the products obtained in the example 1, the example 2 and the comparative example 1 are sprayed on PU clear primer by using oily PU clear finish as reference, and the products are subjected to bottom coloring according to the construction process 1, 2 times of PU clear primer, 3 times of surface color correction, 4 times of water-based two-component matte clear finish, and are tested after being dried for 7 days at normal temperature, and the test method is as follows: A1L stainless steel cup filled with boiling water was placed on the paint film and naturally cooled and heated, and the change of the paint film was observed.
And (4) analyzing results:
the products obtained in the examples 1, 2 and 1 are sprayed on PU clear primer by using oily PU clear finish as reference, the base coloring is carried out according to the construction process 1, 2 times of PU clear primer, 3 times of surface color correction, and 4 times of aqueous two-component matte clear finish is dried for 7 days at normal temperature, and the test results are shown in the table 1, so that the aqueous two-component clear finishes obtained in the examples 1 and 2 are as intact as PU full-matte clear finish paint films, while the aqueous two-component finish paint film provided in the comparative example 1 is provided with steel cup circle imprints, and the paint film is bright and cannot be recovered.

In conclusion, the water-based two-component top-coat paint provided by the application comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component takes a water-based hydroxyl acrylic emulsion and a water-based hydroxyl dispersion as main materials, the water-based hydroxyl acrylic emulsion has small particle size and good compatibility, and is resistant to chemicals and is used in cooperation with the water-based hydroxyl dispersion, so that the first component can be uniformly mixed and is not easy to agglomerate, and meanwhile, the water-based two-component top-coat paint is matched with a specific film forming additive, a rheological agent and a wetting agent for use, the physicochemical property of a coating film of the water-based two-component top-coat paint is further improved, the formed finished paint is good in scratch resistance, excellent in chemical resistance and low in smell, the top-coat paint has a good steel cup mark resistant effect when being sprayed on the surface of furniture, and the problem of steel cup marks left on the surface of office furniture frequently drunk tea is solved.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based two-component top-coat paint is characterized by comprising a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the second component comprises the following components in parts by weight:
75-80 parts of water dispersible HDI type isocyanate,
20-25 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;
the mass ratio of the first component to the second component is 100:10 to 12.
2. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight:

3. the aqueous two-component clear top coat paint of claim 1 wherein the coalescent is selected from the group consisting of a mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether or a mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the wetting agent is selected from organosilicon wetting agents; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the leveling agent is selected from any one of a modesty Levaslip 455 silicone leveling agent and a pioneered PW336 acrylic leveling agent.
4. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2 wherein the dispersant is selected from high molecular weight block copolymer solutions.
5. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2, wherein the defoamer is selected from at least one of a foam-breaking polymer, a polysiloxane, a mineral oil defoamer; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the delustering wax powder is selected from PTFE wax; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the matting powder is selected from fumed silica.
6. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2, wherein the bactericide is selected from chloromethyl isothiazolinone.
7. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2, wherein the pH adjuster is selected from 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
8. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2, wherein the scratch resistance aid is selected from silicone molecular materials.
9. The aqueous two-component top-coat paint of claim 2, wherein the thickener is selected from polyurethane thickeners.
10. A preparation method of a water-based two-component top-coat paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the aqueous two-component top-coat paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9 providing the component materials;
carrying out first mixing and dispersing treatment on the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, the aqueous hydroxyl dispersion and the auxiliary agent to obtain a first mixture;
carrying out second mixing and dispersing treatment on the first mixture, the film forming additive, the wetting agent and the flatting agent to obtain a first component raw material;
performing third mixing and dispersing treatment on the water-dispersible HDI type isocyanate and the propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate to obtain a second component raw material;
and uniformly mixing the first component raw material and the second component raw material in proportion, carrying out static treatment to obtain the water-based two-component clear finish, and spraying.
