Referring to fig. 5 and 7, a first water spraying mechanism 7 for spraying water to the rolling brush 2 and a second water spraying mechanism 8 for spraying water to the crawler cleaner 3 are disposed on the top surface of the housing 10, the first water spraying mechanism 7 includes a first water pipe 71 and a first water spraying head 72, two ends of the first water pipe 71 are respectively connected to the first water spraying head 72 and a clean water source, the second water spraying mechanism 8 includes a second water pipe 81 and a second water spraying head 82, two ends of the second water pipe 81 are respectively connected to the second water spraying head 82 and the clean water source, the first water spraying head 72 and the second water spraying head 82 are at least provided with two water spraying ports or the number of the first water spraying head 72 and the second water spraying head 82 is at least set to two.
In this embodiment, the clean water source is provided as the clean water tank 15, a water pump is provided in the clean water tank 15 or between the clean water tank 15 and the cleaning head 1, the water pump sprays the clean water in the clean water tank 15 onto the cleaner under pressure, the first water pipe 71 and the second water pipe 81 are independent from each other or have a common portion between the first water pipe 71 and the second water pipe 81, and have a branch on a side near the first water spray head 72 and the second water spray head 82 to spray water onto the first wiper 22 and the second wiper 34, the first water spray head 72 and the second water spray head 82 are respectively provided one, the first water spray head 72 is elongated and extends along the axial direction of the roller brush 2, the first water spray head 72 is provided with a plurality of first water spray nozzles 73 on a side near the roller brush 2, the second water spray head 82 is elongated and extends along the axial direction of the crawler cleaner 3, the second water spray head 82 is provided with a plurality of second water spray nozzles 83 on a side near the crawler cleaner 3, the first water spray nozzle 73/second water spray nozzles 83 on an outermost side near the crawler cleaner 2 are located above the roller brush cleaner 2, and the crawler cleaner 2/crawler cleaner 3 can spray the whole.
Preferably, the first water jet 73/the second water jet 83 sprays water in a vertically downward or vertically downward inclined direction, the diameters of the first water jet 73/the second water jet 83 between the first water jets 73/the second water jet 83 are different, and the diameters of the first water jet 73/the second water jet 83 near the first water pipe 71/the second water pipe 81 are smaller than the diameters of the first water jet 73/the second water jet 83 far from the first water pipe 71/the second water pipe 81, because the water jet near one side of the water pipe sprays water first when spraying water, the water of the water jet head flows to the water jet far from the water pipe at the outer side of the end part to spray water, if the water jet near the water pipe has too high flow rate, the water in the water jet head cannot flow to the water jet far from the water pipe at the end part, in this embodiment, the water jets can spray water to the whole cleaner by adjusting the water jet amount by adjusting the diameters, and the first water pipe 71 is connected to the middle part of the first water jet 72, and the second water pipe 81 is connected to the middle part of the second water jet 82 to shorten the distance between the water jet at the farthest end part and the water pipe.
In other embodiments, the first water spraying mechanism 7 is provided with two first water spraying heads 72, the two first water spraying heads 72 are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the housing 10, and the opposite side of the first water spraying heads 72 is provided with a first water spraying port 73 for spraying water to the rolling brush 2; the second water spraying mechanism 8 is provided with two second water spraying heads 82, the two second water spraying heads 82 are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the housing 10, and a second water spraying port 83 for spraying water to the crawler belt cleaner 3 is arranged at the opposite side of the second water spraying heads 82.
In other embodiments, the sprinkler head may be provided as a separate component mounted to the water pipe, with a detachable or non-detachable connection between the sprinkler head and the water pipe, or may be understood as an open-ended portion of the water pipe through which water in the water pipe exits.
Example 4
The structure and principle of this embodiment are basically the same as those of embodiment 1, and the differences are as follows: the cleaning head 1 can reduce the cleaning dead zone.
Referring to fig. 1, 8-10, the housing 10 is provided with a left side wall 101 and a right side wall 102 extending up and down, the left side wall 101 is provided with a mounting hole 103, the cleaner 11 is detachably mounted in the mounting hole 103, the driving motor 4, the first transmission assembly 5 and the second transmission assembly 6 are mounted between the right side wall 102 and the cleaner 11 on the right side wall 102, a cavity 111 is formed in the center of the left end of the roller 21/the driving shaft 31, a locking assembly 9 is disposed in the cavity 111, the left side wall 101 and the right side wall 102 have the same or different widths, the distance between the left edge of the first wiper 22/the second wiper 34 and the outer surface of the left side wall 101 is not more than 20mm, by disposing the locking assembly 9 in the cavity of the roller 21 and the driving shaft 31, only the mounting hole 103 is formed in the left side wall 101, the width of the left side wall 101 can be reduced, then the distance between the left edge of the first wiper 22/the second wiper 34 and the outer surface of the left side wall 101 is reduced by reducing the distance between the first wiper 22/the second wiper 34 and the left side wall 101, so that the distance between the left edge of the first wiper 22/the second wiper 34 and the outer surface of the left side wall 101 is shortened, a cleaning blind area in a bracket of the left edge of the first wiper 22/the second wiper 34 and the outer surface of the left side wall 101 is further reduced, and the wall or the table foot position is convenient to clean. Of course, the installation positions of the driving motor 4 and the transmission assembly can be changed, so that the positions of the left and right cleaning blind areas are interchanged; the installation position of the driving motor 4 can be changed, and the transmission mode of the transmission assembly is changed, so that the cleaning blind areas on the left side and the right side are reduced.
Specifically, the locking assembly 9 includes a top bar 91, a fixing rod 92 and an elastic member 93, the fixing rod 92 is fixedly installed in the cavity 111, the inner end of the top bar 91 is sleeved with the fixing rod 92, the elastic member 93 is disposed between the top bar 91 and the fixing rod 92, the top bar 91 is movable in the cavity 111, and the outer end of the top bar 91 is kept in an installation state inserted into the installation hole 103 under the elastic force of the elastic member 93.
In order to facilitate the installation of the fixing rod 92 and the movement of the top rod 91, the fixing rod 92 includes a fixing section 94 and a connecting section 95 with different diameters, and the diameter of the fixing section 94 is larger than the diameter of the connecting section 95, in this embodiment, the fixing rod 92 is cylindrical, in other embodiments, the fixing rod 92 may also be configured in other shapes, such as a rectangular parallelepiped, and the diameter of the fixing section 94 is the width of the fixing section 94 or the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the fixing section 94, the fixing section 94 is fixedly connected with the roller 21, the connecting section 95 has a gap with the inner surface of the cavity 111, the top rod 91 or the elastic member 93 is movable in the gap, and the joint between the fixing section 94 and the connecting section 95 forms the first supporting portion 96 of the elastic member 93, in this embodiment, the elastic member 93 is configured as a compression spring.
Preferably, the inner end diameter of the push rod 91 is smaller than the outer end diameter, the outer end of the push rod 91 is provided with a button 97 for unlocking by pressing, the diameter of the button 97 is increased, the finger can press conveniently, and pain caused by pressing of the finger is reduced.
Preferably, the surface of the fixing section 94 is provided with threads or lines for increasing resistance, so that the fixing rod 92 is screwed or tightly inserted and fixed with the roller 21, and the fixing rod 92 is prevented from being forced to be displaced.
In the above embodiment, the right end of the cleaner 11 is provided with the fixing groove 112, the housing 10 is directly or indirectly rotatably connected with the fixing member 113, one end of the fixing member 113 is connected with the fixing groove 112 to circumferentially fix the cleaner and the fixing member 113, the other end of the fixing member 113 is connected with the driving assembly, the driving assembly drives the fixing member 113 to rotate and drive the cleaner to rotate, the fixing member 113 is provided with the cross plug 114, the fixing groove 112 is configured as a cross groove, and the cross plug 114 and the cross groove are inserted and fixed.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning head with a plurality of cleaners, which comprises a housing and at least two cleaners arranged below the housing and used for cleaning the ground, and is characterized in that the two cleaners are respectively provided as a rolling brush and a crawler belt cleaner, the rolling brush and the crawler belt cleaner can rotate on the housing, the rotation axes of the two cleaners are parallel, and the rolling brush and the crawler belt cleaner are distributed along the front-back direction and can simultaneously contact the ground for cleaning.
2. The cleaning head with multiple cleaners of claim 1 wherein the roller brush includes a roller and a first wipe secured to the periphery of the roller and following rotation of the roller to clean the floor;
the crawler belt cleaner comprises a driving shaft and a driven shaft, a crawler belt is arranged between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, second wipers are arranged on the outer side of the crawler belt, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are respectively positioned at two ends of the crawler belt and tension the crawler belt, and the rotation of the two shafts drives the crawler belt and the second wipers to rotate through the tension of the crawler belt;
or at least partial surfaces of the driving shaft and the driven shaft are provided with toothed wheels, and the driving shaft directly drives the crawler belt and the second wiper to rotate through the toothed wheels.
3. The cleaning head of claim 2 wherein the track is of a different material than the second wipe and the track has a greater flex fatigue resistance than the second wipe.
4. The cleaning head of claim 3 wherein the roller brush and the track cleaner are driven for rotation by the same drive motor, the drive motor being connected to the roller brush and the track cleaner by a first drive assembly and a second drive assembly, respectively, the first/second drive assembly being arranged as a belt or gear train drive to decelerate the roller brush/track cleaner for rotation.

The cleaning head of claim 4 wherein the drive motor is configured as a dual shaft motor, the first drive assembly and the second drive assembly each being connected to an output shaft; the first transmission assembly comprises a first driving wheel, a first driven wheel and a first belt, external teeth are arranged on the outer surfaces of the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel, internal teeth meshed with the external teeth are arranged on the inner surface of the first belt or not arranged on the inner surface of the first belt, the diameter of the first driving wheel is smaller than that of the first driven wheel, or the number of teeth of the first driving wheel is smaller than that of the first driven wheel;
and/or, second transmission assembly includes that second drive wheel, second follow driving wheel and second belt, second drive wheel and second follow driving wheel surface are equipped with the external tooth, the second belt internal surface sets up or does not set up the internal tooth with the external tooth meshing, the diameter of second drive wheel is less than the diameter from the driving wheel of second, or the number of teeth of second drive wheel is less than the number of teeth of second follow driving wheel.
6. A cleaning head with multiple cleaners according to any one of claims 1-5 characterised in that there is a gap between the roller/track cleaner and the housing to reduce resistance to movement between the first and second wipes and the housing, and a suction opening is provided between the housing and the cleaner at the front and/or between the roller and the track cleaner for suctioning ground debris.
7. The cleaning head with multiple cleaning devices as claimed in claim 6, wherein the top surface of the housing is provided with a first water spraying mechanism for spraying water to the rolling brush and a second water spraying mechanism for spraying water to the crawler cleaning device, the first water spraying mechanism comprises a first water pipe and a first water spraying head, the two ends of the first water pipe are respectively connected with a first water spraying head and a clean water source, the second water spraying mechanism comprises a second water pipe and a second water spraying head, the two ends of the second water pipe are respectively connected with a second water spraying head and a clean water source, the first water spraying head and the second water spraying head are provided with at least two water spraying ports or the number of the first water spraying head and the second water spraying head is at least two.
8. The cleaning head of claim 7 with a plurality of cleaners, wherein a first self-cleaning member is positioned between the housing and the roller brush in front of a first water jet, and a second self-cleaning member is positioned between the housing and the track cleaner in front of a second water jet, the first and second self-cleaning members scraping self-cleaning the roller brush and the track cleaner, respectively.
9. The cleaning head with multiple cleaners according to any of claims 1-5,7-8 wherein the housing has a left side wall and a right side wall extending up and down, the left side wall has a mounting hole, the cleaners are detachably mounted in the mounting hole, a driving motor, a first transmission assembly and a second transmission assembly are mounted on/between the right side wall and the cleaners, a cavity is provided in the center of the left end of the roller/driving shaft, a locking assembly is provided in the cavity, the widths of the left side wall and the right side wall are the same or different, and the distance between the left edge of the first/second wiper and the outer surface of the left side wall is not more than 20mm.
10. The cleaning head of claim 9 in which the locking assembly includes a rod, a fixing rod and a resilient member, the fixing rod includes a fixing section and a connecting section of different diameters, the fixing section is fixedly connected to the roller/axle shaft, the connecting section has a gap with the inner surface of the cavity, the inner end of the rod is sleeved with the fixing rod, the resilient member is disposed between the rod and the fixing rod, the rod is movable in the gap, and the outer end of the rod is held in a mounted state inserted into the mounting hole by the resilient force of the resilient member.
