin by the combined action of various active ingredients contained in the plant extract components, and that the composition viscosity was increased and the stable dispersion of active ingredients was enhanced by containing a large amount of calcium, potassium, sodium, ammonium, etc. components of polysaccharide sulfate consisting of galactose and dehydrated galactose in the extract of gelidium sativum (gelinium album). Particularly, when the trehalose and the water-locking polysaccharide in the coordination system are used together, the trehalose can act together with the active ingredients to form a stable protective film structure, so that the stable dispersion of the active ingredients is further enhanced. However, the inventors found that the polysaccharide component content cannot be too high, otherwise the viscosity is too high, the viscosity is easy to generate greasy feeling during use, and phenomena such as oxidation and the like can be generated, and the stable storage is affected.

Skin a value: the measured value is obviously reduced, which indicates that the redness degree of the skin is reduced, and the product is considered to have the repairing effect of improving the redness of the skin. a (rate of change) = (post-use average-pre-use average)/(pre-use average).
Selecting 31 subjects (male 5 and female 26) aged 19-60 years (average 41.03 years), and detecting skin transepidermal water loss TEWL value before and 7 days after the test sample is used by using a skin water loss test probe Tewatemeter (TM) 300; the smaller the TEWL value of the percutaneous moisture loss rate, the slower the percutaneous moisture loss.
The composition of example 1 was subjected to a repair effect test, and the test results are shown in table 1 below.
