In a preferred embodiment, the hydrophobization treatment is performed by one selected from the group consisting of fatty acid treatment, silicone treatment, fatty acid soap treatment, fatty acid ester treatment, amino acid treatment, and alkylsilane treatment.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a make-up-holding acne-removing foundation lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the emulsifier, the thickener and the film forming agent according to the weight percentage, mixing and heating to 40-80 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dispersing for later use;
(2) Weighing the emollient and the silicone oil according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing uniformly, sequentially adding the anti-caking polymer and the powder, carrying out primary high-pressure homogenization to obtain uniform powder slurry, adding the acne removing component, and carrying out secondary high-pressure homogenization to obtain uniform acne removing efficacy powder slurry for later use;
(3) Slowly adding the acne-removing efficacy powder slurry obtained in the step 2 and a humectant into the powder slurry obtained in the step 1, emulsifying at 70-75 ℃ for 20-25min, adding the rest water, uniformly mixing by using a homogenizer, cooling to 25-30 ℃, filtering by using a screen and filling to obtain the make-up-holding acne-removing foundation fluid.
The applicant finds that the powder subjected to hydrophobization treatment is subjected to secondary high-pressure homogenization treatment in the experimental process, the fitting degree of foundation make-up to the skin can be increased, the makeup lasting effect is improved, acne removing components are added during secondary high-pressure homogenization, the acne-removing effect of the foundation make-up can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the powder has a certain acne-removing effect on the skin. The possible reasons for guessing are: the hydrophobization treated powder can be subjected to high-pressure homogenization to obtain particles with smaller particle size, so that the contact area between the particles and the silicone oil emollient is increased, and uniform and fine slurry is formed. The application also adds the combination of the Lotus corniculatus seed extract and the Manuka tree extract before the second high-pressure homogenization, adopts a low-temperature and slow-speed processing mode, can protect the biological activity of the Lotus corniculatus seed extract and the Manuka tree extract, prolongs the effective contact time of the extracts and the slurry, increases the mixing uniformity of the extracts and the foundation fluid slurry, can play the roles of sterilization and inflammation diminishing on skin pores when the foundation fluid conceals, reduces the peroxidation and rancidity of skin grease, and avoids skin acne. Even can improve light acne muscle, and achieve the effect of cosmetic and nourishing.
In a preferred embodiment, in step 2, the conditions of the primary high-pressure homogenization are as follows: treating at 40-80 deg.C and pressure of 100-200MPa and flow rate of 400-500m/s for 20-40min.
In a preferred embodiment, in step 2, the conditions of the secondary high-pressure homogenization are as follows: treating at 40-60 deg.C and 40-200 MPa for 30-60min at flow rate of 200-300 m/s.
As a preferred embodiment, the uniform anti-acne efficacy powder slurry has an average particle size of 0.1 to 0.4 μm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the makeup-holding acne-removing foundation liquid, the powder can be refined into the foundation liquid with small particle size and uniform texture by performing high-pressure homogenization treatment twice on the powder slurry, so that the specific surface area of the powder is effectively increased, the powder has uniform particle size, is not easy to agglomerate and cake, has high bonding durability with the skin, and has good makeup-holding and flaw-covering effects.
(2) According to the make-up holding acne-removing foundation fluid, the effective contact time of the powder and the acne-removing components can be prolonged by adding the acne-removing components before secondary high-pressure homogenization, so that the foundation fluid has a certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect on the surface of the skin after make-up, the foundation fluid is prevented from generating an acne-removing effect, a good acne-removing effect is achieved, and the real make-up and nourishing are integrated.
(3) According to the makeup-holding acne-removing foundation liquid, tocopherol acetate and a polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer are introduced to serve as an emollient, so that the foundation liquid has good skin feel after makeup, and the skin sensitivity is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, the starting materials used are all commercially available, unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
A make-up-holding acne-removing foundation liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3% of an emulsifier, 6% of an emollient, 25% of silicone oil, 6% of a thickener, 5% of a film forming agent, 4% of an anti-caking polymer, 6% of a humectant, 3% of an acne removing component, 12% of powder and the balance of water.
The emulsifier is the combination of PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, and the mass ratio is 1.5:1; PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone available from DOW CORNING, model DC 5225C; cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane was purchased from EVONIK, model ABIL EM 90.
The emollient is tocopherol acetate, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, and the mass ratio of the tocopherol acetate to the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer is 1:0.5; the dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer was purchased from ELKEM silicons KOREA, model number PURESIL BSG-800.
The silicone oil is cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane in a mass ratio of 3:1; cyclopenta-polydimethylsiloxane was purchased from MOMENTIVE model Silsoft 1202; polydimethylsiloxane was purchased from SHIN-ETSU, model KF 96A 6CS.
The thickening agent is stearyl inulin and distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite, and the mass ratio of the stearyl inulin to the distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite is 1:25; distearyldimethylammonium hectorite was purchased from ELEMENTIS SPECIATIES, model BENTONE 38V CG.
The film forming agent is trimethylsiloxy silicate.
The silicon powder is polymethyl methacrylate, HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer and methyl methacrylate cross-linked polymer, and the mass ratio is 1:2:3; polymethyl methacrylate available from SUNJIN CHEMICAL, model rheodiurethane V9; HDI/Trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer was purchased from TOSHIKI PIGMENT, model TOSHIKI PLASTIC POWDER D-400; methyl methacrylate crosspolymer was purchased from AICA KOGYO, model GMX-0610.
The humectant is sodium hyaluronate; available from BIOLAND, model number SODIUM HYALURONATE.
The acne removing components comprise a crowtoe seed extract and a manuka tree extract, and the mass ratio is 1:1; the Lotus CORNICULATUS SEED EXTRACT is obtained from Dermalab, model LOTUS CORNICULATUS SEED EXTRACT; cortex Magnolia officinalis extract is obtained from Amax NutraSOURCE model MAGNOLIA BARK 50%.
The powder was hydrophobized titanium dioxide, available from K.S. PEARL model MICRO TIO2SS.
A preparation method of the make-up-holding acne-removing foundation liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the emulsifier, the thickener and the film forming agent according to the weight percentage, mixing and heating to 60 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dispersing for later use;
(2) Weighing the emollient and the silicone oil according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing uniformly, sequentially adding the anti-caking polymer and the powder, carrying out primary high-pressure homogenization under the pressure of 180MPa at the temperature of 70 ℃ and at the flow rate of 450m/s for 30min to obtain uniform powder slurry, adding the acne-removing component, carrying out secondary high-pressure homogenization under the pressure of 200MPa at the temperature of 45 ℃ and at the flow rate of 250m/s for 40min to obtain the acne-removing powder slurry with the average particle size of 0.251 mu m for later use; (3) Slowly adding the acne-removing efficacy powder slurry obtained in the step 2 and a humectant into the powder slurry obtained in the step 1, emulsifying at 75 ℃ for 20min, adding the rest water, uniformly mixing by using a homogenizer, cooling to 25 ℃, filtering by using a screen and filling to obtain the makeup-holding acne-removing powder base solution.
Example 2
The specific steps of the makeup-holding acne-removing foundation liquid and the preparation method thereof are the same as those of the example 1, and the difference is that the step 2 is as follows: weighing the emollient and the silicone oil according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing uniformly, sequentially adding the anti-caking polymer, the powder and the acne-removing component, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 3000r/min, and treating for 30min to obtain the acne-removing efficacy powder slurry with the average particle size of 0.504 mu m for later use.
Example 3
The specific steps of the makeup-holding acne-removing foundation liquid and the preparation method thereof are the same as those of the example 1, and the difference is that the step 2 is as follows: weighing the emollient and the silicone oil according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing uniformly, sequentially adding the anti-caking polymer and the powder, carrying out primary high-pressure homogenization at the pressure of 180MPa and the temperature of 70 ℃ at the flow rate of 450m/s for 30min to obtain uniform slurry, and carrying out secondary high-pressure homogenization at the pressure of 200MPa and the temperature of 45 ℃ at the flow rate of 250m/s for 40min to obtain slurry with the average particle size of 0.251 mu m for later use; and 3, slowly adding the acne-removing efficacy powder slurry obtained in the step 2, acne-removing components and a humectant into the powder slurry obtained in the step 1, emulsifying at 75 ℃ for 20min, adding the balance of water, uniformly mixing by using a homogenizer, cooling to 25 ℃, filtering by using a screen and filling to obtain the makeup-holding acne-removing foundation fluid.
Performance testing
1. Evaluation of cosmetic Effect
(1) Conformance testing
Test samples: example 1, comparative example 1.
Testing an instrument: C-Cube (PIXIENCE, france), CM2500D Spectrometer (KM, japan) test method: selecting 3 areas of 2 x 2cm on the inner side of the forearm, respectively smearing 10 mul of the same type of emulsion, and after full absorption, respectively smearing 8 mul of foundation solution to be detected; then, a piece of filter paper was placed on the test area, pressed 5 times, and peeled off. The filter paper is analyzed for L value, and the larger the L value is, the less the product falls off and the better the fitness is.
The test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the use of the foundation of example 1 is more conformable than the use of comparative example 1, and the foundation after the second homogenization has better skin-fitting properties, and is advantageous for long-term makeup and makeup removal.
(2) Concealer hold test

The test method comprises the following steps: screening volunteers, randomly dividing into 2 groups, cleaning the face by 30 per group, then using unified toner and face cream to perform basic skin care, respectively using products to be tested, selecting the same part of a subject in different time periods, analyzing the Intensity value change, calculating the brightness of the skin corresponding to the Intensity value, using the Intensity value to calculate the concealing persistence coefficient, wherein the larger the Intensity value is, the better the concealing effect is.
And (4) judging the standard: the lasting factor of concealer is more than 50 percent, and the concealer has the lasting effect of concealer

The test results are shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.

As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, example 1 is superior to comparative example 1 in both concealer effect and makeup holding effect.
2. Sensory evaluation
The thickness, spreadability, degree of fit, etc. of example 1 and comparative example 2 were evaluated in a scoring manner (0-5 points) in a single-use test on skin by a cosmetic evaluation expert panel, and a higher score represents better effect. The evaluation was performed on the following scale: score 1 was very unsatisfactory, score 2 was less satisfactory, score 3 was general, score 4 was more satisfactory, and score 5 was very satisfactory, and the results are shown in fig. 3.
3. Evaluation of acne treatment Effect

The test method comprises the following steps: 30 volunteers (except pregnant or lactating women) with age of 18-30 and face pox are selected, randomly divided into 2 groups, the samples to be tested are respectively used once in the morning and at night every day, and C-CUBE (PIXIENCE, france) is used for photographing the target pox before, 1 day, 2 days and 3 days after the product is used, and the result is shown in figure 4.

As can be seen from the above graph, the inflammation caused by vaccinia was significantly reduced after 1 day of use in the volunteer of example 1, whereas slight inflammation remained after 3 days of use in the volunteer of comparative example 2.
Claims (10)
1. A make-up-holding acne-removing foundation liquid is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-8% of emulsifier, 2-10% of emollient, 15-30% of silicone oil, 2-10% of thickener, 1-15% of film-forming agent, 2-8% of anti-caking polymer, 2-8% of humectant, 1-5% of acne-removing component, 10-20% of powder and the balance of water.
2. The make-up and acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of a combination of two or more of bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 dimethicone, PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 methicone, polyglyceryl-4 isostearate, sorbitan isostearate, and PEG-10 dimethicone.
3. The make-up-holding acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein said emollient is selected from the group consisting of combinations of two or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, tocopherol acetate, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 dimethicone, diisopropyl sebacate, isopropyl lauroyl sarcosinate.
4. The make-up-holding acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein the silicone oil is selected from the group consisting of cyclopentadimethicone, dimethicone, octylmethicone, cyclohexasiloxane, and phenyl trimethicone.
5. The make-up and acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein said thickener is selected from the group consisting of stearyl inulin, distearyldimethylammonium hectorite, dextrin, and silica dimethyl silylate in combination of two or more thereof.
6. The make-up-holding acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein the film-forming agent is selected from one or more of trimethylsiloxysilicate, polypropylsilsesquioxane, and acrylate/trimethicone methacrylate copolymer.
7. The leave-on cosmetic acne-removing foundation of claim 1 wherein the anti-blocking polymer is selected from the group consisting of two or more of polymethylmethacrylate, HDI/Trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer, methylmethacrylate crosspolymer, polymethylsilsesquioxane, diphenylpolydimethylsiloxane/vinyldiphenylpolydimethylsiloxane/silsesquioxane crosspolymer.
8. The make-up-holding acne-removing foundation lotion according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol-32, panthenol and glycerin polyether-26.
9. The make-up-holding acne-removing foundation according to claim 1, wherein the acne-removing component is one or more selected from crowtoe seed extract, manuka tree extract and magnolia bark extract.
10. A method for preparing the make-up-holding acne-removing foundation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the emulsifier, the thickener and the film forming agent according to the weight percentage, mixing and heating to 40-80 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dispersing for later use;
(2) Weighing the emollient and the silicone oil according to the weight percentage, stirring and mixing uniformly, sequentially adding the anti-caking polymer and the powder, carrying out primary high-pressure homogenization to obtain uniform powder slurry, adding the acne removing component, and carrying out secondary high-pressure homogenization to obtain uniform acne removing efficacy powder slurry for later use;
(3) Slowly adding the acne-removing efficacy powder slurry obtained in the step 2 and a humectant into the powder slurry obtained in the step 1, emulsifying at 70-75 ℃ for 20-25min, adding the rest water, uniformly mixing by using a homogenizer, cooling to 25-30 ℃, filtering by using a screen and filling to obtain the make-up-holding acne-removing foundation fluid.
