技术领域
本发明涉及含有规定的矿物油作为平滑剂的弹性纤维用处理剂以及附着有该弹性纤维用处理剂的弹性纤维。
背景技术
关于例如聚氨酯系弹性纤维等弹性纤维,与其他合成纤维相比,纤维间的粘附性强。因此,例如将弹性纤维纺丝,卷绕成卷装后,从该卷装中拉出而被供于加工工序时,具有难以从卷装稳定地解舒的问题。因此,为了比以往提高弹性纤维的平滑性,有时使用含有烃油等平滑剂的弹性纤维用处理剂。
以往已知有专利文献1中所公开的弹性纤维用处理剂。专利文献1中公开了一种弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,作为基础成分使用选自硅油、矿物油、酯油中的至少一种以上,含有0.1~20质量%的水、规定的低级醇,含有0.1~30质量%的乳化剂。

本发明所要解决的课题在于,提供能够提高弹性纤维的形状特性的弹性纤维用处理剂、以及附着有该弹性纤维用处理剂的弹性纤维。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了解决上述课题进行了研究,结果发现,在弹性纤维用处理剂中混配有选自矿物油、硅油和酯油中的至少1种平滑剂(A)、水(B)、以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的构成是合适的。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的一个方式的弹性纤维用处理剂的特征在于,其含有选自矿物油、硅油和酯油中的至少1种平滑剂(A)、水(B)、以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)。
上述弹性纤维用处理剂中,上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)优选为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐中的至少一者。
上述弹性纤维用处理剂中,上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)优选为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐中的至少一者。
优选上述平滑剂(A)包含苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油,将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,上述弹性纤维用处理剂优选以20~90质量份的比例含有上述苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油。
上述弹性纤维用处理剂中,将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以0.01~2质量份的比例含有上述水(B)。
上述弹性纤维用处理剂中,将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以0.01~10质量份的比例含有上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的另一方式的弹性纤维的特征在于,其附着有上述弹性纤维用处理剂。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提高弹性纤维的形状特性。
具体实施方式
(第1实施方式)
以下对于将本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂(下文中也称为处理剂)具体化的第1实施方式进行说明。本实施方式的处理剂包含平滑剂(A)、水(B)以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)。
平滑剂(A)作为基础成分被混配在处理剂中,起到对弹性纤维赋予平滑性的作用。作为平滑剂(A),可以举出矿物油、硅油以及酯油。
作为矿物油,例如可以举出芳香族系烃、链烷烃系烃、环烷烃系烃等。更具体地说,例如可以举出锭子油、液体石蜡等。这些矿物油可以适宜地采用由运动粘度、苯胺点等限定的市售品。
矿物油的苯胺点优选被限定为110℃以下。通过限定为该范围,能够进一步提高弹性纤维的形状特性。需要说明的是,苯胺点依据JIS K 2256进行测定。JIS K 2256对应于国际标准ISO2977:1997。矿物油的运动粘度可适宜地设定,但优选30℃的运动粘度为2~100cst(mm2/s)。需要说明的是,矿物油在30℃的粘度使用坎农-芬斯克粘度计进行测定。另外,在应用多种矿物油的情况下,采用将全部矿物油混合时的苯胺点和运动粘度的值。
作为硅油的具体例,例如可以举出二甲基硅酮、苯基改性硅酮、氨基改性硅酮、酰胺改性硅酮、聚醚改性硅酮、氨基聚醚改性硅酮、烷基改性硅酮、烷基芳烷基改性硅酮、烷基聚醚改性硅酮、酯改性硅酮、环氧改性硅酮、甲醇改性硅酮、巯基改性硅酮、聚氧化烯改性硅酮等。这些硅油可以适宜地采用由运动粘度等限定的市售品。硅油的运动粘度可适宜地设定,但优选25℃的运动粘度为2~100cst(mm2/s)。硅油在25℃的运动粘度依据JIS Z 8803进行测定。
作为酯油没有特别限制,可以举出由脂肪酸和醇制造出的酯油。作为酯油,例如可例示出后述的由具有奇数或偶数个烃基的脂肪酸和醇制造出的酯油。
作为酯油的原料的脂肪酸中,对于其碳原子数、有无支链、元数等没有特别限制,并且例如可以为高级脂肪酸,可以为具有环的脂肪酸,也可以为具有芳香环的脂肪酸。作为酯油的原料的醇中,对于其碳原子数、有无支链、元数等没有特别限制,并且例如可以为高级醇、可以为具有环的醇、也可以为具有芳香环的醇。
作为酯油的具体例,例如可以举出:(1)棕榈酸辛酯、月桂酸油酯、油酸油酯、硬脂酸异十三烷基酯、油酸异二十四烷基酯等脂肪族单醇与脂肪族单羧酸的酯化合物;(2)1,6-己二醇二癸酸酯、甘油三油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三月桂酸酯、季戊四醇四辛酸酯等脂肪族多元醇与脂肪族单羧酸的酯化合物;(3)壬二酸二油酯、硫代二丙酸二油基酯、硫代二丙酸二异十六烷基酯、硫代二丙酸二异硬脂酯等脂肪族单醇与脂肪族多元羧酸的酯化合物;(4)油酸苄酯、月桂酸苄酯等芳香族单醇与脂肪族单羧酸的酯化合物;(5)双酚A二月桂酸酯等芳香族多元醇与脂肪族单羧酸的完全酯化合物;(6)邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、间苯二甲酸二异硬脂酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯等脂肪族单醇与芳香族多元羧酸的完全酯化合物;(7)椰子油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、大豆油、蓖麻油、芝麻油、鱼油和牛油等天然油脂等。
这些平滑剂(A)中,可以单独使用1种平滑剂,也可以组合使用2种以上的平滑剂。
本实施方式中,也可以合用上述以外的平滑剂。作为上述以外的平滑剂,可以适宜地采用公知的物质。作为上述以外的平滑剂,例如可以举出聚烯烃等。
聚烯烃可应用作为平滑成分使用的聚-α-烯烃。作为聚烯烃的具体例,例如可以举出将1-丁烯、1-己烯、1-癸烯等进行聚合而得到的聚-α-烯烃等。聚-α-烯烃可以适宜地采用市售品。
处理剂中,将平滑剂(A)、水(B)以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以20~90质量份的比例含有苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油。通过限定为该范围,能够进一步提高弹性纤维的形状特性。
本实施方式的处理剂中,通过混配有机磷酸酯盐(C),能够提高弹性纤维的形状特性、抗静电性。另外,能够提高处理剂的稳定性。作为被供于本实施方式的处理剂中的有机磷酸酯盐(C),例如可以举出在分子中具有烷基的磷酸酯盐、在分子中具有由氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和烷基的磷酸酯盐等。
构成有机磷酸酯盐(C)的烷基没有特别限制,例如可以举出直链状的烷基、支链烷基。支链烷基中的分支位置没有特别限制,例如可以为α位分支的烷基,也可以为β位分支的烷基。
烷基的碳原子数没有特别限定,优选碳原子数1~32、更优选碳原子数8~22。作为烷基的具体例,例如可以举出甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基、二十烷基、异丙基、异丁基、异戊基、异己基、异庚基、异辛基、异癸基、异十一烷基、异十二烷基、异十三烷基、异十四烷基、异十五烷基、异十六烷基、异十七烷基、异十八烷基、异二十烷基等。
构成有机磷酸酯盐(C)的磷酸没有特别限制,可以为正磷酸、也可以为二磷酸等多磷酸。
作为构成有机磷酸酯盐(C)的盐,例如可以举出磷酸酯胺盐、磷酸酯金属盐等。这些之中,从抗静电性优异的方面出发,优选金属盐。
作为金属盐,例如可以举出碱金属盐、碱土金属盐。作为构成碱金属盐的碱金属的具体例,例如可以举出钠、钾、锂等。作为构成碱土金属盐的碱土金属,可以举出属于第2族元素的金属、例如钙、镁、铍、锶、钡等。
构成胺盐的胺可以为伯胺、仲胺以及叔胺中的任一者。作为构成胺盐的胺的具体例,例如可以举出:(1)甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺、乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、N-N-二异丙基乙胺、丁胺、二丁胺、2-甲基丁胺、三丁胺、辛胺、二甲基月桂胺等脂肪族胺;(2)苯胺、N-甲基苄基胺、吡啶、吗啉、哌嗪、它们的衍生物等芳香族胺类或杂环胺;(3)单乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二丁基乙醇胺、丁基二乙醇胺、辛基二乙醇胺、月桂基二乙醇胺等烷醇胺;(4)N-甲基苄基胺等芳基胺;(5)聚氧乙烯月桂基氨基醚、聚氧乙烯硬脂基氨基醚等聚氧化烯烷基氨基醚;(6)氨;等等。
在使用加成有环氧烷基的化合物的情况下,优选碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基。作为环氧烷的具体例,例如可以举出环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷等。环氧烷相对于1摩尔磷酸的加成摩尔数优选为1~50摩尔、更优选为1~30摩尔、进一步优选为1~10摩尔。
作为有机磷酸酯盐(C)的具体例,例如可以举出聚氧亚乙基(环氧乙烷的加成摩尔数5(以下记为n=5))异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯的镁盐、聚氧亚乙基(n=25)异十八烷基醚的磷酸酯的钾盐、聚氧亚丙基(n=10)异辛基醚的磷酸酯的镁盐、磷酸异十三烷基酯的钠盐、聚氧乙烯(n=5)异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯的钾盐、磷酸异十八烷基酯的三乙胺盐等。
有机磷酸酯盐(C)中,可以单独使用1种有机磷酸酯盐,也可以组合使用2种以上的有机磷酸酯盐。
处理剂中,将平滑剂(A)、水(B)以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以0.01~10质量份的比例含有有机磷酸酯盐(C)。通过限定为该范围,能够进一步提高本发明的效果和稳定性。
本实施方式的处理剂中,通过混配水(B),特别能够提高弹性纤维的形状特性。处理剂中,将平滑剂(A)、水(B)以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以0.01~2质量份的比例含有水(B)。通过限定为该范围,能够进一步提高弹性纤维的形状特性。
处理剂中,将平滑剂(A)、水(B)以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,优选以88~99.98质量份的比例含有平滑剂(A)、以0.01~2质量份的比例含有水(B)、以及以0.01~10质量份的比例含有有机磷酸酯盐(C)。通过限定为该范围,能够进一步提高弹性纤维的形状特性。
(第2实施方式)
接着对于将本发明的弹性纤维具体化的第2实施方式进行说明。本实施方式的弹性纤维上附着有第1实施方式的处理剂。第1实施方式的处理剂(不含溶剂)相对于弹性纤维的附着量没有特别限制,从进一步提高本发明的效果的方面出发,优选以0.1~10质量%的比例附着。
作为弹性纤维没有特别限制,例如可以举出聚酯系弹性纤维、聚酰胺系弹性纤维、聚烯烃系弹性纤维、聚氨酯系弹性纤维等。这些之中,优选聚氨酯系弹性纤维。这种情况下,能够进一步提高本发明的效果的表现。
本实施方式的弹性纤维的制造方法包括对弹性纤维进行第1实施方式的处理剂的给油。作为处理剂的给油方法,优选通过不进行稀释的纯(neat)给油法在弹性纤维的纺丝工序中使其附着于弹性纤维的方法。作为附着方法,可应用例如辊给油法、导纱器给油法、喷雾给油法等公知的方法。对于给油辊,通常位于从喷头到横动卷取装置之间是常见的,这也可适用于本实施方式的制造方法中。这些之中,利用位于拉伸辊与拉伸辊之间的给油辊使第1实施方式的处理剂附着于弹性纤维、例如聚氨酯系弹性纤维时,可显著地表现出效果,因而优选。
可适用于本实施方式的弹性纤维本身的制造方法没有特别限定,可利用公知的方法进行制造。例如可以举出湿式纺丝法、熔融纺丝法、干式纺丝法等。这些之中,从弹性纤维的品质和制造效率优异的方面出发,优选应用干式纺丝法。
对本实施方式的处理剂和弹性纤维的作用和效果进行说明。
(1)本实施方式的处理剂含有选自矿物油、硅油和酯油中的至少1种平滑剂(A)、水(B)、以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)。因此,能够提高被赋予了处理剂的弹性纤维的形状特性、特别是卷绕成筒纱形状时的形状特性。另外,还能够提高被赋予了处理剂的弹性纤维的抗静电性,由此能够抑制静电的产生。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式也可以如下进行变更。上述实施方式和以下的变更例可在技术上不矛盾的范围内相互组合来实施。
·上述实施方式的处理剂中,在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内,可以进一步混配用于保持处理剂的品质的稳定化剂、电荷控制剂、增粘剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂等通常被用于处理剂中的成分。
实施例
下文中,为了更具体地说明本发明的构成和效果而举出实施例等,但本发明并不限定于这些实施例。需要说明的是,以下的实施例和比较例的说明中,份是指质量份、并且%是指质量%。
试验分组1(弹性纤维用处理剂的制备)
关于各实施例、各比较例中使用的处理剂,使用表1所示的各成分,通过下述制备方法来制备。
作为平滑油,将表1所示的作为平滑剂的二甲基硅酮(A-1)45份(%)和矿物油(A-2)53.7份(%)、水(B-1)0.2份(%)、以及作为有机磷酸酯盐的聚氧亚乙基(n=5)异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯的镁盐(C-1)1.1份(%)充分混合使其均匀,由此制备实施例1的处理剂。
关于实施例2~19、比较例1~4,与实施例1同样地将平滑剂、水、以及有机磷酸酯盐以表1所示的比例进行混合,由此制备处理剂。
将各例的处理剂中的平滑剂(A)、水(B)、以及有机磷酸酯盐(C)的各成分的种类、将各成分的合计含有比例设为100%时的各成分的比例分别示于表1的“平滑剂(A)”栏、“水(B)”栏、“有机磷酸酯盐(C)”栏中。

表1中记载的A-1~A-5、B-1、C-1~C-7、rc-1、rc-2的详细内容如下所述。
A-1:二甲基硅酮(运动粘度(25℃):10cst(mm2/s))
A-2:矿物油(运动粘度(30℃):11cst(mm2/s)、苯胺点:78℃)
A-3:矿物油(运动粘度(30℃):23cst(mm2/s)、苯胺点:106℃)
A-4:矿物油(运动粘度(30℃):32cst(mm2/s)、苯胺点:115℃)
A-5:棕榈酸辛酯
B-1:水
C-1:聚氧亚乙基(n=5)异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯的镁盐
C-2:聚氧亚乙基(n=25)异十八烷基醚的磷酸酯的钾盐
C-3:聚氧亚丙基(n=10)异辛基醚的磷酸酯的镁盐
C-4:磷酸异十三烷基酯的钠盐
C-5:聚氧亚乙基(n=5)异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯的钾盐
C-6:磷酸异十八烷基酯的三乙胺盐
C-7:磷酸十三烷基酯的二丁基乙醇胺盐
rc-1:聚氧亚乙基(n=5)异十三烷基醚的磷酸酯
rc-2:二异辛基磺基琥珀酸酯的钠盐
另外,表1中的*1表示由于发生相分离因而无法评价。
试验分组2(弹性纤维的制造)
使由分子量1000的聚四亚甲基二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯得到的预聚物在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中通过乙二胺进行扩链反应,得到浓度30%的纺丝原液。将该纺丝原液在加热气流中由喷丝头进行干式纺丝。之后利用位于卷绕前的拉伸辊与拉伸辊之间的给油辊对干式纺丝后的聚氨酯系弹性纤维将处理剂通过辊式涂油法进行纯给油。
将按以上方式进行了辊给油的弹性纤维以600m/分钟的卷绕速度藉由赋予卷宽38mm的横动导纱器使用表面带动卷纱法的卷绕机卷绕在长度58mm的圆筒状纸管上,得到40旦尼尔的干式纺丝聚氨酯系弹性纤维的卷装500g。关于弹性纤维用处理剂的附着量的调节,按照通过调整给油辊的转速而使其均为5%的方式来进行。
使用这样得到的弹性纤维、或者进行了辊给油的干式纺丝聚氨酯系弹性纤维的卷装,按照以下说明对弹性纤维的形状特性、漏电阻进行评价。
试验分组3(弹性纤维的评价)
·形状特性的评价
在20旦尼尔的经干式纺丝得到的聚氨酯系弹性纤维上通过辊给油法附着5.0%的试验分组1中制备的处理剂。之后以卷绕速度550m/分钟藉由赋予卷宽42mm的横动导纱器使用表面带动卷纱法的卷绕机在长度57mm的圆筒状纸管上卷绕500g,得到聚氨酯系弹性纤维的卷装。
对于该纱卷装(500g卷),测量卷宽的最大值(Wmax)和最小宽度(Wmin),由二者之差(Wmax-Wmin)求出膨胀量,按下述基准进行评价。将其结果示于表1的“形状”栏中。
◎(良好):膨胀量小于3mm的情况
○(合格):膨胀量为3mm以上且小于6mm的情况
×(不合格):膨胀量为6mm以上的情况
·漏电阻的评价
在25℃×40%RH的气氛下使用电阻测定器(东亚电波工业公司制造的SM-5E型)对于所得到的刚纺丝后的干式纺丝聚氨酯系弹性纤维5g的电阻值进行测定,按下述基准对测定值进行评价。将其结果示于表1的“漏电阻”栏中。
◎(良好):电阻值小于1.0×108Ω的情况
○(合格):电阻值为1.0×108Ω以上且小于1.0×109Ω的情况
×(不合格):电阻值为1.0×109Ω以上的情况
由表1的各实施例相对于各比较例的评价结果也可知,根据本发明的处理剂,能够提高被赋予了处理剂的弹性纤维的形状特性。另外,由于漏电阻低、容易流通电力,因此能够抑制静电的发生。
本发明也包括以下的方式。
(附记1)
一种弹性纤维用处理剂,其特征在于,
该处理剂中,作为平滑剂(A)包含硅油和矿物油、任选的酯油,进一步含有水(B)和有机磷酸酯盐(C),
将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,以0.01~2质量份的比例含有上述水(B),上述平滑剂(A)进一步包含苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油,将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,以20~90质量份的比例含有上述苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油。
(附记2)
根据附记1所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐中的至少一者。
(附记3)
根据附记1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐中的至少一者。
(附记4)
根据附记1~3中任一项所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,将上述平滑剂(A)、上述水(B)以及上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,以0.01~10质量份的比例含有上述有机磷酸酯盐(C)。
(附记5)
一种弹性纤维,其特征在于,其附着有附记1~4中任一项所述的弹性纤维用处理剂。
Claims (6)
1.一种弹性纤维用处理剂,其特征在于,其含有选自矿物油、硅油和酯油中的至少1种平滑剂(A)、水(B)、以及有机磷酸酯盐(C),
将所述平滑剂(A)、所述水(B)以及所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,以0.01质量份~0.4质量份的比例含有所述水(B),
所述平滑剂(A)包含苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油,将所述平滑剂(A)、所述水(B)以及所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,该处理剂以20质量份~90质量份的比例含有所述苯胺点为110℃以下的矿物油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯盐中的至少一者。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐中的至少一者。
4.根据权利要求2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)为选自在分子中具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐、以及在分子中具有由碳原子数2~4的氧化亚烷基构成的聚氧亚烷基和碳原子数8~22的烷基的磷酸酯金属盐中的至少一者。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
将所述平滑剂(A)、所述水(B)以及所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)的合计含有比例设为100质量份时,以0.01质量份~10质量份的比例含有所述有机磷酸酯盐(C)。
6.一种弹性纤维,其特征在于,该弹性纤维附着有权利要求1~5中任一项所述的弹性纤维用处理剂。
