When the raw material of the enzymatic citrus powder produced under different experimental conditions was used to produce a pressed candy, the experimental results obtained by the weight difference of 4.02kg in example 1 and the weight difference of 3.43kg in example 2 were also different to some extent. The method shows that the enzymolysis orange powder prepared under different conditions has different contents of the obtained orange polyphenol, so that the effects of reducing weight and fat of the pressed candy are different; at the same dosage, the weight difference of 4.02kg in the example 1 and the weight difference of 1.43kg in the comparative example 1 show that the effect of enzymolysis of the citrus powder is more remarkable than that of common extraction of the citrus powder; finally, the effects of weight and fat reduction of the formula are obtained through the example and the comparative example 2, the comparative example 3 and the comparative example 4, wherein the effects of reducing weight and fat of the formula are achieved through the synergistic effect of the enzymolysis of citrus powder, citrus fiber and guarana extract, and the effect of single component is poor.

As shown by the experiments of the above examples and comparative examples, the weight-reducing composition of the present invention can accelerate metabolism of the body and increase the ability of burning heat, and can accelerate utilization of fat without controlling diet and deliberate exercise, in the experiment, the weight reduction amplitude of the examples is significantly larger than that of the negative control group, the body fat percentage is also significantly reduced, which means that the weight of the subjects takes the weight-reducing composition of the present invention and simultaneously reduces the fat, the body fat percentage is reduced, and thus the purpose of weight reduction is achieved, and the experimental results of the weight differences and the 3-5 body fat percentage differences in the examples 1, 2,3 and 4 are the experimental results of the comparative examples 1, 2,3 and 4 in sequence: 4.02kg, 3.43kg, 3.64kg, 3.32kg, 5.6kg; comparative example: 1.43kg, 0.7kg, 0.51kg, 0.11kg body weight difference and examples: 5.15, 4.39, 2.86, 3.14, 3.18; comparative example: 1.33, 0.36, 0.18, 0.21 percent body fat, also exhibit significant differences in body weight and body fat ratio, with more significant example effects, demonstrating the synergistic effect of the example formulations.

Claims (8)

1. A citrus composition for weight loss, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of enzymolysis orange powder, 30-70 parts of orange fiber and 10-20 parts of guarana extract;
the enzymatic hydrolysis orange powder is prepared by taking orange fruits with peels as raw materials, wherein the orange fruits are grapefruits;
The enzymatic hydrolysis orange powder is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis with cellulase.
2. A citrus composition for weight loss according to claim 1, wherein said citrus fiber has a total dietary fiber content of 60% to 95%;
The content of caffeine in the guarana extract is more than or equal to 10%.

A process for preparing a citrus composition for weight loss according to any of claims 1-2, comprising the steps of: mixing the citrus fruit with the peel with enzyme for enzymolysis reaction to obtain enzymolysis materials, filtering to obtain filtrate, concentrating, and drying to obtain enzymolysis citrus powder; and mixing the enzymatic hydrolysis orange powder with the orange fiber and the guarana extract according to a proportion to obtain the orange composition.

A method of producing a citrus composition for weight loss according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of citrus fruit to enzyme is (500-1000): 1-4; the enzymolysis reaction is carried out in a buffer solution with pH value of 4-6; the reaction temperature of the enzymolysis reaction is 40-60 ℃ and the reaction time is 1-5 h.
5. A method of preparing a citrus composition for weight loss according to claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of citrus fruit to buffer is 1 (10-40); the buffer solution is a sodium citrate system buffer solution.
6. A process for preparing a citrus composition for weight loss according to claim 5, wherein said citrus fiber is prepared by a process comprising the steps of: extracting peeled citrus fruits in a solvent at 70-90 ℃, filtering and separating, washing filter residues, and drying to obtain the citrus fiber.
7. Use of a citrus composition for weight loss according to any of claims 1-2, wherein said citrus composition is used for the preparation of a weight loss and fat reduction product.
8. Use of a citrus composition for weight loss according to claim 7, wherein the citrus composition is prepared for use in the form of at least one of a solid beverage, a tabletted sugar, a liquid beverage, meal replacement powder, an oral liquid, a capsule, a tablet.
