Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition for nourishing facial skin and application thereof.
Background
Since the 50 th bulletin of the national food and drug administration in 2021, in order to standardize the efficacy declaration evaluation work of cosmetics, ensure the scientificity, accuracy and reliability of efficacy declaration evaluation results and maintain the legal rights and interests of consumers, the national requirements require that the efficacy evaluation should be carried out according to the standards for producing and operating cosmetics in China. The efficacy of cosmetics is declared to have sufficient scientific basis, research data or evaluation test results, etc.
Among them, cosmetics having nourishing effects are required to be allegedly evaluated by means of a human body efficacy evaluation test. Nourishment, which refers to a product that helps provide nourishment to the application site, but indirectly achieves nourishment through other effects, does not fall within this category. In human body test evaluation items, the improvement of the water content of the skin stratum corneum or the reduction of the skin percutaneous water loss can be used as a powerful support for the nourishing efficacy. As early as 2013, ISP company issued a patent "cotton fiber extract and cosmetic composition and use thereof for protecting, nourishing, moisturizing skin" characterized in that the cotton fiber extract comprises a cotton fiber hydrolysate consisting only of mono-and/or di-and/or tri-and/or tetra-saccharides, the cotton fiber extract being treated to protect the keratin matrix, strengthen the skin barrier, etc.
In recent years, there are also patents related to nourishment, such as 'a natural camellia oil lip balm with nourishing and moisturizing functions and a preparation method thereof' which takes natural camellia oil, squalane, beeswax, canola oil and the like as main components to achieve the moisturizing effect and the moisturizing performance. The patent ' fleece-flower root extract with the functions of nourishing and strengthening eyebrows ' and the preparation method ' also indicates that the fleece-flower root extract can play a daily maintenance role in cosmetics because the fleece-flower root extract contains total stilbenes compounds. In the patent of 'firming and nourishing ganoderma lucidum accordance with leavening and preparation method and application thereof', proper strains are selected to carry out compound liquid fermentation on poria cocos, tremella, grape seed extract and the like to obtain novel fermentation raw stock, so that the novel fermentation raw stock has good firming and nourishing effects and can be used as a good raw material to be directly used in cosmetics.
Therefore, the extract with the skin nourishing effect still has considerable prospect for the application of cosmetics.

The present invention also provides a composition for nourishing facial skin comprising SC-GLUCAN, trehalose and AQUAXYL; the mass ratio of SC-GLUCAN, trehalose and AQUAXYL is 0.5; the components of SC-GLUCAN include water, glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, and beta-GLUCAN; the AQUAXYL comprises xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, xylitol and water.
In the present invention, the SC-GLUCAN can permeate into the skin, and has significant permeation phenomena to both the stratum corneum and the epidermis. However, its penetration method is not in a direct penetration of cells, but in a penetration into the skin through the intercellular spaces. There are many immune networks under the stratum corneum of the skin consisting of langerhans cells, dendritic cells whose antennae can reach the stratum corneum cells, receptors for β -glucans. The beta-glucan is a planar spiral structure, and is combined with a cell membrane receptor to cause a series of stereochemical changes, so that the beta-glucan can promote the proliferation of Langerhans cells and enhance the skin immunocompetence. The beta-glucan has multiple effects and can be suitable for moisturizing and nourishing products. Beta-glucan is a water-soluble active substance and has good stability at different temperatures and pH values. The action mechanism of the beta-glucan is shown in figure 1, polysaccharide molecules are rich in hydroxyl, carboxyl and other polar groups, and can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules to combine a large amount of water; in addition, in the extracellular matrix, the polysaccharide, other polysaccharide components of the skin and fibrous protein form an extracellular colloidal matrix containing a large amount of moisture, so that the moisture is provided for the skin. Because the polysaccharide has good film-forming property, a layer of uniform film can be formed on the surface of the skin, the water evaporation on the surface of the skin is reduced, the water is diffused to the stratum corneum from the basal tissue, the stratum corneum is induced to be further hydrated, and the skin moistening effect is achieved. In the invention, the SC-GLUCAN preferably comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75.6% of water, 20% of glycerol, 4% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4% of beta-glucan. In the present invention, the SC-GLUCAN is preferably purchased from the manufacturer BIOLAND, korea of origin, model SC-GLUCAN (H).
In the present invention, trehalose has excellent water-retention properties and hygroscopicity. The trehalose is combined with other components to achieve the effects of enhancing the effect and preserving moisture. After the addition of trehalose, the cell survival rate after 4h of water loss is improved to 41 percent from 23 percent of the blank group.
In the invention, the AQUAXYL is a natural moisturizing agent from white birch, and can improve skin texture once to achieve the moisturizing effect. The main components of the skin care cream are xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol and xylitol, and the skin care cream has extremely high hydrophilicity due to a large amount of-OH groups in structural molecules, has the effects of strengthening the skin repair function and the cell adhesion degree, and effectively prevents water loss. AQUAXYL provides a 3D hydration concept, mobilizes moisturizing ingredients through all skin layers, and promotes the formation of hyaluronic acid. In the invention, the AQUAXYL preferably comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45% of xylitol-based glucoside, 29% of dehydrated xylitol, 16% of water and 10% of xylitol. In the present invention, the AQUAXYL is preferably purchased from SEPPIC , The supplier was Shanghai Saifu chemical development Limited, origin France.
The invention also provides a cosmetic for nourishing facial skin, which comprises the composition and basic toning lotion in the technical scheme. In the cosmetic, the content of SC-Glucan in the cosmetic is preferably 0.5%, the content of trehalose in the cosmetic is preferably 0.5%, and the content of AQUAXYL in the cosmetic is preferably 1%.
In the present invention, the components of the base lotion preferably include: water, glyceryl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, citric acid, sodium citrate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, methyl propylene glycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and daily essence. In the invention, the thickening agent is glycerin acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer and hydroxyethyl cellulose, the pH value regulator is citric acid and sodium citrate, the preservative phase is p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol, and the fragrance dissolving item is methyl propylene glycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and daily essence.
In the invention, the cosmetic preferably comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.5 percent of glycerin acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, 0.005 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.03 percent of citric acid, 0.1 percent of sodium citrate, 0.4 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 3.0 percent of methyl propylene glycol, 0.3 percent of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of daily essence, 0.5 percent of trehalose, 0.5 percent of SC-Glucan, 1.0 percent of AQUAXYL and the balance of water to 100 percent.
The method for using the cosmetic is not particularly limited, and the conventional method for using the cosmetic can be adopted.
