Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a sleep-aiding solid beverage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, Chinese people increasingly attach importance to self health problems. The sleep is an important link occupying one third of the life of each person, and plays an important role in physical and mental health of Chinese people. But in the fast-paced life mode of modern cities, sub-healthy people with excessive mental stress, neurasthenia, dysphoria, irritability, difficulty in falling asleep, poor sleep quality and the like are more and more. According to data published by the society of Chinese physicians, sleep medicine professional committee, the sleep problem exists in more than 60% of the adults all over the world, and one fourth of the adults have insomnia. A series of sleeping problems such as late sleeping, no sleeping and insufficient sleeping are besetting contemporary people, and the modern sleeping crisis is more and more serious. Long-term sleep disorders not only reduce quality of life and affect individual work and life, but also cause a series of physical and mental disorders, such as normal development, brain thought, reduced immunity, depression, and the like.
In order to assist in the treatment of sleep, people have to resort to western medicines or traditional Chinese medicine compounds. However, most western medicines are neuroleptic medicines, and are accompanied by side effects or adverse reactions after long-term administration, and also can cause drug dependence, and symptoms repeat after the administration is stopped. The traditional Chinese medicine compound has slow effect, inconvenient taking, decoction and poor palatability. And the traditional Chinese medicines are generally required to be taken according to symptoms, treatment is arranged according to personal physique, more contraindications are caused when the traditional Chinese medicines are taken, and great convenience is reduced. Meanwhile, a part of Chinese medicinal herbs in the compound are non-medicinal and edible homologous raw materials, and the stomach, liver and kidney can be damaged after long-term administration; moreover, the traditional compound traditional Chinese medicine extraction process has low yield, high cost, unstable product quality and difficult monitoring of the production process, and the flavor loss of the finished product is easily caused after mixing and granulating.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a product which can help people sleep and is convenient to eat and has no side effect.

One aspect of the present application provides a method for preparing a sleep-aiding solid beverage, comprising:
preparing first solid particles, wherein the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan;
preparing a first supplement and a second supplement, wherein the first supplement comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second supplement comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin;
mixing the first solid particulate matter with the first additive and the second additive to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with fruit powder to form the solid beverage.
In some embodiments of the present application, the raw material includes 1-10 parts of spine date seed, 1-8 parts of lotus seed, 1-8 parts of lily, 1-8 parts of jujube and 1-8 parts of longan, and the components are in parts by weight.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fruit powder includes passion fruit powder, red grape fruit powder, apple fruit powder, kiwi fruit powder, lemon fruit powder, grapefruit fruit powder, banana fruit powder, and strawberry fruit powder, wherein the fruit powder is 1-5 parts, the component is part by weight.
In some embodiments of the present application, the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 0.1 to 0.5 parts, and mogroside is 0 to 0.1 parts, and the components are in parts by weight.
In some embodiments of the present application, a method of extracting a first solid particulate from a feedstock comprises: leaching: respectively adding the raw materials into water with the weight ratio of 3-5 times, and respectively leaching for a certain time at the temperature of 90-100 ℃; respectively carrying out the leaching process more than once, and respectively obtaining extracting solutions; filtering, concentrating and drying the extracting solutions respectively, and mixing the products of the drying of the extracting solutions to prepare the first solid particles.
In some embodiments of the present application, there is also included a process for forming a first mixture into particles of a predetermined size, comprising: and (3) granulating: placing a specific amount of the first mixture in a wet granulation machine, adding a predetermined amount of ethanol to perform wet granulation; and (3) drying: drying at 50-80 ℃; straightening: and (3) granulating the dried first mixture to form particles with specific particle sizes.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ratio of the gamma-aminobutyric acid to the resistant dextrin in the first additive is 1: 5 to 12 parts by weight, and the ratio of the mogroside to the resistant dextrin in the second additive is 1: 5 to 12 parts by weight.
Another aspect of the present application provides a sleep-aid solid beverage comprising: the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan; the feed additive comprises a first additive and a second additive, wherein the first additive comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second additive comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin; and fruit powder.

The application provides the solid beverage for improving sleep and the preparation method thereof, natural raw materials with homology of medicine and food are reasonably prepared, and safe and effective functional components are added for synergism, so that a product which is safe and effective, does not depend on toxic or side effect, is convenient and quick to take, has good palatability and is capable of improving sleep and relieving pressure is provided for consumers. Meanwhile, the effects of nourishing the heart and the liver, tonifying the spleen and the kidney, nourishing yin and moistening the lung and the like can be achieved after long-term administration.
Compared with western medicines, the solid beverage has no side effect or adverse reaction; compared with the traditional Chinese medicine compound, the traditional Chinese medicine compound has the advantages of quick response, convenient carrying and taking, good palatability and no toxic or side effect; the product has stable quality, high yield, small flavor loss and low cost; the product is sugar-free, and can be taken by diabetic, hypertension and obesity patients.

The embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of a sleep-aiding solid beverage, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: preparing first solid particles, wherein the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan;
wherein the semen Ziziphi Spinosae is dry mature seed of Zizyphus jujube of Rhamnaceae, and has sweet, sour and neutral taste. It enters liver, gallbladder and heart meridians. Has effects in nourishing heart, tonifying liver, calming heart, tranquilizing mind, arresting sweating, and promoting salivation. It is often used to treat restlessness due to deficiency, insomnia, palpitation due to fright, dreaminess, asthenia, hyperhidrosis, body fluid deficiency, and thirst. The research shows that: the spina date seed decoction shows sedative and hypnotic reactions when being orally taken or injected into abdominal cavities of rats, and the spina date seeds can show the effects no matter in daytime or at night, in normal state or in excited state caused by caffeine. When the Chinese medicinal composition is orally taken by mice, the sedative index is 1.95, the sedative index and barbiturates show synergistic effect, and the spina date seeds can be continuously applied for 6 days to lighten the sleep of animals, shorten the duration and generate tolerance, but can disappear after stopping taking the medicaments for 1 week. It can be indicated that Zizyphi Spinosae semen has effects of tranquilizing mind and improving sleep.
The semen Nelumbinis is dried mature seed of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn of Nymphaeaceae. Sweet and astringent taste, mild in nature. It enters spleen, kidney and heart meridians. Has effects in invigorating spleen, relieving diarrhea, invigorating kidney, arresting seminal emission, nourishing heart, and tranquilizing mind. It is often used to treat chronic diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, spermatorrhea, leukorrhagia, palpitation, and insomnia.
The Bulbus Lilii is dried fleshy scaly leaf of Liliaceae plant herba Centellae, Bulbus Lilii or Lilium tenuifolium. Sweet in flavor and cold in nature. It enters heart and lung meridians and has the functions of nourishing yin, moistening lung, clearing away heart-fire and tranquilizing mind. It is often used to treat chronic cough due to yin deficiency, blood-stained sputum, dysphoria, insomnia, dreaminess, absentmindedness, etc.
The fructus Jujubae is dried mature fruit of Zizyphi fructus of Zizyphus of Rhamnaceae. Sweet taste and warm nature. It enters spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in invigorating spleen, replenishing qi, nourishing blood, and tranquilizing mind. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, asthenia, loose stool, and hysteria of women.
The arillus longan is also called longan and round eye, and is arillus longan of plant of longan of Sapindaceae. Sweet in flavor and warm in nature. It enters heart and spleen meridians. Has effects in invigorating heart and spleen, nourishing blood, and tranquilizing mind. It is often used to treat deficiency of qi and blood, palpitation, amnesia, insomnia, blood deficiency and sallow complexion.
The spina date seed, the lotus seed, the lily, the Chinese date and the longan in the raw materials are medicinal and edible raw materials. According to clinical verification of dietotherapy experts in nutrition and reasonable proportion by combining with the compatibility theory of traditional Chinese medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can play a role in synergy, and achieves the effects of improving sleep, relieving pressure, nourishing heart and tonifying liver, tonifying spleen and kidney, and nourishing yin and moistening lung after being taken for a long time.
In some embodiments of the present application, the raw material includes 1 to 10 parts of spine date seed, 1 to 8 parts of lotus seed, 1 to 8 parts of lily, 1 to 8 parts of jujube and 1 to 8 parts of longan, wherein the parts are parts by weight.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first solid particulate is extracted from the feedstock by separately extracting the active components from the feedstock and mixing the extracted active components to form the first solid particulate. The method for extracting the effective components comprises the following steps: leaching: adding any one of the raw materials into 3-5 times of water by weight, and leaching for a certain time at the temperature of 90-100 ℃; performing the leaching process more than once to obtain an extracting solution; filtering, concentrating and drying the extract to form the first solid particles.
For example, in some embodiments of the present application, 5 parts of wild jujube seed, 5 parts of lotus seed, 5 parts of lily, 5 parts of jujube and 5 parts of longan are added to 25 parts of water, respectively boiled, extracted for 1 hour under heat preservation, and filtered to obtain a first extraction solution; then, continuously adding the raw materials into 20 parts of water respectively, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1.2 hours, and filtering to obtain a second leaching solution; continuously adding the raw materials into 75 parts of water respectively, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1.5 hours, and filtering to obtain a third leaching solution; and respectively mixing the first leaching solution, the second leaching solution and the third leaching solution to obtain the extracting solution. Further filtering the extractive solutions, respectively, concentrating, spray drying to obtain granules, and mixing the granules to obtain the first solid granule.
Step S2: preparing a first supplement and a second supplement, wherein the first supplement comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second supplement comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin;
gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) belongs to a new resource food, is a naturally occurring nonprotein amino acid, is the most main nerve information conducting substance discovered at present, widely exists in plants and animals such as rice, green vegetables and the like, and exists in spinal cords in human bodies. Gamma-amino acid is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter which is deeply researched, participates in various metabolic activities and has high physiological activity. The lack of GABA in the human body is a major cause of physical and mental discomfort symptoms of a person, including uneasiness, insomnia, anger, panic, insecurity, etc., and the importance of supplementing GABA is to soothe and suppress excessive excitement and violent nerve information conduction, thereby calming down and calming down the person. Is a pure natural substance which can effectively resist depression, improve mood and promote sleep. In the present application, gamma-aminobutyric acid belongs to a synergistic active ingredient.
The mogroside is a pure natural sweetener extracted from fructus momordicae completely, has zero heat, and does not affect the normal blood sugar of people. The product can be also taken by diabetics or obese patients.
The resistant dextrin is processed by starch, is a low-calorie glucan which is prepared by extracting and refining indigestible components of baked dextrin by using industrial technology, and belongs to low-molecular water-soluble dietary fiber. The resistant dextrin has the property of resisting digestive enzyme action, and can directly enter the large intestine because the resistant dextrin can not be digested and absorbed in the digestive tract. Therefore, it exerts various physiological effects of dietary fiber, and has effects of reducing blood sugar and blood lipid, and caring intestinal tract due to its characteristics of high digestion tolerance, low blood glucose index, low insulin index, low calorie, and easy dissolution. Ensures that patients with diabetes or obesity can also take the medicine.
Meanwhile, the functional low-calorie soluble food raw material is mainly used as a filling carrier to increase the fluidity of the product.
In some embodiments of the present application, the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 0.1 to 0.5 parts, and the mogroside is 0 to 0.1 parts, wherein the parts are parts by weight. In some embodiments of the present application, the ratio of the gamma-aminobutyric acid to the resistant dextrin in the first additive is 1: 5 to 12 parts by weight, and the ratio of the mogroside to the resistant dextrin in the second additive is 1: 5 to 12 parts by weight. Optionally, the weight part ratio of the gamma-aminobutyric acid and the resistant dextrin in the first additive is 1: 10, and the weight part ratio of the mogroside and the resistant dextrin in the second additive is 1: 10. For example, 0.2 parts of the gamma-aminobutyric acid and 2 parts of resistant dextrin are mixed to obtain the first supplement, and 0.05 parts of the mogroside and 0.5 parts of resistant dextrin are mixed to obtain the second supplement.
Step S3, mixing the first solid particulate matter with the first additive and the second additive to obtain a first mixture; wherein the first solid particulates may be all of the first solid particulates obtained in step S1, the first addition may be all of the first additions obtained in step S2, and the second addition may be all of the second additions obtained in step S2. In an embodiment of the present application, the step S3 may further adjust the fraction of the resistant dextrin in the first mixture, for example, mixing the first solid particulate with the first additive and the second additive and mixing an amount of the resistant dextrin to adjust the components of the first mixture to be optimal.
In actual production, the first mixture can be directly mixed with the fruit powder to form the solid beverage, or the first mixture can be processed into particles with specific particle size and then mixed with the fruit powder to form the solid beverage.
In some embodiments of the present application, the method for preparing a sleep-aid solid beverage further comprises a process for granulating the first mixture, the process comprising: and (3) granulating: placing a specific amount of the first mixture into a wet granulation machine, and adding a certain amount of ethanol to perform wet granulation; and (3) drying: drying at 50-80 ℃; and (4) granulating, namely granulating the dried mixture to form granules with specific particle sizes.
In some embodiments of the present application, a set amount of the first mixture is weighed, placed in a wet granulator, ethanol with an equal mass percentage concentration of 95% is added, granulation is performed, then a drying treatment is performed, the granulated first mixture is dried at 50-80 ℃ to further volatilize ethanol in the first mixture, and then the dried first mixture is subjected to size stabilization to obtain first mixture particles with uniform size, wherein the first mixture particles have a particle size of 250 μm to 600 μm, and the first mixture particles with the particle size are more easily dissolved in water when drinking. In addition, the first mixture particles can be dissolved at normal temperature, hot water brewing is not needed, and the flowability of the product in the processing process is also ensured.
Step S4, mixing the first mixture with fruit powder to form the solid beverage. Wherein the mixing ratio of the first mixture to the fruit powder is 1-2: 1.
Wherein the fruit powder can be fruit extract or fruit-flavored additive. Further, the fruit powder comprises but is not limited to passion fruit powder, red grape fruit powder, apple fruit powder, kiwi fruit powder, lemon fruit powder, grapefruit fruit powder, banana fruit powder, strawberry fruit powder and the like, wherein the fruit powder accounts for 1-5 parts, and the components account for parts by weight. Preferred fruit powders include passion fruit powder and red grape fruit powder, among others. Wherein the fruit powder accounts for 1-5 parts, and the components account for parts by weight. The fruit powder can also be plant extracts or additives with mint flavor, aloe, matcha flavor and other flavors. Although this application refers to fruit powder, it is not intended to be overly restricted in its taste. The fruit powder has the functions of flavoring, supplementing vitamins, mineral substances and the like in the solid beverage, and the preferable fruit powder has a certain sleep-helping function.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fruit powder comprises passion fruit powder and red grape fruit powder, wherein the passion fruit powder is 1-5 parts, and the red grape fruit powder is 1-5 parts.
The solid beverage can be packaged in a quantitative small package form, a consumer uses one package for brewing each time, the solid beverage can also be in a large package form, each package contains more than one time, and the consumer can measure a certain amount of solid beverage for brewing according to the consumption habit. In practical production, the production of the solid beverage can be completed in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) clean shop.
Another aspect of the present application also provides a sleep-aid solid beverage comprising: the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan; the feed additive comprises a first additive and a second additive, wherein the first additive comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second additive comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin; fruit powder.

Respectively adding raw materials comprising 4 parts of spina date seeds, 3 parts of lotus seeds, 3 parts of lily, 3 parts of Chinese dates and 3 parts of longan into 3 times of water, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1 hour, and filtering to obtain a first leaching solution; then, continuously adding the raw materials into 3 times of water respectively, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1 hour, and filtering to obtain a second leaching solution; mixing the first leaching solution and the second leaching solution obtained from different raw materials to obtain the respective extracts. Further filtering the extractive solutions, respectively, concentrating, spraying, drying to obtain respective solid particles, and mixing all above particles to obtain the first solid particles.
0.1 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid is mixed with 1 part of resistant dextrin to form a first additive, and 0.02 parts of mogroside is mixed with 0.2 parts of resistant dextrin to form a second additive. The first solid particles, the first additive and the second additive are mixed in a ratio of 7.5: 5: 1 to obtain a first mixture. Weighing 4 parts by weight of the first mixture and the residual resistant dextrin, placing the mixture in a wet granulating machine, adding a certain amount of 95% ethanol, and granulating to form a granular first mixture. Drying the granular first mixture at 50-80 ℃. And (4) granulating the dried first mixture. And mixing the first mixture after finishing with passion fruit powder according to the ratio of 1.5: 1 to form the solid beverage. And quantitatively packaging the mixed solid beverage to obtain the sleep-aiding solid beverage. All the steps are finished in a GMP clean workshop.
Example 2
Respectively adding 5 parts of spina date seed, 4 parts of lotus seed, 4 parts of lily, 4 parts of Chinese date and 4 parts of longan into 5 parts of water, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1 hour, and filtering to obtain a first leaching solution; then, continuously adding the raw materials into 2 times of water, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 0.5 hour, and filtering to obtain a second leaching solution; continuously adding the raw materials into water of which the amount is 2 times that of the raw materials, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 0.5 hour, and filtering to obtain a third leaching solution; mixing the first leaching solution, the second leaching solution and the third leaching solution obtained from different raw materials, respectively, to obtain the respective extraction solutions. Further filtering the extractive solutions, respectively, concentrating, spraying, drying to obtain respective solid particles, and mixing all above particles to obtain the first solid particles.
0.2 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid is mixed with 2 parts of resistant dextrin to form a first additive, and 0.03 parts of mogroside is mixed with 0.3 parts of resistant dextrin to form a second additive. Mixing the first solid particles, the first additive and the second additive in a ratio of 7: 5: 1 to obtain a first mixture. Weighing 5 parts by weight of the first mixture and the residual resistant dextrin, placing the mixture in a wet granulating machine, adding a certain amount of 95% ethanol, and granulating to form a granular first mixture. Drying the granular first mixture at 50-80 ℃. And (4) granulating the dried first mixture. And mixing the finished first mixture with passion fruit and red grape mixed fruit powder (the mixing ratio is 5: 2) according to the ratio of 2: 1 to form the solid beverage. And quantitatively packaging the mixed solid beverage to obtain the sleep-aiding solid beverage. All the steps are finished in a GMP clean workshop.
Example 3
Respectively adding raw materials comprising 6 parts of spina date seed, 3 parts of lotus seed, 5 parts of lily, 4 parts of Chinese date and 3 parts of longan into 3 parts of water, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1 hour, and filtering to obtain a first leaching solution; then, continuously adding the raw materials into 3 times of water respectively, boiling, preserving heat, leaching for 1.5 hours, and filtering to obtain a second leaching solution; mixing the first leaching solution and the second leaching solution obtained from different raw materials to obtain the respective extracts. Further filtering the extractive solutions, respectively, concentrating, spraying, drying to obtain respective solid particles, and mixing all above particles to obtain the first solid particles.
0.3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid is mixed with 3 parts of resistant dextrin to form a first additive, and 0.04 parts of mogroside is mixed with 0.4 parts of resistant dextrin to form a second additive. Mixing the first solid particles, the first additive and the second additive in a ratio of 8: 5: 1 to obtain a first mixture. Weighing 4 parts by weight of the first mixture and the residual resistant dextrin, placing the mixture in a wet granulating machine, adding a certain amount of 95% ethanol, and granulating to form a granular first mixture. Drying the granular first mixture at 50-80 ℃. And (4) granulating the dried first mixture. And mixing the finished first mixture with passion fruit and red grape mixed fruit powder (the mixing ratio is 5: 2) according to the ratio of 1.5: 1 to form the solid beverage. Claims (12)
1. A preparation method of a sleep-aiding solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing first solid particles, wherein the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan;
preparing a first supplement and a second supplement, wherein the first supplement comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second supplement comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin;
mixing the first solid particulate matter with the first additive and the second additive to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with fruit powder to form the solid beverage.
2. The preparation method of the sleep-aiding solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise 1-10 parts of spina date seeds, 1-8 parts of lotus seeds, 1-8 parts of lily, 1-8 parts of Chinese dates and 1-8 parts of longan by weight.
3. The preparation method of the sleep-aiding solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the fruit powder comprises passion fruit powder, red grape fruit powder, apple fruit powder, kiwi fruit powder, lemon fruit powder, pomelo fruit powder, banana fruit powder and strawberry fruit powder, wherein the fruit powder accounts for 1-5 parts, and the components are in parts by weight.
4. The preparation method of the sleep-aiding solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 0.1-0.5 part by weight, and the mogroside is 0-0.1 part by weight.
5. A method of preparing a sleep-aid solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method of extracting the first solid particles from the raw material comprises:
leaching: respectively adding the raw materials into water with the weight ratio of 3-5 times, and respectively leaching for a certain time at the temperature of 90-100 ℃;
respectively carrying out the leaching process more than once, and respectively obtaining extracting solutions;
filtering, concentrating and drying the extracting solutions respectively, and mixing the products of the drying of the extracting solutions to prepare the first solid particles.
6. A method of making a sleep aid solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a process of granulating the first mixture into particles of a predetermined size, comprising:
and (3) granulating: placing a specific amount of the first mixture in a wet granulation machine, adding a predetermined amount of ethanol to perform wet granulation;
and (3) drying: drying at 50-80 ℃;
straightening: and (3) granulating the dried first mixture to form particles with specific particle sizes.
7. The method for preparing a sleep-aid solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of gamma-aminobutyric acid to resistant dextrin in the first additive is 1: 5-12, and the weight ratio of mogroside to resistant dextrin in the second additive is 1: 5-12.
8. A sleep-aiding solid beverage, comprising:
the first solid particles are extracted from raw materials, and the raw materials comprise spina date seeds, lotus seeds, lily, Chinese dates and longan;
the feed additive comprises a first additive and a second additive, wherein the first additive comprises gamma-aminobutyric acid and resistant dextrin, and the second additive comprises mogroside and resistant dextrin;
fruit powder.
9. The sleep-aid solid beverage according to claim 8, wherein the raw materials comprise 1-10 parts of spina date seed, 1-8 parts of lotus seed, 1-8 parts of lily, 1-8 parts of Chinese date and 1-8 parts of longan by weight.

11. The sleep-aid solid beverage according to claim 8, wherein the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 0.1-0.5 part by weight, and the mogroside is 0-0.1 part by weight.
12. The sleep-aid solid beverage as claimed in claim 8, wherein the solid beverage contains 1-6 parts of resistant dextrin and the components are in parts by weight.
