Abstract

The invention discloses an assistance device (1) for assisting the mounting or dismounting of a brake (2) on a bogie of a rail vehicle, comprising: a lifting workbench (11) capable of vertically lifting; a cantilever arm (12) capable of laterally suspending from the lifting table (11); and a holding device (13) pivotably arranged on the cantilever arm (12); wherein the holding device (13) is configured to be able to hold the brake (2) during mounting or dismounting of the brake (2). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for mounting or dismounting a brake (2) on a bogie of a rail vehicle by means of the assistance device (1). According to certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the brakes on the bogie may be installed and removed with great ease, and in particular, the effort, time, and physical effort required to install and remove the brakes may be greatly reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an assistance device for assisting the mounting or demounting of a brake on a bogie of a rail vehicle and to a corresponding method for mounting or demounting a brake on a bogie of a rail vehicle by means of the assistance device.
Background
In recent years, rail vehicles, particularly subway vehicles, have been rapidly developed in urban traffic due to their convenience. Railway vehicles typically employ tread brakes to apply corresponding friction brakes to corresponding wheels. The tread brake is usually mounted on the bogie, and the position is special, so that the tread brake is inconvenient to dismount and mount. In addition, the tread brake has heavy weight and is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble.
However, in practice, the brakes are frequently disassembled and assembled for maintenance operation, which is rather inconvenient for the maintenance worker and requires heavy workload and large physical effort. Furthermore, maintenance efficiency is also affected, which runs counter to the need for rapid maintenance of rail vehicles.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an assistance device for assisting in the installation or removal of a brake on a bogie of a railway vehicle, the assistance device comprising: a lifting workbench capable of vertically lifting; a cantilever arm capable of laterally suspending from the lift table; and a holding device pivotably arranged on the cantilever arm; wherein the retaining device is configured to retain the brake during installation or removal of the brake.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the lifting table is further configured to be movable; and/or the boom is further configured to be laterally retractable relative to the lift table; and/or the holding device is connected to the cantilever arm by a hinge.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the lifting table comprises a manoeuvring handle to facilitate the moving of the lifting table; and/or the lifting workbench comprises a table top, and the suspension arm is fixed on the table top; and/or the lift table comprises a plurality of wheels to enable movement of the lift table; and/or the cantilever arm is provided with an upward extending supporting structure at one end far away from the lifting working platform.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the cantilever arm comprises a slide rail structure; and/or the plurality of wheels comprises four wheels; and/or the holding device is arranged on the support structure; and/or the support structure extends obliquely outward relative to the lift table.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, two of said four wheels are universal wheels; and/or the holding means is provided at the top end of the support structure; and/or the support structure is provided with an adjustment screw to limit the pivoting angle of the holding device relative to the support structure and/or to operate the holding device; and/or the pivoting angle of the holding device relative to the support structure is controlled by means of a gear turnover mechanism.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the assistance device further comprises a truck able to travel under the holding device; and/or the lift table is configured to be hydraulically or pneumatically lifted.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the truck is a truck capable of vertical lifting movement.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention.
First, according to a first aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided an assisting apparatus 1 for assisting in mounting or dismounting a brake 2 on a bogie of a railway vehicle, the assisting apparatus 1 including: a lifting table 11 capable of vertical lifting movement (indicated by vertical double-headed arrow); a cantilever arm 12 capable of laterally, particularly horizontally, overhanging from the lifting table 11; and a holding device 13 pivotably arranged on the cantilever arm 12; wherein the holding device 13 is configured to be able to hold the brake 2 during mounting or dismounting of the brake 2.
The rail vehicle is in particular a subway vehicle. The assisting device 1 can be used in a trench of a rail, and is convenient for maintenance workers to disassemble and assemble a tread brake of a rail vehicle.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the lifting table 11 may also be configured to be movable. The lifting table 11 can thus be moved easily, in particular in a trench.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the boom 12 may also be configured to be laterally telescopic with respect to the lift table 11. Thereby, the positioning of the holding device 13 mounted on the cantilever arm 12 can be made more flexible.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the holding device 13 may be connected to the cantilever arm 12 by a hinge 14, as shown in fig. 1. The connection mode is simple and easy to implement.
Typically, to install and remove a tread brake, it is also necessary to rotate the tread brake through an angle during the installation and removal process. Tread brakes are typically heavy and difficult for maintenance workers to manipulate and control, relying solely on human power. A pivotable retaining device can help achieve such rotation without the maintenance worker having to bear the weight of the tread brake directly. The tread brake is kept by the keeping device, so that self damage or injury to a maintenance worker caused by accidental falling of the tread brake is avoided.
Preferably, the lifting table 11 can be a standard product, such as a hydraulic lifting trolley. The rated load is more than or equal to 500kg, the minimum height is 360mm, and the maximum lifting height is more than 1200mm.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the lift table 11 may include a manipulation handle 111 to facilitate moving the lift table 11. The manipulation handle 111 is preferably less than 800mm in height.
As shown in fig. 1, lift table 11 may include a table top 112 with boom 12 secured to table top 112. The mesa size is preferably 850mm by 500mm.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the lift table 11 may include a plurality of wheels 113 to enable movement of the lift table 11, represented by horizontal double-headed arrows in FIG. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the boom 12 may be provided with an upwardly extending support structure 114 at an end remote from the lift table 11. This arrangement of the support structure 114 is compatible with the mounting location of the tread brake.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the boom 12 may comprise a slide rail structure, in particular a linear slide rail structure. Preferably, the movable distance of the sliding rail is more than 400mm, and the length of the whole sliding rail is shorter than 750mm.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of wheels 113 may include four wheels, and preferably two of the four wheels are universal wheels.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the holding device 13 may be arranged on a support structure 114, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the support structure 114 may extend obliquely outward relative to the lift table 11.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the holding device 13 may be arranged at the top end of the support structure 114, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the support structure 114 may be provided with an adjustment screw 1141 to limit the pivot angle of the retaining device 13 relative to the support structure 114 and/or to operate the retaining device 13. For example, by screwing the adjusting screw 1141 upward, the angle of counterclockwise rotation of the holding member 13 can be limited, and the holding member 13 can be pushed in a clockwise direction.
In particular, the pivoting angle of the holding device 13 relative to the support structure 114 can be controlled by means of a gear turnover mechanism (not shown).
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the assistance device 1 may further comprise a truck 15 that can travel under the holding device 13. Thus, the brake 2 to be mounted can be easily transported to the holding device 13 to allow mounting fixed to the holding device 13, and the brake 2 removed can be easily discharged from the holding device 13 to the carrier 15 to be transported to a maintenance location or warehouse for maintenance operation.
Preferably, the load of the truck 15 can be more than or equal to 250kg, and the size of the table top can be 700mm multiplied by 450mm.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the truck 15 may also include four wheels, and two of the four wheels may be universal wheels.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the lifting table 11 and/or the truck 15 may be pneumatically moved in lifting motion in addition to hydraulic.
It is clear that the handling vehicle 15 is preferably a handling vehicle 15 which is capable of vertical lifting movement (also indicated by vertical double arrow), so that it is easier and safer to fix and remove the brake 2 to and from the holding device 13.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the assisting apparatus 1 may further comprise a counterweight that can be arranged on a side of the lifting table 11 remote from the holding device 13. In this way, the lifting table 11 can be prevented from being turned over.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a method for mounting or dismounting a brake 2 on a bogie of a rail vehicle by means of an assistance device 1 is provided, the method comprising at least the following steps: controlling the lifting workbench 11 to lift to a proper height; bringing the holding device 13 close to the brake 2 or the installation position of the brake 2; and attaching the brake 2 held by the holding device 13 to the bogie, or detaching the brake 2 from the bogie with the brake 2 held by the holding device 13.

Claims (10)

1. An assistance device (1) for assisting the mounting or dismounting of a brake (2) on a bogie of a railway vehicle, comprising:
a lifting workbench (11) capable of vertically lifting;
a cantilever arm (12) capable of laterally suspending from the lifting table (11); and
a holding device (13) pivotably arranged on the cantilever arm (12);
wherein the holding device (13) is configured to be able to hold the brake (2) during mounting or dismounting of the brake (2).
2. Assisting device (1) according to claim 1,
the lifting table (11) is also configured to be movable; and/or
The boom (12) being further configured to be laterally telescopic relative to the lifting table (11); and/or
The holding device (13) is connected to the cantilever arm (12) by a hinge (14).
