3) Starting the hydraulic control system 2, driving the pressing claw 6 to press and fix the lower flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 through the hydraulic cylinder 7 connected with the pressing claw 6, and detaching the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 after the pressing is performed without moving a forklift;
4) After the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 is disassembled, the hydraulic cylinder 7 pushes the pressing claw 6 to be always in a state of pressing the lower flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13, the pallet fork 12 is lowered to a state of being capable of leaving, and the blast furnace site is opened.

3) The mounting holes of the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 are finely adjusted to the accurate positions through the manual wheel 11-6, and the upper flange is mounted;
4) After the upper flange is installed, the pressing claw 6 is loosened through the hydraulic cylinder 7, the fork 12 of the blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment is lowered to a state that the fork can leave, and the blast furnace site is opened.
The invention aims at the accurate position of the flange on the air supply middle branch pipe 13, and the fork 12 provided with the air supply middle branch pipe dismounting device can move forwards and backwards, leftwards and rightwards or up-and-down under the condition that the forklift wheel is not moving, so as to aim at the accurate position of the flange mounting hole on the air supply middle branch pipe 13, and meanwhile, the mounting hole of the flange on the air supply middle branch pipe 13 is finely adjusted to an alignment position through the manual wheel 11-6, and under the condition that the forklift wheel is not moving, the fork 12 can also tilt forwards and backwards, so that the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 is in parallel contact with the mounting flange, or the air supply middle branch pipe 13 is safely supported on the vertical V-shaped bracket 4.
By the replacement equipment and the replacement method, the whole air supply middle section branch pipe can be easily assembled and disassembled in place at one time, compared with the manual and guide chain hoisting assembly and disassembly adopted in the prior generation, the rapid assembly and disassembly and transportation of the blast furnace air supply middle section equipment are realized, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the safety index of field work is improved, and the pollution of overhaul to the environment is reduced. The overhauling time of the blast furnace is effectively shortened.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the blast furnace air supply middle section replacement apparatus includes a counterweight type forklift 1, a hydraulic control system 2, a hydraulic control valve 3, a V-shaped bracket 4, a hydraulic reversing valve 5, a pressing claw 6, a hydraulic cylinder 7, a universal wheel assembly 8, a swing speed reducer 9, a lower pallet 10, a chain drive 11, a speed reducer chain 11-1, a speed reducer drive shaft 11-2, a sprocket chain 11-3, a sprocket drive shaft 11-4, an intermediate drive shaft 11-5, a manual wheel 11-6, a fork 12, and an air supply middle section branch pipe 13.
The blast furnace air supply middle section replacing equipment is operated to the bottom of a blast furnace air supply middle section branch pipe which needs to be replaced, the forklift 1 moves back and forth and left and right to enable the forklift to correspond to the position of the air supply middle section branch pipe 13, and the accurate position of the lower flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe 13 is found; the fork 12 of the forklift 1 integrally supports the dismounting device of the blast furnace air supply middle branch pipe, and rises to the lower flange at the bottom of the air supply middle branch pipe 13; the hydraulic cylinder 7 drives the pressing claw 6 to press and fix the lower flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13, so as to detach the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13; after the disassembly is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 7 pushes the pressing claw 6 to be always positioned on the lower flange of the compressed air supply middle branch pipe 13, then the fork 12 is lowered to a state that the fork can leave, and the blast furnace site is opened.
The hydraulic control system 2 is connected to the output end of the engine of the balanced forklift 1, and the main hydraulic pump is connected with the multi-path hydraulic control valve 3 and the multi-path manual hydraulic reversing valve 5 through a multi-path hydraulic pipeline and is connected with the hydraulic cylinder 7 through a hydraulic pipeline to provide hydraulic power for the whole hydraulic control system 2. The present embodiment is provided with 3 hydraulic cylinders 7 and 3 pressing claws 6, and therefore, the number of hydraulic lines and hydraulic control valves, and manual hydraulic directional valves are conventionally set and selected according to the needs of the 3 hydraulic cylinders 7 and 3 pressing claws 6.
Example 2
The present embodiment performs the installation of the air supply middle branch pipe 13.
The blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment is provided with a blast furnace air supply middle section branch pipe 13, a hydraulic cylinder 7 is used for driving a pressing claw 6 to press a lower flange of the blast furnace air supply middle section branch pipe 13, the blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment is operated to the bottom of the blast furnace air supply middle section branch pipe 13 which needs to be replaced, a fork 12 on a forklift 1 is used for integrally supporting an air supply middle section branch pipe dismounting device, the air supply middle section branch pipe 13 is lifted to a joint of an upper flange, the accurate position of the upper flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe 13 is found through the movement of the forklift 1, then a bolt mounting hole of the upper flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe 13 is finely adjusted to an aligned position through a manual wheel 11-6, and the upper flange bolt is mounted; after the installation is completed, the pressing claw 6 is loosened, the fork 12 of the replacement equipment is lowered to a separated state, and the blast furnace site is opened.
In the embodiment, when the forklift is installed, the fork 12 is moved left and right, forwards inclined and backwards inclined under the condition that the forklift wheels are not moved, so that the upper flange of the air supply middle branch pipe 13 and the installation flange can be in parallel contact, and the upper flange and the installation flange are finely adjusted to be aligned up and down through bolt holes of the flanges, so that the installation is smoothly performed.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely exemplary, and various modifications to the embodiments without departing from the design principles of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. The blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment comprises a forklift and an operation function thereof; the hydraulic control system is characterized by comprising an air supply middle branch pipe dismounting device arranged on the forklift and a hydraulic control system arranged on the forklift, wherein the forklift is designed with left and right lateral movement and forward tilting and backward tilting operation functions;
the dismounting device of the air supply middle branch pipe consists of a V-shaped bracket, a lower tray and a chain transmission device; the V-shaped bracket is arranged on the chain transmission device, the chain transmission device is arranged on a lower tray, the lower tray is arranged on a fork of a forklift, and the V-shaped bracket is provided with a plurality of pressing claws and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders connected with the pressing claws;
the hydraulic control system is connected with a plurality of hydraulic control valves and a plurality of manual hydraulic reversing valves through a plurality of hydraulic pipelines by a hydraulic pump arranged on the forklift and is connected with a plurality of hydraulic cylinders on the air supply middle branch pipe dismounting device so as to provide hydraulic power for the air supply middle branch pipe dismounting device;
the hydraulic control system drives the fork of the forklift to integrally support the dismounting device of the air supply middle section branch pipe, the pressing claw is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder to overturn or move, so that the operation function of pressing the lower flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe is realized, and the hydraulic control system moves back and forth, tilts forward and backward and lifts the hydraulic control system through the forklift, so that the quick dismounting and transportation process of the air supply middle section branch pipe is realized.

The replacement apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of pin bosses on which the pressing claws are mounted and a plurality of cylinder holders on which the hydraulic cylinders are mounted are provided on the V-shaped bracket, the pressing claws being tiltable or movable in the pin bosses thereof, the hydraulic cylinders being retractable back and forth on the cylinder holders thereof.

The replacement device according to claim 2, wherein the V-shaped bracket is provided with 3 distributed pressure claws and 3 distributed hydraulic cylinders connected with the pressure claws, and the pressure claws are driven to press the lower flange of the air supply middle branch pipe, so that the air supply middle branch pipe can be conveniently disassembled and assembled in a limited space.

A replacement apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the V-bracket is the primary support for the supply air midsection branch; the V-shaped bracket is designed into an L-shaped vertical bracket and a horizontal tray, the upper part of the L-shaped vertical bracket is designed into a V-shaped opening structure, the V-shaped bracket is used as an auxiliary support of an air supply middle section branch pipe when the air supply middle section branch pipe is disassembled and assembled, and the horizontal tray is used for supporting and supporting the components of the air supply middle section branch pipe and the weight of the air supply middle section branch pipe so as to ensure the disassembly and assembly safety of the air supply middle section branch pipe.

10. A blast furnace blast midsection replacement method according to claims 1-9, characterized in that the method of disassembling the blast furnace blast midsection branch pipes comprises:
1) The V-shaped bracket of the blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment is used as a support and an auxiliary support for the whole weight of the air supply middle section branch pipe, and the accurate position of the lower flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe is found through the ascending, descending, forward tilting, backward tilting and left-right movement of a forklift;

4) After the upper flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe is detached, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressing claw to be always in a state of pressing the lower flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe, and the fork of the blast furnace air supply middle section replacement equipment descends to a state capable of leaving and is opened out of a blast furnace site.
11. The method of exchanging of claim 10, wherein the method of installing the blast furnace blast midsection manifold comprises:
1) The blast furnace air supply middle section replacing equipment is provided with the air supply middle section branch pipe supported by the V-shaped support, and the hydraulic cylinder connected with the pressing claw drives the pressing claw to press the lower flange of the air supply middle section branch pipe, so that the blast furnace air supply middle section replacing equipment is operated to the bottom of the blast furnace air supply middle section branch pipe needing to be replaced;

The replacement method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the locating the accurate position of the flange on the air supply middle branch pipe means that the fork equipped with the air supply middle branch pipe dismounting device can move back and forth, left and right or up and down to locate the accurate position of the flange mounting hole on the air supply middle branch pipe under the condition that the forklift wheel is not moving, and the mounting hole of the flange on the air supply middle branch pipe is finely adjusted to the aligned position by the manual wheel.
