Abstract

The spray prepared by the invention can improve the facial contour, eliminate the swollen feeling of the face, brighten the skin and have the effects of repairing and moisturizing.

The invention provides a preparation method of a repairing moisturizing spray, which comprises the following steps:

Has the advantages that:

Detailed Description
Examples
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a repairing moisturizing spray, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1.5% of betaine, 0.5% of plant licorice extract, 0.5% of centella asiatica root extract, 0.5% of nicotinamide, 0.5% of glycerol glucoside, 0.5% of ceramide, 0.3% of trehalose, 0.3% of rhizobium gum, 6.1% of polyalcohol, 2.2% of small molecule active peptide, 1% of surfactant, 0.2% of chelating agent, 0.1% of preservative, 3.5% of biological polysaccharide and water to 100%.
The CAS number for betaine in this example is 107-43-7, and was purchased from Henan Baikang chemical products, inc.
The licorice extract in this example is a nano-encapsulated glabridin, purchased from Heji Biotechnology, inc., guangzhou.
The centella asiatica root extract in this example was purchased from western anchang yue biotechnology limited.
Glycerol glucoside in this example has a CAS number of 22160-26-5 and is purchased from Jianchu biomedical Co., ltd, hubei.
The ceramide in this example is ceramide-1; the ceramide-1 is purchased from Shaanxi Zhenghe biological engineering Co., ltd.
Trehalose in this example has a CAS number of 99-20-7.
The rhizobia gel in this example was purchased from pioneer phytochemicals, ltd, guangzhou.
The polyhydric alcohol in the embodiment is a mixture of glycerol, propylene glycol and hexylene glycol, and the weight ratio of the glycerol, the propylene glycol and the hexylene glycol is 30:30:1.
the small molecule active peptide in the embodiment is a mixture of hydrolyzed collagen, oligopeptide-1 and carnosine; the weight ratio of the mixture of the hydrolyzed collagen, the oligopeptide-1 and the carnosine is 7.5:2.5:1.
carnosine in this example has a CAS number of 305-84-0, oligopeptide-1 is purchased under the trademark Clarmall, and hydrolyzed collagen has a CAS number of 92113-31-0.
Nicotinamide in this example is β -nicotinamide mononucleotide, which is purchased from Seisaema co.
The weight ratio of betaine, nicotinamide and ceramide in this example was 3.
The surfactants in this example were added in amounts of 0.2% dimethicone, 0.2% phospholipid, 0.2% cetearyl alcohol, 0.1% polysorbate-20, 0.3% gum arabic.
The polydimethylsiloxane in this example was purchased from shanghai ehh biotechnology limited; the CAS number of the phospholipid is 8002-43-5; the cetearyl alcohol is purchased from Shanghai Xiandong Biotechnology Limited; the polysorbate-20 was purchased from west treasure biotechnology (shanghai) gmbh. The CAS number of the acacia gum is 9000-01-5.
The chelating agent in this example is a mixture of disodium edetate, octyl hydroxamic acid. The weight ratio of the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate to the octyl hydroxamic acid is 1:1.
in the polyol of this example, the weight ratio of the chelating agent was 31:1.
the preservative in this example is methyl paraben; the CAS number of the methyl paraben is 99-76-3.
The biological polysaccharide in the embodiment is a mixture of beta-glucan and biological carbohydrate gum-1; the weight ratio of the beta-glucan to the bioglycan-1 is 6:1.
the preparation method of the repair moisture spray in this embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) Mixing polyalcohol, surfactant, chelating agent, preservative, biological polysaccharide and betaine with water, and heating to 75 ℃ to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) Mixing nicotinamide, glycerol glucoside, ceramide, trehalose and rhizobium glue to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) Adding the mixture 2 into the mixture 1, homogenizing, heating to 68 ℃, homogenizing for 15min, and preserving heat for 30min after homogenizing to obtain mixed emulsion;
(4) Adding small molecule active peptide, herba Centellae root extract, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, and mixing to obtain semi-product.
(5) And (5) after the semi-product in the step (4) is inspected to be qualified, filling air in an aluminum tank bottle.
Example 2
Example 2 is the same as example 1; except that the centella asiatica root extract in example 2 was added in an amount of 0.8%.
Comparative example 1
The embodiment of comparative example 1 is the same as example 1; except that the biopolysaccharide in comparative example 1 was added in an amount of 5%.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 the same embodiment as in example 1; except that the addition amount of the small molecule active peptide in the comparative example 2 is 6%
Performance test data
(1) And (4) microorganism inspection items: the inspection is in accordance with technical Specifications for cosmetic safety.
(2) Sanitary chemical inspection item: the inspection is in accordance with technical Specification for cosmetic safety. Wherein: lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury are based on 37 chemical elements such as lithium in chapter iv 1.6 of 2015 edition of technical standards for safety of cosmetics.
(3) And (3) testing the skin color adjusting effect: after cleaning the face with clear water, the sample is sprayed on the face once in the morning and at night every day for 3 seconds, and the face is continuously used for 30 days.

Claims (10)
1. The repairing moisturizing spray is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1 to 2 percent of betaine, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of plant liquorice extract, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of asiatic centella root extract, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of nicotinamide, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of glycerol glucoside, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of ceramide, 0.3 to 0.7 percent of trehalose, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of rhizobium glue, 6 to 7 percent of polyalcohol, 2 to 2.5 percent of small molecule active peptide, 0.8 to 1.5 percent of surfactant, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of chelating agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of preservative, 3 to 4 percent of biological polysaccharide and water which is supplemented to 100 percent.

The repair moisturizing spray according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: 1.3 to 1.6 percent of betaine, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of plant liquorice extract, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of asiatic centella root extract, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of nicotinamide, 0.4 to 0.55 percent of glycerol glucoside, 0.45 to 0.6 percent of ceramide, 0.3 to 0.4 percent of trehalose, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of rhizobium glue, 6 to 6.5 percent of polyalcohol, 2 to 2.5 percent of small molecule active peptide, 0.8 to 1.5 percent of surfactant, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of chelating agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of preservative, 3 to 4 percent of biological polysaccharide and water which is supplemented to 100 percent.
3. The repair moisture spray of claim 1 or 2, wherein the plant licorice extract is nano-encapsulated glabridin.
4. The restorative moisturizing spray according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the asiaticoside content of the centella asiatica root extract is 90wt%.
5. The remedial moisturizing spray according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is a mixture of glycerin, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol; the weight ratio of the glycerol to the propylene glycol to the hexylene glycol is 30:30: (1-2).
6. The repair moisture spray as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the weight ratio of the plant licorice extract to the small molecule active peptide is 1 (4-5).
7. The repair moisturizing spray according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the weight ratio of betaine, nicotinamide and ceramide is (2-5): 1:1.
8. the repair moisturizing spray according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the surfactant comprises, in weight percent, 0.2% of dimethicone, 0.2% of phospholipid, 0.2% of cetearyl alcohol, 0.1% of polysorbate-20, 0.3% of acacia gum.
9. The repair moisturizing spray according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyol, chelating agent, and the chelating agent are in a weight ratio of (30-31): 1.
10. a method of preparing a remedial moisturizing spray according to any of claims 3-9, characterized in that the steps comprise at least:
(1) Mixing polyalcohol, a surfactant, a chelating agent, a preservative, biological polysaccharide and betaine with water, and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) Mixing nicotinamide, glycerol glucoside, ceramide, trehalose and rhizobium glue to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) Adding the mixture 2 into the mixture 1 for homogenization, heating to 65-70 ℃, homogenizing for 10-20 min, and preserving heat for 20-40min after homogenization to obtain mixed emulsion;
(4) Adding the small molecule active peptide, the asiatic centella root extract and the plant liquorice extract into the mixed emulsion obtained in the step 3, and uniformly mixing to obtain a semi-product;
(5) And (5) after the semi-product in the step (4) is inspected to be qualified, filling air in an aluminum tank bottle.
